Only good for viewing deck maps and upcoming activities. Couldn't pull up my SeaPass when boarding (had to restart my phone). Messaging others through the app was terrible: would have loved to use this more but didn't since it wasn't working properly. Items listed in the app always didn't match what the ship directed (e.g. disembarkation location for Concierge class).

App is buggy. The messaging is delayed and you don't get notifications on Android until you are connected to the Internet which defeats the purpose of chat within this app. When you do get reminders in the app, they cover the navigation and it takes several swipes to get the notification banner to go away so that you can then actually use the app. The navigation and UX in this app is not intuitive. You need to rethink this app completely.

I have 2 cruises coming up and my express pass shows up fine on the laptop, but can only be seen for one cruise in the app. And neither of our photos for either cruise shows in the app, but all 4 photos show on the laptop. I don't want to go through security and not be able to show our information in the app. If doing check-in through the app is supposed to save time, when the info disappears from the app, this is not saving time. I know it's not my phone, it's brand new. This app needs fixing!

The functions offered by the app are really thoughtful. The problem is they don't always work. You have to close app and open, restart wifi, and still some options stop working. I could not access deck plans for the last 3 days. Chat is a useful option, especially when you don't have a cruise phone plan. Unfortunately, it would be delayed and the recipient not get the message for 30 min. Some mornings I received all my messages from the previous days again. Having the menus was a nice plus.

App has useful info (some of which disappeares after boarding), but the interface is very slow and very clunky, if it loads at all. You really have no choice but to use the app during the cruise. And on the ship's wifi, it was even slower! (compared to using it before boarding) I hope they fix this before we have another cruise!

Fails to show information in a timely manner. Dinner reservations, activities, etc. This is especially regarding shore excursions. Example: changes for a major attraction that was canceled, then trying to announce a replacement excursion via PA, but nothing in the app, after most people have left the ship.

Terrible app. Upgrades, such as my drink package, that I have purchased don't show up. When attempting to check in, the app would not load after entering my credit card info. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Very difficult to navigate. Continues to freeze when on the ship. No link to contact via email. Awful user experience.

I am currently on a cruise with Celebrity Millennium. Only half the features in this app work. Feature buttons for entertainment, activities, and shopping do not come up, but other options like ship map, drink packages, and excursions will work fine. I have to frequently refer to the paper copy of the day's itinerary for locations and times of activities because the app is unreliable.

I am not fond of the app. It is inconsistent (two people can get different results on the activities list), the chat is not prompt(in can take several minutes and there's no notification sound), and access is inconsistent (different people can access or not simultaneously, or cannot access at all). I have closed the WIFI and reaquired WIFI -no app. My phone is less than 5 months old - Galaxy23 Ultra. The 'Accounts' function seems fine. This app needs some serious review & reprogramming.

Poor linking with ship dining, excursions, schedules, and activities. Specifically, few of these things were linked to the app, even though there are placeholders within the app for this information. Additionally, many features only work while connected to ship wifi, but i needed to disconnect from ship wifi for my phone to connect to local cellular Internet and have accurate location services.

Doesn't work. Can log in, but it doesn't work to Check-in. All I get is an All White Screen with the Celebrity X Logo. Nothing happens. I have been trying for days now. Tried everything. It just doesn't work. Please fix it. It's required to use. But it doesn't work. How stressful this is. This is NOT THE WAY to what is susposed to be a relaxing cruise as advertised and promised. There is no help option on the app. I called in to celebrity, and the representative didn't have a clue what to do.

I love the idea of having all the ships information on one app. However, The app takes a long time to load or each time you click on a link it takes a long time. In addition there are several places on the ship where you cannot access the Wi-Fi. It seems counterproductive to have an app if the ship doesn't provide the ability to use it.

Used to work. Now it is in a perpetual loading prompt. Update: got it working before the trip, but it is unreliable on the ship. Messages don't go through and the events and activities on board change but the app doesn't update. Plus, they don't let kids under 13 on the app so you have to buy a ridiculously over priced internet package just to be able to use WhatsApp for messaging.

There has never been anything more beautiful than this trip. From the start in Bayonne,NJ all throughout the Atlantic and to porting in Bermuda....WOW. The Captain (very entertaining) the sites, the beauty, the awe, the adventures, the dining, the staff...each and everyone of them and our room attendant....Extremely friendly, excellent at their jobs, sufficient and above and beyond. I commend them all. I absolutely recommend Celebrity Cruise and absolutely for the Bermuda trip. Lisa H, 1192

Was working ok until we got on the ship. Now the app constantly boots us off, making us log in. It can't even find our cruise half of the time, some of the buttons do nothing when you click on them. This app is completely unreliable and useless when it should be most reliable when on the ship. Also what genius the part where you have to enter your birthday to sign in? It doesn't let you type in the date, you have to scroll through the months hundreds of time just to get to your birth year.

No app support available. Check in is required through app, but it does not work and freezes the app. Therefore I tried checking through their website which also did not work. Contacted Celebrity but they could not help with check in either. Seemed like a great concept if the app functioned properly but instead the lack of support is frustrating.

The app was quite functional for what it was designed for, and I found it indispensable at multiple points of the cruise. However, it was not designed with older hardware in mind, nor for those users who do not opt for exorbitant WiFi packages. It's still usable, but fiddly.

If you enjoy the words "Oops, something went wrong", this app is for you. From booking and reserving to boarding, there's an error every step of the way. On board it functions, albeit slowly, but good luck precruise booking or upgrading drink packages/shore excursions. As it's necessary to use the app for many of these things, be persistent. With effort and patience over 2-3 days ultimately much of what you want to do can be achieved if you get a bit lucky. Also incorrect excursion availability.

Very frustrating app, especially for first time cruise traveler. The info is confusing and all over the place, and it's hard to find what's relevant. The itinerary and daily schedule are not clearly laid out. Pages often come up blank. The app keeps sending reminder notifications that aren't relevant or helpful. We booked two staterooms for our family, and they were split up into two reservations, so the app sends repeated notifications as a result. A week from sailing date, and we are confused.

Their website linked to the wrong app for our cruise! We needed to go out of our way to find this one. The messaging feature between guests was unusable. I couldn't communicate with my family members. Some event information was inaccurate or wouldn't update, even when connected to the ship WiFi. Additionally, if you want to pay for someone else's excursion or meal experience, you can't via the app. App was useless and I can't wait to uninstall after posting this review. 0 Stars
