Unable to link paynow to liquid pay, tried 3x. Simply didn't work and error message says to contact support email, can't even click on the email or find that support email from faq

This app is so bloated it's basically unusable now. Every time wanna add my fights it just hangs. Tried it on 2 different phones also the same.

When I tap on the plus button on a flight, the page is frozen. I can only scroll up and down but cannot tap anything.

App lags or no response when checking flight status. Delayed flights are not updated and still shown as scheduled. Checking on flightradar or flightaware gives better flight info... This app is definitely World class.....

This app logs me out the moment I close it and I can't use the QR code scanners on my phone to scan their QR code recipts. Super troublesome to use and the potential rewards are patheic e.g. $1 or $2 off some random store you've never heard of thats only valid for 1 week.

This app is getting slower and bloated with each update. The flight search results always hang and I have to force close the app each time. How on earth this can be released? Mind-blowing ridiculous!

Slowest app of all time. Searching for simple flight information is a pain because the UI is not responsive and there is visible lag. Used to work fine previously until UI overhaul.

The birthday selection pop-up calendar only allows going back each month. User needs to click a few hundreds of times to get to the birth year and month. I gave up several times in the earlier trials. Please improve.

very slow app. each tab change takes a few seconds. also on older device (samsung j7 duo) cannot see "show my qr code" button for payment, directly hindering payment functionality.

The app is super slow. Going from tab to tab takes easily several seconds to load. Every tap requires loading time. I read that this has been a persistent issue since years ago...whoever is maintaining your app, fire them because your app is the slowest and buggiest of all the apps we ever used. You got no excuse to have a persistent issue for years.

Useless. The interface is extremely slow and i keep getting fed up. Please improve the UI speed. This frustrates people as we cannot even search our own flight :( Pressing a button takes 5-7 seconds for it to respond. I dont even know how the apl was tested in this state.

The slowest app of all time. Just tapping from Arrivals to Departures took 7 seconds. Searching flight didnt work because it kept loading until 2 minutes so I closesd the app, tried again, same results. Scan barcode didnt work. Uninstalled, installed again, same results. Didint even bother trying to inspect other features since the main feature to search flight didnt work anyway. Uninstalled right away. Disappointed, useless app, not recommended.

For an app that doesn't have to do a lot, it does it really badly. App often will take a while to respond to input, and sometimes just stop responding altogether forcing you to restart it. You can't just open and browse the map to see what's closest to you in the terminal, instead you need to know the name of the business you're searching for. When you do get a map and want to zoom in for businesses closer to where you're going, it only shows major businesses.

One wonders if the developers of this app have actually tried to use it. Firstly, signing up is a nightmare - for me entering my date of birth (mandatory) required no less than 720 key presses through an un-editable calendar to take me back to March 1958. After signing up, I find that the app regularly locks up and is very slow. Thirdly the UI is so saturated with advertising and promotions that it's difficult to find anything of real value. Uninstalled as it's not worth the effort.

Wrong app logic and very bad user experience After upgrading, this app shows that my device is rooted and prevent me from using. In fact, I do not use rooted device at all. If the app cannot detect the right hardware and state, how can the customer trust it by providing the right information? App should be designed to bring convenience, not more troubles. Pay attention to your technologies and vendor's qualification first!
