Bank balance is super slow in updating. This app is useless because I can't tell how much money I have in my account.

The app isn't that bad but this bank has so many hidden fee so I was constantly checking my account if it dropped. Avoid this bank

Always problem of remote deposite capture adapter. I couldn't deposit checks now. Terrible app.

It can't show updated balance after each transaction. The old app was used to enable to show like other banks' apps.

Unlike the old app it use to show how much balance I have right after I deposit into my account. Now it show that I have a negative balance. New cathay Bank online banking is horrible.

Makes you reset your old password, can't even deposit check online anymore. Facing numerous bugs and clunky UI. Can't login

Is good but I wish you'd offer the dark mode because the white screen is too white. Plus the layout needs improvement.

It's easy for me to keep track of checks cleared and my daily balance. I truly feel this is such a perk. I've always loved Cathay bank. Your associates are professional and very accommodating.

CSA says I could register for online banking at my convenience. Verified correct personal information but still failed multiple times. When to location branch in Chicago and requested CSA to attempt the same - failed again; CSA would call corporate. Joint account with mom as a backup. Not fond on this bank; heard many many... Have NOT yet resolved registration issue; also don't expect any resolution. Moving on..

Can't figure out what's changes and now incorrect password. If try to reset, it asked for login and submit, then it said incorrect password? WTH? There is no password on that screen? This is the same when using the website. Who to contact anyway when there is online issue?

App store should have an option to give zero star . This app is wasting time is garbage . Did you guys hire a high school student to roll this app ? Mobile deposit is like playing lottery . First it take so many try to take a picture of to go through . When everything go through you got a confirmation email tell you your check is deposit . But after 10-15 minute you receive another email say deposit decline . want this happen you have to physical go to the back and deposit the check .

Worst banking app. 13 years with HSBC and never a single issue. Forcibly transferred to this bank and they change all my login info and make such a hassle. Everytime I try to login somehow my password is not what my phone and I remember it to be and I need to change it. Then it locks you out so easily and customer support is useless to unlock it as it shows my account is not locked...even with the locked out screen actively being shown on my phone.

Terrible bank mobile app ever! They asked me to log in with my ID and password, I used to log in thru passcode with the old app so I couldn't remember what my account is and they don't have any choices to reset. I clicked on register and filled out all important information like account number and SSN, the result showed on the screen is my information invalid! The worse app ever!!! I will change to another bank thanks to this.

The app interface is clear and various functions are easy to find. It's also easy to do things like check balances, search transactions, pay bills, send money with Zelle, and deposit checks. Those are the main things I do on the app. It's always loaded quickly and functioned smoothly for me.

The mobile apps and the web base software not accessible for 5 days during the transition to new apps, it cost me a bank fee. The number didn't update instantly when I tranfer between my own account. The good thing about this upgrade is the ability to use biometric password and link with other bank accounts.
