Hate how celcom sim itself dont give free data to access specifically their own app but insists on asking u to buy data + reload from other place first, then comes back to the app. Why the hell do I need this in the first place? Worse, it locks me out for developer mode being on. I need it because some functionality of my broken phone depends on it. You ask me to disable them when it is literally a lifeline for mine, it is my choice to have them on?? What gives a broken app to choose for me.

since celcom merged with Digi, the line is getting worse, the data is still destroyed, I don't want to expire the line is already weak, I think I want to change to another telco, like telco U or telco M is better than celcom now, the celcom app is worse when I open it, I always have to refresh it, I'm getting bored with celcom, if it's still like this I will change to another telco, unlimited 12 mbps is like 3 mbps, what will happen with celcom now, I hope celcom solves this problem

worst app ever... slow, laggy not up to date... somehow you have managed to make the app more backdated... shd screw ur app developers... & i dont understand why it takes days for a bill to get updated after the billing date... i used the digi app previously & it didn't have this issue at all.... since you have now merged maybe can get a piece of advise from you partner....

The app is terribble, always loading and rarely usable. What is wrong with celcom techs, lazy or useless? The app is getting worse all the time. What is the matter with you celcom, are your tech deparment run by grandmas? Still the worst app after all this time.

This app rarely function. 9/10 times I open it does not load to the main page. Please fix ur app!!!!!! edited: I was called to "upgrade" to postpaid to use their "latest" technology. upgraded it and nothing changes. still cant use the app most of the time

would be better if we want to subscribe via call it provides an option whether the customer wants to do auto reload or not. Because this feature really annoys other users & may affect some people when they are actually not in need of the service.

Forcing me to disable developer mode to use the app. That's just stupid. The usage page doesn't even show my mobile data usage anymore. Even with an unlimited plan, my hotspot still has a limit, but this app can't even show that nowadays.

This app cannot accept authorisation through banking application, because once you open the banking application to perform the authorisation, this app will refresh or close. Edit : And this reply is totally useless. Cant you just test your own app? This is recurring problem. Update : Solved Next prob : The most ridiculously slow loading app i had ever encountered. Trust me, if any of you want to experience internet of the 80s, download this app.

Hi celcom life app developer, I am experiencing the problem of the app going black blank after entering the main page of the celcom life's apps on 6/3/2025 (THURSDAY) - 1.00 a.m o'clock . This happens after updating the latest version. So, it is difficult to see the credit balance as well as the total internet data balance and others (All of which fail to be viewed) in the latest celcom life application. Please fix the app well and can be used as is on android phone.

App always crashes, popping up message as "For your security our app has detected USB debugging is enabled. Please disable this setting in your phone's settings menu to continue using the app". I have no idea what's that and where to find it or whether it have anything to do with the app at all.

You forced me to update this application, but when I opened the application after updating, I couldn't use it. It's good that the application that was before the update can still be used. People who want to buy internet data from you are also a pain. And, we are Celcom users for many years and your customers, we bought unlimited internet data for 30 days. We paid for 30 days, 6 days before the expiration we got 512kbps? Why did you steal 6 days? You mean we bought unlimited data for 24 days?

I have been using this app for a long time and I love it. But Lately, I can't open the Celcom Life application. Every time I try to open it, the screen just goes blank with no response. I hope Celcom can quickly fix this problem because it makes it difficult for users to access important services. Thank you.

It's bad. It's horrible. It's downright horrendous. How many times do I have to top up my damn line only to be either slow or have no internet when connecting to others. I am disappointed and angry. Buy a new top up? New Celcom SIM card? No, still acting the damn same. Why does this app even exist if it doesn't even function all that well? Especially the line? What? You're getting money hungry? RM6 for 3 day line is weak. Pathetic.

Been using Celcom for a long time. No problem with the Apps. Excellent. But, I really frustrated when it comes to coverage or network speed. Sometimes no coverage at all. Sms also cannot, no connection, emergency call? Many also report the same thing but still no improvement. Pls improve celcom. I have to buy another sim card from different telco, because celcom network is not working well. Really disappointed. From years to years still no improvement

Seriously very unprofessional company and irresponsible toward this app , I've been facing this app issues more than 1 year!!! No updates on billing always ask to restart then you CS will call and ask to pay bill ....You guys want money on time but not the service for users?? I'm regretting for choose this service yet i stuck in contract .Once end, I'm done

Every single time I open the app, it says, 'Something is wrong, please try again'. Last night, I was trying to remove the M pass from my XP Lite plan but it said error and needed to try again later. I wanted to remove them before it got renewed but it was impossible to do that.

i've used celcom apps for quite some time. Honestly, it is getting quite annoying. everytime I want to use this apps, need to login with sim or otp. then, it never showed me how much Ive used for mobile date. then, suddenly, my data has finished. if I want to add on data, I need to use this apps, but I couldnt because I dont have internet. i did use other mobile tele provider apps, and honestly, they can just update me how much data Ive use for the days.

i want to suggest the roaming purchase part, instead of immediate activation after purchase, please put it in when we want to start activating it. Since most people always purchase the roaming before the flight rather than after landing since not all people know where to find wifi at the other country to purchase after arrival. we don't want some waste of activation period even though we didn't use it.

I'm extremely frustrated with this app. Each attempt to open leads to crashes. No update available on Play Store, yet it's unstable. Reloading my sim has bcome a significant incovenience. I expect better functionality and support. Update : 19 April 2024 - Still crash. Needs to open multiple times then it crashed again. I wonder who is your software team. 25 Sept 2024 - Getting worst!

Its been so long and its still keep refreshing when i shift to my bank account for transaction. Please, change it to avoid refreshing and restarting the app if i shift tab, how do i pay bill and give authorisation if this keep going? So problematic. I had to do several attempts to pay my bill, by keep shifting to the celcom app to avoid it to refreshing and restarting.
