I've known and worked with some of the devs behind this gem since the days of the PC version of Castle (which I would gladly purchase the source to!). Even though this went in a different direction than that, I fully believe that this is the only seriously capable game making application available on mobile , period. You will have to experiment, but it's worth it. The docs need some work, and guess who is a professional documenter: get in touch team, I'll take them to perfection. Castle forever!

Very limited game creation oppourtunitys, and the algorithm is stupid, but the reason I'm making this review is because it's been around 2 days since I sent a deletion request, and I still haven't gotten the final email. I've tried re sending the request multiple times but it just doesn't work.

Decent app! Coding engine is smooth and has lots of options, actor frame engine can handle an okay amount of workload, and the game engine is fairly resilient in context of what games it manages to run! The coding engine doesn't completely dumb everything down for you, which makes coding all the more fun and challenging!

An ad got me intested in this then I downloaded it. After that, my love animating started. This makes animating so much easier and just scrolling through other people's games, art, and animation just feels good when bored. And I am just saying this, the community is nice and cool. I am a member of a group that has Castle creators and let me tell you, their fun to hangout with. I do know that it crashes all the time but at least I can still make decks. But that is just my opinion.

A good enough coding method and a decent competitor to Fancade. The main advantage is its external image and music importer (but the music editor freezes and the music importer doesn't work properly yet). sure it will be corrected in the future. I like it, Its fun!

this app is good, and it's fun to make games, i wanted to create a story game, but sometimes the app bugs out, and also please make it so that when you add images in ur game, it doesn't change the color, because since it's hard to draw in the app because the erase button sometimes deletes the whole thing when you want to erase some parts of the drawing, and i use ibis paint to draw, but when i upload my art into the game so i won't have to draw in the app, the color changes, please fix this.

Really, really cool. Big fan. Only issue is the image importing system. Instead of just adding the image you want - even if it only uses the colors that Castle supports - it just derails everything and makes it nearly impossible to make good looking textures. Make that one change and it's absolutely golden.

This app is amazing but, i have problems saving alot and it crashes quite a bit. Problems saving [-1] crashes alot [-1]. But, no ads [+1] phenomenal coding system [+1] and finally, last but certainly no least, an amazing community of people helping others and supporting others [+1]. This app is amazing and if you could fix the two bugs I listed then this would be the best mobile app I've ever downloaded, keep up the extraordinary work Monterey's Coast inc!

Very good game, reminds me of happy wheels but got mixed with tiktok, this honestly has alot of potential to be extremely good but i think the only thing that is holding it back and not reaching its full potential is the editor being buggy and not much flexibility when it comes to the drawing system. I would love this if you can draw more freely and less laggy!

its okay, definitely needs a more thought out tutorial. should have a color wheel instead of random preset colors, needs the option to just keep the damn image's original colors, and I should be able to have more than 30 secs of audio. I saw someone get told that these are all intentional because the restraints "power creativity" but if you look at the app, most of the decks are blatant copies with nothing changed. I feel you need to chillax with the restraints. it becomes unfun after a while.

I really liked this. It's pretty cool that so many different people can make the games. It wasn't to hard to make a game either, some are harder than others to make. I really loved going around and trying out everyone's games. The only problem I had is sense anyone can make a game I ran into some that where meant to be inappropriate, some of them where gross(Mainly people making blood effects), and some just didn't work at all which was frustrating, but besides that I really enjoy it!

Whenever id be spending a lot of time on a deck I will randomly get kicked out and doesn't save, also there's some annoying bugs in the logic system like the collision with the animation frames. This slows me down and keeps me from making a good deck, not that it matters since the games with the least amount effort gets the most attention. On top of all this the lag in editor is the worst.

I like the concept of this app. I like the tik tok style scrolling, but there's a black layer that covers 90% of the screen every time I click create, explore, home, or any button at the top. It's super annoying, causing me to have to keep repopening the app, hoping that it goes away. Also, the app sometimes freezes, and I have to keep on reopening it. I know that the lag its not because of my phone because I'm using the Samsung galaxy s23 ultra.

One of the best game-making apps for mobile. Fancade and this. But this crashes, frequently, too frequently. Also on my device at least, theres not a single sound, at all. And theres no way to save another person's game to play later, other than making a copy for yourself. Fix the crashes though, they make it nearly impossible to use.

some bugs to iron out, like random crashes, but honestly thats very minor. this works wonderfully and a lot more intuitive than it looked like it would be on the surface. sometimes things are sorta annoying like I'll accidentally delete a rule because the button is right on top of the close button when modifying something about the rule, for example. but again this is a very minor QoL feature

Such a cool app! I'm amazed with all the things you can do with it, FOR FREE and no ads?? Honestly would've paid up to $20 for software like this. Theres some very specific actions that can cause crashes but I cant even complain about that. Theres soo much info packed into this app that some bugs are to be expected. I cannot complain about a free ap with no ads! I was able to make a whole dress up game though without any crashing!

It's a really good app, it's easy to make games and really fun to play other people's games. But one of my biggest concerns about the game is that it is extremely laggy doing anything. Do you want to draw a line? Well wait 2 seconds. One recommendation is that you make a separate app, specifically for playing the games, and another for building games. They did the same thing with roblox Another recommendation is that you make it so people with certain followers get money depending on likes.
