App double booked my taxi at the same pickup as another person, end up cancelled my booking when the taxi reach and the other guy board. Replacement did not appear at location even though I was still waiting and mark me as no show. Wasted 30min of my time, had to use another app to book.

good quality service most of the time but they have a terrible habit of cancelling after confirming your booking. This has happened multiple times this week alone, and is incredibly frustrating. Missed meetings and appointments, are likely, so I would avoid if you require a firm commitment from a taxi service.

For the past one week or so. I am unable to book any ride. The system will hang without showing any options or amount to choose after selecting the from and to destinations. Update: Dear ZIG, after addressing the issue here, you still need us to give another feedback to another link. So what's the point of giving a review and rating here? These shows how you all work as a team and how competent in your work. You need to copy and paste and address this issue to the relevant team to work on it.

User has to be careful of selecting option. Options under "Everyday ride" can and will assign a limo to you and the price is almost double for the ride. There is no indication in the App that you can be assigned a limo under "Everyday Ride". That's what happened to my daughter. Instead of the usual $20 fare, it's $36 instead. Reply from Customer Service is just as bad. Pushing the blame to me for not choosing properly. In fact, no where in the App warns users about being assigned a limo.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Taxi service has been bad. Been getting a lot of cancellations lately. Can never get any taxi during rainy days unless you pay premium price. It is very unfortunate. Update: if you are truly concern of feedbacks please look at the cancellation histories instead of providing generated response. 08/2024 - still no improvement with taxi not arriving even after acceptance. Terrible.

For one cab call, I received 3 transactions charged to my credit card. This is annoying. I have to call my credit card hotline, write in to comfort to resolve these fraudulent activities. Will launch a complaint to case to see if they can assist.

This App need to be modernised. Why do you need to update manually? Can you consider upgrading the App or transforming to Push updates pls? Also the App is unfriendly as it does not provide a status on your active bookings..I have inadvertently booked two taxis without realising till I got a call from the second taxi!

With recentl update, it reset my payment methods and Unable to add cab charge, page loads into error. On 01sep aft update booking goes into a stuck loop: unable to find taxi, but hang at searching page, exit app and go in try to try to rebook but it says I'm still in progress with another booking.

2024 Aug - app becomes even more stupid, identifies pick up addresses that don't exist, show drivers moving away. 2023 : Stone stupid app. Always (for 10 years) defaulted to a pick up location that don't exist even on Google maps. Stone stupid app, when you change pick up location and it defaults back to the wrong one. Stone stupid app, post booking doesn't show you the full pick up address to check and rectify. Not so smart app - gives you then only the option to "call driver" and not message

(Update) After several updates, filling in pick up and destination points have become smoother. You can also easily add more than one destination. Keep it up zig! (Old review) App is not user friendly compare to gxxx but the new app update is terrible. Destination and pickup form constantly blanks after being filled in. Also, sometimes the confirm button doesnt show up, what a joke.

Obsolete app with obsolete programming. It will show that either driver arrived, but he's quite a distance away, or it will show the driver is still 7 minutes away but actually arrived. GPS sometimes "assist" drivers to take an efficient route based on probably an old system. If drivers can't find a new location (despite us willing to wait), they will just cancel without trying to call us for guidance. Honestly, there are better ride-booking apps out there with a more updated GPS system..

The cab stopped at the wrong spot, then proceed to picked up the wrong passangers and decided to drive off to the drop-off location I chose in the app. I tried to call the driver via the app, but the call button disappeared. Immediately sent an email, got an automated reply that it will be responded within 3-5 working days. 13 working days later, nothing. Edit: CDG finally replied 24days later and resolved my issue.

UPDATE to review: Developer was unable to resolve issue after 7 days of email exchange wherein I provided US phone number twice for registration. ORIGINAL review: Can't register with US 10 digit phone number. The app apparently only accepts 8 digits. My wife and I have both tried. Frustrating! I've gone to CDG website FAQ and there's no answer. Emailing developer. We arrive on Singapore in 10hrs. Hopefully they'll have it fixed by then.

Not a bad app, not a good app. Functional much of the time, but often glitchy and with gaps, server errors and drops, lags and slow updating of taxi locations, and too frequently I'm not getting the calls/notification when my taxi arrives. Other issues with communicating with drivers via booking or the call function. My own evidence for the app's mediocrity is how often I have to call the Comfort phone line to sort things out.

OTP for the email verification process was so unresponsive after entering the code that I had to "delay until later" using the button that offers to do so. However, I realize now that there are no receipts for ANY of my travel because the default setting on the profile is to send receipts to email address, but only if your email address, of course, was successfully verified to begin with.

Since app relaunched as "Zig", overall experience has been terrible! 1) app prompts "no internet connection" even though I can use other apps on wifi or mobile; 2) Recent bookings show my assigned taxi is 1-3mins away, but car is several kilometres away and takes 12-20mins to arrive; 3) Feedback sent but NO response from their end. AWFUL

Getting "oops! You're offline!" for the past week. Tried reaching out to customer service (no response) and uninstalling/re-installing the app. Nothing seems to work, so I guess leaving 1-star reviews are the new ways to request customer service. Edit: I was using a VPN on my phone that seemed to be the cause. App works okay when I turn it off.

the previous app was better. the pop up will tell the wait time unlike this version. the ui interface was much cleaner and sensible to navigate. also previously it is smart enough to allow me to book a trip from the last place i took a taxi to. no such option even when i go to my history, i can only view and the app does not accept that as my current location. you copied the wrong version of the China Didi app. their first version was preferred by their users, this version was well disliked.

Like many other reviewers stated, since the latest update, I can't find records of any past or incoming trips in the app. Booked a trip in advance, got the confirmation notification, but the trip was nowhere to be found in the app. Only got the message saying that I have a pending trip when I tried to re-book (as I thought my initial booking was cancelled).

Has ads. Stupidest booking app ever! Don't use in a hurry. Whats the point of favorite destinations but you can't use them in future? 90% detects wrong pickup location and when you want to edit pickup it automatically goes to the destination field. No other app does this! So if you're in a hurry and not paying attention, it is near impossible to delete once taxi arrives. If autopay, you need to call customer service and after a long list of questioning they refund in 3-5 working days.
