The app works fine for most things. Checking on recurring or scheduled payments is weird and it always takes me a few tries to find what I want. The really annoying bit is that I cannot do a mobile deposit on the first try. If at all. Most of the time, I can get the front of the check to photograph fine but the back hardly ever works. The check back will be in focus, I tap to capture, and it immediately goes out of focus and the app just spins forever. Tonight, I just got my wife's iPhone and used her app instead of fighting the Android app.

This app constantly doesn't seem to want to load my balance and pending transactions. I've attempted redownloading, being on mobile data and wifi. Its just slow and clunky. The layout is awkward, but the colors and overall appearance is nice to the eye and (when it works) it gets the job done.

I use this app to keep an eye on our balance, but it's never accurate. They randomly add money back that isn't there. They have a whole list of pending transactions that aren't included in your balance at all, so you have to figure what's been taken out and what hasn't. Basically, the app is completely useless for what I need it to do.

For the most part, I love the app. for my phone. However for my computer it constantly sends a phone call even though I'm on a trusted computer and click NOT to do so anymore. My hubby n I share computers so it also gives him a hard time as well. It's just difficult since I have a screen calling phone that doesn't let robot calls go though, it's impossible 😕 to use the online banking from the computers. I get the extra security but we don't need it at our home.

The new upgrade is slow, and not at all friendly. I dislike the fact that I don't get emails of my direct deposits and no notifications from the app unless you are logged in....because of this I have to open it and wait 10-15 minutes for the app to update your transactions and balance that is, once you get logged in... It is frustrating!

It's an okay app. I can track my finances and my bills here, but I am getting this issue where some of my transactions disappear, and then my available cash changes and goes higher. Later, it goes back to my normal amount and my transactions come back. The rest is completely fine, but the transactions and the available cash is just buggy in some times.

I liked it before the update. The balance shown as available is NEVER correct anymore and only updates every-other day! If I had not set up my account to prevent overdraws I would have overdrawn twice now (even though I had used the app to check my balance before I went shopping BOTH times). Also, now it shows transactions from all accounts on the main page and it's very confusing!

Gets the job done fine, it's functional and the UI is nice but I absolutely detest the amount of times I've had to reset my password for seemingly no reason at all; there's been no suspicious activity on my account at all and making the most minor mistake when logging in can result in you getting locked out of your account in crucial situations. It also has an unreasonably long wait time for deposits and outgoing transactions. Annoying app that could do with some big fixes.

Almost every time I log into my account on the app using my code that I set up, it locks my account and forces me to reset my password, then if you ask it to text you a link and you open it, it opens in your browser, and if it sends you an email it opens in the app. And god forbid you start the process in the app and have it text you, because then you need start again because it recognizes the app and your browser as separate devices. Infuriating.

Constantly locks my account.. I am on my 18th password variation. Not only that, but the password reset is super janky. Only the 2nd or 3rd reset links to my email works. The first one always says "sorry something went wrong". Every time I just want to check my account I have to go through the frustrating 8 minute password reset process. No such issues from my online banking experience with Chase. I would have closed my account by now if that was not also such a process with CB.

The UI in the newest update sucks so hard. Everything it pretty similar, except it only displays one account balance at a time and you have to swipe through your accounts to see the balances. It used to be that all of them were nicely displayed and I can see absolutely no benefit to this change. It just makes it harder to check my balances.

My husband and I are always having problems with this app as well as the bank itself. Our account shows that it has a certain amount in there and then we go to draw money out or whatever and it's incorrect it never shows the right balance that and it doesn't show all my deposits and it also doesn't show all of my withdrawals honestly thinking about switching to a new bank

The new app is awful compare to the old one. The old app loaded within seconds, the new app just spins and spins to update everything. Too many security features - everytime you navigate away from the page, even if just for a few seconds, you have to enter your security code. And now there's an unnecessary two step process to see your transactions. The old app was much better and easier to navigate on a cell phone.

New update makes app completely unusable. This is very frustrating because I do the majority of my banking from my phone. I too have entered the endless loop between the app and play store, and I have to start over each time I open it. Will close all my accounts and switch to a different bank if this isn't resolved soon. Best part is, there was zero issue with old version. And now I can't even view my accounts. Update: Issue was resolved

How this app manages to stay at a 4 star rating is beyond me. I literally have to change my password every week. I even did two step verification it still insists on checking to see who I am. Then claims to send you a security code that doesn't come in text for until the next day when it's entirely irrelevant. This app is unresponsive. Unreliable and is not to be depended on when relying on the availability it shows. Some transactions take weeks to process. Lazy banking is all it is.

Don't count on the fingerprint scanner to work all the time! My saved username and password or fingerprint seems to just get reset every month for no reason. I go to log in one day and it says "error" and poof, my saved information is all gone. Has done this since day 1! Also after this latest update, I get redirected to the App store every time I open the app, even though I ALREADY updated over a week ago.

I feel the old app was a little easier to navigate, but there are extra perks with this newer version. When things are pending it recognizes that and gives you a better idea of how much money is actually available in your account. I don't believe the previous version could do that. That's handy for those that lose track of what's going out and what's coming in. Overall... it works well.

For a banking app, this app is terrible. I've had it for a while now and I've noticed that payments or purchases made from my checking account don't show up for days. Prime example, made an extra principle payment on my mortgage which my mortgage account shows fully cleared already.... That payment was made 6 days ago and I'm STILL waiting for it to debit from my account in the app. People who rely on there bank account to show most up to date information, DO NOT use this app.

It's ok, it works...usually, but there's NO ability to personalize it like every other app on the planet. I hate orange but there's no way to pick a different color or anything like that. Too bad. Would be 5-star if someone bothered to put an extra 5 minutes into an update and give users more options.

What is the deal with transactions having multiple spots on this app? It's very confusing. Bought things and double transactions are showing up. Bought one thing yesterday. The history shows I had the amount added to my account and two more like it was taken out twice. Grey is - and green is +. Keep it that way. I don't need the confusion. Got me thinking I'm being double charged on every purchase..
