It seems the app is not stand alone 'cause if you want to know your current balance you need to click the "balance" section. What if the current updated balance is shown in the front page while we are just signed in?. And one more thing you may should reprogram is the SMS notification. notifying customers twice is unnecessary so, don't send us an sms notification. Disgusting to see sms notification after every transaction made while the transaction is done via cbebirr app

Bad User Experience, its not user centered design developers should review the experience. Its really hard to understand the flow its very ambiguous....The functionality is good but after i choose to add my phone number later, i cant find the option to add and the exit button has a problem.

It is extremely excellent apps so far....but, it should be done on time before the excessive entertainment of telebirr aps. CBE always discover something new, but other upgraded what CBE discovered then go beyond it.....Please before introducing something think all possible ways for effective usability of the things that you did....otherwise it brings shame on the employees who try to sale for customers with all drawbacks.....Thanks for the new updates.👍👍👍👍

The UI is not attractive! in addition to that the app will not allow you to add ( . )(Point) i.e if i want to send money or buy goods, let say ETB 408.69 the app won't allow me to add .69 so i will be forced to pay ETB 409 by adding extra .31 or i will have to use the USSD directly by dialing *847# The extra amount may seem little but it's inappropriate and is not recommended in accounting. The other problem is that, the app won't allow me to pay internet bill using Internet account number.

The new update is great, still needs some refinement. 1. Balance and reward check icon is non-reaponding, 2. You can not read the whole content in the level briefing page 3. Once you enable the biometrics option, still doesn't work. Otherwise the UI and content is good.

This update was terrible. I love mobile wallets. I am a huge fan of Telebirr...but more than that I am love CBE birr. But, I thing i absolutely hate about CBE Birr is the app. It is frustrating. Last version wouldn't do anything cuz the USSD keep changing. And this new update askes for my phone number and when i give it, it just doesn't do anything... I am connected to one of the fastest wifi i have ever had(7mbs). Please fix this or atleast make it give us an alert so we can know the prob.

The worst mobile banking app in the entire world. So many problems when u try to transact through this app. Very faulty system they use. Not just the app the entire system is faulty. To fix one problem they take about a week or two weeks. By problem I mean ur money hangs and to get it back it takes 1 to 2 weeks. And that is why I recommend not to use this app or *847# system. It is the worst!!!!

It is good because of additional services like Micro saving, loan and others many services.On another hand,it was working in different languages(Afaan Oromoo, Af Somali, Affar,Tigre language....etc.But now you omitted them.Why?

It has been updated nicely but the receipts didn't including the receivers name and account or phone number. In addition it frequently say "internal system error". Fix it again.

Way better than the previous one. The graphics has evolved and interesting new features included. However it still needs improvement. 1. The balance inquiry section has to be on the main page for ease of access 2. "Login/Logout" and "add another account " options has to be provided within the app incase someone wanted to access his another accounts or just log out. 3.As a sensitive transaction app, it lacks security. Once you logged in, you can access the app anytime without logging in again
