It's getting better, there are still some hiccups here and there and I'm sure they're working on them. Just like accurate descriptions, proper product names and consistent nutrition facts. It's a great app and we're lucky to have it. Way better than other grocery apps.

Doesn't even fully open. Shows splash screen then goes back to my main menu. I thought the update would have helped. I use it for work when I'm on the floor to help customers.

I gave it a 4-star the font needs to be adjustable maybe a script icon some small medium and large secondly not all the products listed in the inventory especially some of the specialty items which I guess if you're pulling from a database pull it all and assign it a SKU number and spot

App isn't up to date regarding items I want to purchase. Search engine is dismal (ie type "Gimme Lean" brand vegetarian and you get 'lean beef'). 30 minutes before curbside pickup I'm told the items I purchased are not available. App still says items are available. So a dynamic database of inventory would be useful. Until then, that's gonna be a NO for me, dawg.

Enjoy seeing the deals! They offer cooking classes, and tastings.. the choices are quality, and the food and drink are exceptional... I have been pleased with everything, I have ever chosen from both, Central Market, and HEB!!!🙂

Love the experience it is super convenient! Just wish the selection was better. Not all the items you see in store are available in the app.

in these days of climate variability, political chaos, and general bullying, it is nice to have an app that makes it easy to find and get the essentials. And the in store inventory check list helps with planning and enjoying a voyage through the grocery.

The improvements to the app are great. Nothing beats browsing the store aisles but this is second best. It's still a tad hard to find certain products if you don't know the exact name... but that's probably because there are so many delicious options.

Search function is poor. Tried to find grocery bags...tried several different search terms. Got very bagged food product but no bags. Really needs work. Great app if I am reordering product. Some drop down options missing, if you want to order a single muffin, can't pick the flavor, e.g.

I don't like when the sales price on the app say something different it changes when you go to the cart I want some cherry plums on sale $3.99 lb when i go to the cart for all my items the price changes to $4.99 lb 🤨NO option to select 1 pound option only available for each piece on app and for each piece the price changes also as well what a ripped off you will never get sales price on items

Wow! This app is really well done. It's very easy to find things, it's intuitive, and there is no buffering when you scroll through products. I do recommend increasing the font size on the log-in screen and at check out. Also, it'd be cool if you could zoom in on the product images. Overall though, awesome job!

I switched to curbside pick up when quarantine started and I intend to continue. So easy and consistent. They usually have what I order and sub out when they don't. When they sub, they give you the option to keep or refuse, which I appreciate. The service is always good. Thanks Central Market and HEB!

EDIT: True to their word in their reply to my review, the app was up and running by the day after I posted the review below. It was a great app before it crashed, and now that it's back up, I am giving them 5 stars because of excellent customer service! What happened? The app was great but now it won't even open. So much dor curbside pick up and catering. Uninstalled for now. Hopefully it's fixed soon.

Ordering and inventory is great, especially for curbside pickup compared to alternatives. One thing I'd like to see improved is the search functionality - results using "&" instead of "and" or vice versa should show up regardless of which term you use

Looks nice, easy to navigate, but definitely some issues. Mostly in the recipes section. The recipes were clearly written by someone who doesn't know what they're doing. "Put all ingredients in pan and simmer" "Oh no wait the chives are a garnish and you need to sautée the onions and garlic separately then add them in". Some pictures for the recipes clearly aren't taken from the recipe because they have elements not in the recipes. Vague ingredient measurements too "three potatoes" hmm... ok.
