Poor delivery service. My order hasn't reached and is being delayed. Been 3 days. Beware of their fraudulent promises. You will see that they've replied to me to contact support center and I did, to NO AVAIL! they don't care. Poor costumer service, poor everything. Don't buy from this store unless u want to keep calling them to beg for your order to come. They will not take any action. I still hasn't received my order and it's been FIVE DAYS.

Very unsatisfied with the app, just like the other users stated there is a bug issue in the cart and checkout part where it keeps showing please wait without proceeding further and I tried everything and nothing worked very frustrating and not user friendly.

very bad service..after paying everything. item was not delivered and even if you call the customer support they will only say they will escalate and thats it ,nothing happens. Do not be fooled with the delivery date cause they do not deliver on time. This is the worst experience i have from online store. Very poor system. Not recommended.

Worst experience ever! Every time I update it as it says all my data is gone, what I have in my cart and all lists I make of favourite items disappear !!! What kind of application is this .. truly disappointed..this happened to me twice already ,I won't continue using it.

التطبيق بطيء ويعلق مره سيء جدا جدا...خدمة الارجاع معقدة وبطيئة أيضا وخدمة العملاء ليس منهم فائدة تعاملهم جدا غير احترافي تجربة سيئة لاانصح التعامل معهم. The application is very slow and keeps crashing. It's very bad... The return service is complicated and slow, too, and the customer service is useless. Their treatment is very unprofessional. A bad experience, I do not recommend dealing with them.

I've been trying to use this app for over a week now, and it’s been nothing but frustrating. Every time I go to the cart to complete an order, it just says “please wait” with a loading sign and never moves forward. I’ve tried everything. Clearing the cache, clearing data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing works. The issue persists, and it’s making the app completely unusable for me. This app has been out for several years now, so you’d expect it to work properly now, but no.

Ordered from them, it's been 5 days still order hasn't been received. Customer care is of no use neither they can connect you with delivery team nor they can tell exactly when the order is coming. On the application there is no option to edit address or phone number once the order is placed. There is no option to cancel the order as well. Looks like they are not bothered at all about the customers.

I dont have any problem with the products or delivery, my only prblm is with the app, the app is very slow and it buffers a lot , whenver i try to add products to my lists it keeps on saying *please wait* and then it never stops buffering, there are times when i tried to open the app, it was not launching, so i had to go playstore to uninstall and reinstall it again so i can run the app , I request you all to please fix these errors so that i have smooth experience while iam shopping.

Bad service. I've ordered online. Paid also before arriving it. but they cancelled my order the next day. and money not credited so far. Poor customer service. I won't recommend to any one.

Worst online service in Dubai. The customer service agents are absolutely clueless about the delivery status. The app shows delivery date as 28th April, on 1st May. Repeated follow ups and requests still zero help from the team. These guys successfully ruined my surprise gift plan. I regret trusting their online service.

l love centrepoint , but I have a problem in the application gets worse. I hope to improve it much better ,I try to get in, then it's loading without any action, although I reinstall it twice

Here are some problems I faced in my first order 1.Tabby payments did not work for me 2.The app which they provide does not have enough future compared to noon, Amazon etc. 3.I have too much confusion regarding the arriving date which for me 2days after I placed the order.After that days it shows Still in processing. 4.Customer Support is the worst for my scenario.If you contact also there's no use .They reply 'We will solve'.

upon install, app requests you to choose language. i chose english uae after that the app keeps on generating an error with a retry button. nothing happens. had to uninstall unfortunately.

bad app and service ,I was trying to pay an order and the app gave me a message for false payment , so i tried to pay for the second time , then I was surprised that the order money was deducted two times from my bank account, I called the customer service they cancelled the additional order but they didn't refund the money to my bank account, instead they gave me shukran credit, I called them 3 times just trying to get the money back to my bank account, and still they didn't solve the problem

I'm really disappointed with this app. They keep canceling my orders without any explanation, even after I've waited for more than a week. This has happened multiple times, and it's extremely frustrating. Very poor service — I won't be using this app again unless they fix this issue.
