This App is easy to use and Navigate and find mistakes in your balance ledger. However... It needs work when it comes to an easy button to report fraudulent activity. You do have to research the app and find a local branch office and If it's your account.. the local office and local authorities numbers should be easily found. Fraud is illegal and it should be investigated by the authorities as well as disputed by The Bank. The Fraud may be right next door these days.

The secure app works all the time,the way you need it to work. In addition the debit card and credit management works every time. Replacement of a debit ( if needed ) is done in 10 minutes. You don't have to wait for a new one to arrive in the mail

I have used this app as long as it's been available and I have appreciated the care central bank takes in keeping their app up to date with awesome tech features. The user friendliness and appearance of the overall app are on point. Lock screen account balances and mobile deposit are my favorite features but I enjoy the export and search features too. Any time I have trouble, central bank customer service is right there to help me with a logical solution. Would recommend.

The Central Bank app is easy to use. It has every function I could need, and they are relatively intuitive. I have previously had bank accounts that require multiple logins to perform certain functions, have stability and compatibility issues, or that would not easily show my account number once. I was logged in. None of those issues here.

Love the ease of this app and the new functions. I think it would be great if we could transfer money to other accts tho. I put money in my son's acct from time to time and it would be great if I could do it in the app. Also, I quit using the bill pay cause it takes over 2weeks sometimes to get the payments to clear, wish there was a way to fix that!

It is a great and easy way to monitor your accounts. It is particularly useful if you use a debit card tied to an account to make certain that the your card is never misused or compromised. Central's fraud protection is beyond reproach, but the app gives you instant access to ease any fears of misuse. The app is easy, safe and saves numerous trips or calls to the bank. I love it.

I love this banking app. Everything is at my fingertips. The only reason I go to the bank is to get quarters for laundry. lol That's how awesome this app is. I can do everything I need to do and in a timely fashion. Keeps track of my balances, shows budget I spend on groceries, gas, bills, etc in a pie chart. I can transfer funds from account to account, change my address, pin #'s, look at statements and I get a text every time a charge is made on my account. It's very handy.

I've been with this bank for almost 15 years, they are amazing. This app has always worked, and been such a huge help. There was a time, around 6 years, I lived 2 hours away from the closest Central Bank, and my work didn't do direct deposit. The Mobil deposit feature was a life saver. Their customer service is always above par, and the app runs very well.

It's nice having mobile banking app and I utilize it a lot. I'm glad transferring money from savings to checking or vice versa is very easy. The only thing at this point I wish it did was organize the bill pay center in a way that has the payee you utilized last be the first one on the list. I pay my credit card a whole lot more than I have hospital bills.

I really like this mobile app. I can check my balance at any time. The support is terrific. I had fraud on my account, I got everything straightend. Out, didn't have to wait 7 to 10 business days before I got a new debit card through the mail. I simply went through the drive through the next day and they printed a new one. This was on a Saturday, I set a new pin and everything. Good Job. My old bank, that would have never happend without going in, no way! I like my new bank! Alot!

I have used this app for ages and have never had an issue. Now, every time I try to open it I get a connection error basically saying the app can't connect to the internet. Doesn't matter if I'm using data or connected to WiFi it's the same story. Thought maybe I had missed an update that made the app incompatible with my phone, but there apparently haven't been any updates for a while. Pretty frustrating.

5/5 I'm a newer member (6 months-ish?) And I've had no trouble with this app. There were a couple times where the app either was super slow to load or didn't load, but I found each issue easily resolvable. Either my network was iffy at the time or I just restarted my phone and it would work just fine. It has a very simple interface and a lot of options for the basic account holder to access and utilize so they don't have to go directly to a local branch. Love it. 🤘

I've never had any problems with this app. It's super convenient and helpful, and while I can't manage any account from separate banks, I was still able to add them to the transfer section and transfer money to/from the accounts. It also has a breakdown of money spent in several different increments of time, and more. I really do love this app for my banking!

Great bank I've done business with Central Bank for years as does my entire family (kids included). The app is extremely versatile and useful. I always feel safe when making mobile deposits and even opening up additional accounts. The app is well organized and extremely user friendly. The interface is intuitive which makes each session smooth. One feature I wish was available would be to have the ability to see the activity of a mobile deposit within the app like the "transfer"section has.

Good app overall. My one complaint is when I go to make a mobile deposit, it tries to automatically take the picture before I get the check centered. Then it kicks me completely out. I have to log in again then it gives me the "manual capture" button. I wish it just gave me that option from the beginning. Pretty annoying having to go through the whole process twice.

The app is a pretty great convenience, especially if you are banking from a distance. It's never crashed or run slowly and I've not had any security concerns either. The one issue, and it's a user issue, is no tab label for the menu, just three lines. I expect this to bes settings every time and hunt for the menu before remembering. That's on me.

Very excellent app. You very much can do almost anything without going to the bank. Functions very well, I like all the alert notifications that you can setup for charges, deposits, balance, and limits. The only thing I wish and recommend central bank add to this app is a time stamp for a transactions and list them by time, so you know the exact time when the amount charged or deposit posted by time. I do know this function is available to the customer service. It should be available for user

My favorite online banking app ever. There is a really cool feature called money manager--I put in my income and bills and the app calculates what I have left automatically. They changed money manager and now the app is no longer able to help with my monthly budget. Extremely upset because I loved being able to organize my bills using the calendar feature. The money manager update has ruined the app for me as I now have to go back to paper for my budget or switch to a different app.

Usually the app is pretty simple and easy to use. Lately, however, the app has taken several days to update the balance of my accounts and my partner's. This has led me to transfer money I didn't have because the balance was misrepresented, and I have faced multiple fees because of it. Additionally, it allowed me to overdraw, despite it being disabled on all of my accounts.
