Worst customer care service. Try to connect through customer care no and Emailing but call not connected and whenever it connect no response from them and they emitted my mobile balance and even no reply from them in emergency case.

What happened we are expecting a smooth and safe transaction after this update but why we can't open the app even the notification message is not working someone deposit to my account and i don't know if i received or not and also your customer care number i don't know if not working or nobody wants to answer the call please fix this ASAP don't give us the option to change our bank I've been your customer for so many years.

It's really sorry tell you such a poor update of app recently. After updating app I just logged in once & I'm not able to transfer amount. Now even customer service number is also not responding.Now I'm not able to login to app. My Hospital emergency is disturbed due to your poor update & customer service

IT'S NOT WORKING AT ALL!!!! When you updated the application, it's no longer working!!! I cannot access my mobile banking, I'm not able to log-in!! Fingerscan log-in is not working!!!! My password is not working!!! I might shift to other bank for my salary transfer!

I am outside UAE. The app is not working. And even the customer support not working. Come on CBD. You can do better. Better switch back to the old version. I need my accounts urgently and I cannot find any other way to internet banking. That's terrible. I prefer ADCB.

Worst banking experience in the recent weeks. Received new credit card 3 weeks ago but till this point I am not able to register the card on their so called "app". worst part is they have no idea how to identify the problem. customer service agent will advise you just uninstall and install again (after 20min of waiting on hold). It is absolute nightmare since all the features of the card is on the app and THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER CHANNEL to process your query.

The service level went from the best in town to a complete nightmare, the application is not working , the customer service line is always busy , they dont respond to call back requests. My advice to everyone is to avoid such experience.

Very poor customer care experience. I waited 35 minutes to connect, but no one picked up. I also tried the callback option, but no one called back. Since the last update, the app has had numerous issues. Please address these problems urgently.

We received an update for this app and now i am not able to log in into the app as its not accepting special charecters in the password. After using biometric login it gives a message as some error occured. Please fix this issue need to use the app... This is a serious issue and i am not able to log in and check my account in the application. Kindly fix this urgently....

Using CBD for the last 2 years. It's all smooth and so easy. With their last update of the app, I am unable to open the app, and its getting crashed each and every time. Can you plz assist in this on an urgent basis

After the new update on 13 July, I was not able to login to my account, gave me error that we are facing difficulties processing your request. After logging in somehow, the app is so damn slow that I can hardly processing any requests. Extremely disappointing update, just like your customer service. This app was the only good thing about CBD. It is no longer the case anymore. Pathetic. Wish I could give zero or negative stars.

Since the new update the app is barely usable, im unable to do local transfer because its not picking my account im unable to select any. You can do international transfer tho. But the only solution i could do is go through the online bank website and do the transfer from there. They did update the interface on the new website check it out. I hope it gets fixed soon.

After updating the system I'm having a difficulty to log in and it takes too much time. most of the time it's error, and once it open and I have to send some amount I didn't make it succeed I don't know what's wrong with this Application now.. I hope you will resolve this problem as soon as possible as I have many transactions need to do.

CBD asked for updating the mobile banking. After the completion of updating, my fingerprints, pins and password are not working. I tried to enter my EID to change my password, it says successful but pin is not working. I have to call the customer service to authenticate my pin. I'm surprised that I have my username which I didn't had before. Upgrading the system is good but making it hard for the clients to open the mobile bank app and can't do any transaction is so frustrating.

I had given this app 5 starts 3 years ago but after the recent July 2024 update if app thr app is basically trashed. Always bugs in logging in. Took me about a week of trying all sorts of tricks and seeking help from bank to finally log in, the customer service is so trash. Again the problems of an error occurred and can't log in again ni matter what I do including reinstalling the app.

I've had a terrible experience with CBD Bank's customer care. I tried calling multiple times, but the line was always busy, so I requested a callback. No one called back. When I tried again, I waited 20 minutes, but my mobile balance ran out, and the call disconnected. I then tried the live chat on their app. The automated system said all agents were busy. After a 20-minute wait, I connected with an agent, but the app froze and logged me out. This has happened three times. I'm fed up now.

The APP cant be opened unless updated. When update is done, the app keeps on crashing. You cant even open it. Read that it's actually the same situation with other users but looks like the bank hasnt done anything still. Everything is working fine without the update, now it's a trash. So much inconvenience.

I've experienced the worst customer service regarding my card cancellation request. I applied on July 16th & received a call on July 24th at 7:30pm, outside of official hours which I couldn't answer. When I called back the next day, I was told that only the cancellation dept. could help, but no one has contacted me till now. I applied again & still haven’t received a response. Please address this issue immediately & cancel my card without further delay.

Extremely bad call centre services, my card got blocked due to wrong pin entry. I have called the call centre on multiple occasions, but all the time, I had to wait for more than 10 minutes without getting the call connected to an agent. I have also chosen the option of call back but never received a call. The bank should provide quality services when the customer needs them badly. Overall, it was a minus experience as I got stuck with some urgent payments. Really bad standard and services.

They blocked my debit card because i was trying to buy something twice, i tried unblocking it through the app but could not find the card anywhere. I tried finding out how using the bot, did not help. I tried calling, i was put on hold for way too long and they never called me back. I tried emailing a few days back, not a single response. The customer service is just terrible
