Although the game is cute, it is incredibly buggy. I tried and paid for the trial pass for a week and the features did not work. Instead of refunding the lost days and waste of money, they just gave out stamina tl everyone. Customer service would not respond at all individually. Cute but only recommend as a free to play player. 100% do not recommend spending any money at all.

Fun game to a degree aside from the stamina limitations. Unfortunately, my account refuses to link to any email, so I have no choice but to start from the beginning to play on my tablet, and the idea of having to do all of that over again is just a hard no for me.. Luckily, I didn't spend any money on the game, but I'm pretty bummed to lose all my progress.

I agree with most other reviews about this game. It's very fun but you don't give us nearly enough energy as we need. The crafting part takes way too much energy to put together to make certain things and the wait time is way too long for it to recharge. The prices you have to spend with coins and gems are ridiculously high and it takes way too long to level up. If you want people to keep playing your game, you need to add more energy and less time so we can hop back onto the game sooner.

It's a fun merging game and you can get away with playing free. I do pay for a few things but I play the game often enough it makes it worth it for me. The lower rating is due to customer service. I've had items disappear and the feedback/help support has never once helped me. Currently, the ad bubbles aren't working and I pay for premium. No one has fixed the issue nor acknowledged my help requests. The lack of customer support is impacting my play so I may quit the game.

I really like this game. I log on daily. But some update made the experience a bit rough. I need to restart my game 3 times for it to be playable. The 1st time it repeatedly brings up the daily prize. The 2nd time I can't interact with the board. And then the 3rd restart is playable. Also, there's frequent events, same premise, different theme, where you get "event items" when you merge. Every time I relog into the game and claim the event item from the board, the event rules pop up.

Cute game but has a few issues with gameplay and technical aspects. The game often fails to connect/start due to a "network error" with no suggestion on how to resolve (I've tried going on/off wifi, force quitting, etc... no dice). Once it does load, graphics are often buggy (cats stop moving, random wifi symbol, etc). Gameplay-wise, you quickly hit a point where there's not enough energy even if you pay for it.

Love the game, but it has problems. Sometimes, the game lags or freezes completely. I have had objects disappear, I emailed customer service and never got a reply. But the biggest problem started this week - half the time the game won't even load. The progress bar gets 75% of the way there, before it says "reconnecting" for a couple minutes, and then it says "Network error" and you just can't play for hours. I want to reinstall the app, but I paid for items and I don't want to lose anything!

Love it however recently it started to take forever to load and sometimes would say "can't connect" even at home with the fast wifi that I use for big pc games. Now as of today it won't open at all. Just keeps saying loading or "can't connect". Reading reviews I see I'm not the only one this just started happening to. Please fix :( I love this game but now it won't even open and obviously it's not just me

I absolutely love this game. I've been playing it for almost a year and a half. Lately there has been so many bugs. As of right now, whenever you get a coin on the board and click it, it freezes there and stays there for about a good 5-10 minutes, making it unpleasant and unplayable. I hope it gets fixed soon!!

GREEDY. Very cute. Incredibly greedy. These devs have a skill for cute games with a fun premise that are then no fun to play bc they try to squeeze you for every penny. Saw 3 bundles before I got 2nd piece of furniture. No offline play but no online gameplay elements for a long time, just ads and bundles. Great if you want your endless commercial experience to have a thin veneer of cat theming on top (barely any cats in game anyhow). Struggles to connect too.

My game on my mobile phone has been stuck on the loading screen both on data and wifi. I haven't been able to log in for a few days, so I missed out on the timed event I was in the middle of, and the benefits that I bought in the game with my own money. After a few days, I tried downloading the app on my tablet, and it's working completely fine. I'm not sure what the issue on mobile is, but customer service did not reply to my email about this issue that I sent days ago.

i love playing this game so much, i even got my partner to play it. but like many others have said, it lags and sometimes the game wont even load past the loading screen. i've tried logging in since yesterday and i still haven't managed to get signed in for my daily stuff. :c really bummed out bc my partner doesnt seem to have these issues.

I have been playing this game for months and i love it! However, it seems like the further you progress, the less the game allows you to play. For example, your orders start to get cut off so you only have one option that contains an item that could take days to make. I am considering giving it up soon because half the time I can't do anything.

Like many other reviews, I will say its fun and cute. But the game is nearly useless unless youre willing to do in-app purchases to keep things moving along. I thought doing so would greatly improve the amount of energy/gems to complete tasks- but I was wrong. Still not enough daily to accomplish things. Also- all gifts, including extra supply boxes, etc., use stamina, and coins cant purchase gems. After my month pass is up I will be deleting the game, as its just not worth it in the long run.

When the game works, it's the best merge game I've played. Lately, connection errors have been super common but usually are resolved within a few hours. The main problem now is that moving around the cafe is impossible. The screen is completely frozen and is becoming unplayable! This is the only merge game I would be willing to spend money on, but with all the problems lately, I'm thinking it may be time to move on. Please fix this game I don't wanna delete!!

I play it quite a bit but recently it has more and more bugs. Sometimes it won't load, and now after the update many features are bugged. Can't get any items due to a book being stuck and won't go onto board, I'm at over 30 in the stack that's inaccessible. Have emailed tech support with no reply so far. Probably would not spend any money on it again if they don't resolve quickly.

The game has potential in his fun but I spend more time watching ads than I do playing the game. Trying to watch ads for things causes them to expire before You even get them which is frustrating. There's no reason for ads that long every single time. Also it is impossible to get energy in order to play. So you can only play it for a few minutes. The items you purchase go up in price and they never reset and go back down which means a lot of them are now unaffordable. Really disappointed.

The game is practically unplayable at this point. It just doesn't load up after reinstalls, over wifi, or data. When it does, its CONSTANTLY FREEZING. I haven't been playing longer than 2 or 3 months and it's difficult to want to keep the game when it's so buggy. It was doing so well initially then it just started crashing. Crashes after watching an ad. Doesn't give rewards for watching the ads. It even crashes when I stay on the game for too long. Ridiculous.

It's pretty hard to level up spawner blocks, and thus you'll be draining energy pretty fast to complete orders. It also pushes a lot of money spending pop-ups. Beyond that, the art is pretty and cute, and I don't really mind the slow progression all that much. If you're a patient person, then you'll likely still find enjoyment here.

absolutely love this game. it's super cozy and the most ive ever stuck with a merge game. there are some things the game's initial tutorial doesnt tell you, like when you find/merge a new item or unlock something new in the archives, you can check them off in the archive for more energy. the microtransactions are a but pricey, but not requires at all. ads are also not in your face, you only watch ads if you want to, like to watch an ad for more energy or gems or something. excited for updates!
