At first the app was okay I tried saving up to 2k but I tried transferring the money to my bank account and the money hasn't sent it's showing successful in the transaction side and showing pending in the withdrawal section......Kindly transfer my money to my bank account cos it's still hanging in the air and i need it urgently

At first they are good with saving, but i was allowed to withdraw quarterly, just to get to the point of withdrawal they refused me from withdrawing my money on the assighned date. Todat 28 May, was a day for me to withdraw, but since morning i was not able to login the app, just to check the website through a browser and my withdrawal date has now been shifted to August... That is wickedness on my own money... After my cash out I'm down saving you guys... You are not reliable...

You guys are improving but the customer care service is very poor. The calls don't go through during the times stipulated and when it does, you'll be told to call back the next day which is impossible or you'll be redirected to Instagram page. The Instagram page worked for sometime but now I'm being outrightly ignored, a simple "we're working on it" would suffice but whoever is in that end just keeps reading my complaint and is not responding.

Today is my free withdrawal day, but guess what? I can't withdraw my own money from this app because they updated the app and removed/disabled everything. I can't even view/access my savings plan, this is despite the fact that Cashbox never paid me a Kobo as interest! Even if I send them a message to withdraw my money, they will make sure the issue is not resolved today so that I can't make use of the free withdrawal day. This platform is a huge scam! People should beware!

This is a good app for saving. I've been able to save up some money that I would have ordinarily spent. However, the developers should try and update the app in such a way as to show someone the next day/date or time of deduction (for those saving weekly, fortnightly or monthly) like other investment app.

I have decided to downgrade my stars review. Nobody to assist with issues. They kept responding to complaints without immediately resolving it, telling me to get in touch with customer care, who responds further after several hours without reading the complaints. Asking what the problem is. I really don't understand what is going on. My issues are still pending. The instagram response handler clearly shows that the person is a joker, asking me to make videos.

Hello,i cant seem to understand why my withdrawal page aint loading or opening either on my phone. If i login with another phone,it opens but wont on my phone. Complained and nothing was done,was told its normal but this isnt normal at all because every other options opens except the withdrawal. Kindly reticfy this issue. Thanks

I have not been able to login or open my cash box app for days now. I even updated it tonight same thing. This is getting uninteresting and annoying already, you have to fix this or people stop using this saving app. A lot of people are experiencing same login problem

I am very upset with this app. I literally just downloaded it today, I set it up and everything including adding my card details and everything that was instructed it was taking alot of time to input my secret pin so Ieft the app and tried reopening it. it said I should login which I did imputed my password and I've tried multiple times and it kept saying invalid login attempt I do not know if this is a problem from the app but it sure feels like so. I'd love if something were to be done.

Cashbox!!!!! I have data on my phone ooo but you people kept telling network connection is poor which is not. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it but still the same problem. I wanted to deposit since last week but it's not going through. Do something or find a way to return my money in there. Tenks

With what my people are saying here I don't think I will use this app because it takes long to receive the first one time password from you guys and this happen when I have not even save any kobo so it definitely shows that if I save before I can receive the verification code to withdraw my money will took a lot of time. Thanks when the app is ok I will actually come back but I will give u 1star because your advert is good when I saw it on youtube so take the 1star for advert ire oooooo

It's like they are only after our funds. I created a savings plan more than two ago, tried using debit card but it failed. I then opted for bank transfer only for me to realise that the swift plan is glitchy. It fails to recognise any created plan. CashBox, do try to fix this. Thank you

Well,at first the app was helpful in receiving my money but to withdraw was the problem, the app should make more effort and reforms in terms of the withdrawal, or else they might be losing costumers soon who think it's a scam app, they are so many scam app this days, I would be happy if the app management look deeply into this, so that the app would be more interesting and fun too

Extremely great! I have been a lazy saver and each time I get debited alert from my bank, I feel like getting angry but happy at the same time. CashBox has really trained me to be prudent using the regular savings feature and locked saving to target my the needing and still earn interest on all saving. Thank you Cashbox.

Very bad experience. I added my card and #100 was deducted from my account to be added to the Swift plan. But both the card and the money hasn't been updated on my account after 2 days. I think I've been scammed. I even contacted the customer service, they haven't responded and it's so annoying. Please fix this...

Your app is amazing but I would like to give a suggestion. Earlier last year I started using cashbox to savw towards my rent's due date and honestly as some one who has poor financial management and easily falls for temptation, I took the money out on my free withdrawal days, squandered it and when it was time for me to pay up I could meet up dates. I would love a new saving plan that does not allow withdrawal at all (like zero withdrawal days) until the set date. I believe it would be of help

For the second time I'm reviewing your app with the experience of late withdrawal approval, this is total nonsense if someone cannot withdraw emergency at midnight and get paid instantly from the app then it's totally useless why not leave the money in bank at first then, but whenever it's depositing no matter the time it's always fast then that's part of scam steps and this is the very last time I'll use this stupid nonsense app. Withdrawal lasting over six hours before approval.

It's been a poor experience forme so far and honestly I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. I was charged twice while trying to add my card, the bonus you guys claim to give is inaccessible (more like bait), the live chat is redundant (you don't answer in under 5hours). Apparently you also can't cancel a savings plan(it's my money!!!).

I give this wonderful app 5 🌟 . It has a very organized structure in method of saving. However, I'm left with two questions for them: 1. How do I know the amount I'm aiming at saving because it doesn't reflect on the dashboard? 2. I hope the disbursement will not be challenging because the customer care I spoke with on phone was not friendly enough?

I have never given review of any of app before but I must do this for this app. Since 2019... I've been using Cashbox and I've not regretted it for once... Keep the good work and please keep serving us(users) better. Also try to work on the investment plan... Some of us need it. I will also like if we can pick days and time for the daily and weekly savers.
