You can clearly tell the owners of this app doesn't care any more. There are tons of glitches. You can't even get a response back when you email them. They just care about making that $$$ & not reinvesting it into gameplay.

Free spins are almost non existent, much of the time what you do win doesn't cover the amount you're betting so you constantly losing. Probably won't play much more.

Dear the management X Games I've been playing the X Games & another's 3 games ( sunny Rooster Reel, Hunky Ment slots ,& Manly slots ) everyday with my friends since but yesterday 2 of my games ( X Games & Hunky Ment slots games just disappear completely, can you explain why? It is the best slot game chat line ever..you should try it..some ppl don't like it but I do...you get to meet all kinds of ppl from all over the world... the more frie ds you get the more chips you get for free, but buy some chips & the game gives you bonus chips...just try it...-

There is way to much drama on this game. And you always end up broke no matter how much money you spend or even dont spend on the game. You cant win jackpot unless you buy all the time. But most of the time you dont win JP at all buying or not. The admins dont even care anymore either. They let anything happen.

It Very fun kind of like the real thing but its free. It does give you the opportunity to buy more coins which I have never done. So I'm not sure if there's a real cash out. Being that I live in Utah gambling is not permitted in my state so it's one of the closest thing I have to the real thing. It saves my money and the drive to Wendover or Vegas so I guess in the end I am a winner with gas prices so high.

This once was a awesome game but I don't know what happened but it's gone downhill. Don't get me wrong it took me seven years to finally win a JP 😂 but OMG unless you pay you won't play simple. The ppl on the game is what makes me stay but other than that don't waste your time installing the game and if you do whatever you do ALWAYS take screenshots Bc trust me you will need it & then get ready Bc you will never get paid for your payouts. Never & you will get punished for even bothering the staf

I had to get a new phone and I need to get put back to level 293. I've been playing for years. when I try to contact the Company I get a message saying something went wrong try again later. It's been days and still I can't contact item box.

I love customer service, they are awesome. You win, and you lose. You will have your winning streak and you don't. Just like going to the casino. Also you get to interact with other players all over the world. I love this casino. I've been loyal to them for 9 years. I'm not going anywhere!! Also you should check out Sunny rooster reals, and Manly,Honky Tonk. That's there other apps. Try them out 😜!!!

It seems the same people I see winning. I'd think you want to be fair. I like the games. They are not fair.getting better. Update. Getting worse, ready to delete. still the same. but i like the games. just cant play long. run out of coins. im not buying anymore. dpent a lot. in getting nothing. i dont buy now. same thing. either way

This game is totally fixed don't waste your time with this rubbish. They have bonus games which have disgusting payouts. The package deals are a rip off for what you get. And the one' s who try and run the game and totally ignorant, they cannot be bothered to update the games which years old, I would ask Google to rid of this app.

NEEDS A UPDATE BAD!! This app used to be awesome, 4 yrs ago!!! Now, you can't win, and if you do... Good luck trying to keep the chips. Same few hit all the huge jackpots. Admins always give Bot responses. Spend good money, should never have to get an auto response. It's ashame...app just keeps getting worse as time goes on 🙄🙄 Save your time and money and play a different casino app!

Been playing 4 many years. It's good ppl that keep me here, definitely not the payouts! Struggle every week to hold place in weekly tournaments when the game is designed for no one to win but the owners of the app. Buy to have them drained to buy all over again. You don't win diamonds in a weekly, you pay for them!! Real money for fake chips. Missed out on a bonus, game knocked me off while calculating chips, admin was so nasty, should be more willing to accommodate your players/buyers, not steal

This game can be fun if you are lucky enough to win. most the time same ppl win and weekly tournaments are very hard . non stop spinners only win them . good sales but seem to lose all the chips you buy right away. feedback has multiple preset text they reply to you with. social side and partys nice . gane forces you to buy happy hours to spend your diamonds to use diamond slots in order to get better payout . game definitely is money oriented . pay to play .

There are some glitches in in this game when you ask for help all they do is tell you hope you have better luck they don't help you. There's been glitches where I hid spin and the max comes out and takes all your coins they don't help to replace them.. this is happened several times very hard to build a few coins it takes a long time. Doesn't seem like customer service cares they don't do anything about

Ive been having a lot of problems with the server recently. Wouldnt recommend anyone to download it now as there are to many fake profiles and to the point they are clone app profiles which im having trouble spinning because of and loosing to many chips for example longshot jackpotter is one of them. The help part of the game is useless they tell u the same all the time and its always the same winners the game tells you to max bet an i do it all the time and still loose. Game not worth your time
