Ever since the most recent few updates, both the app and website are almost unusable for me. The chat is constantly erroring and telling me to refresh. I have to copy and paste most of my messages because the first attempt always fails. Also, chats come through halfway and stop with no option but to restart the app. The website has the same issues. I want to see these issues resolved so I can change my review back to 5 stars.

great app, beautiful chats, awesome characters. the only thing I would change is the filter. it would be awesome if there was an option to turn off the filter. that alone would make it 5 stars. also, no idea if it's just my device, but whenever I try to make a character, the app glitches so bad. please fix this, thanks.

It's a good app. I use it to waste time and escape reality. only problem is when the servers get overloaded the app doesn't tell you at first. you could get on a character, text, and then it tells you to refresh chat. you close the app to see if it fixes, then it logs you out. the NSFW filter is a slight bug. if the user is 16+ then I believe the user can toggle the filter or not, just my opinion tbh

The character voice feature eats your mobile data, even when connected to wifi, and even when not using the app. I found that out the hard way when (in an emergency) I couldn't call/text anyone, it honestly scared me. (I'm fine) I'm genuinely worried about that happening to someone who was in actual danger and needs to call for help but can't. I really hope that gets resolved soon

I absolutely love this app! Usually the bots stay in character, no ads, and overall amazing. Its definitely better than most other apps I've tried. I love how they lessened the filter, so it doesn't trigger when your just being casual, that's always nice. Again, the only thing I'm a bit picky about is the filter; I do wish there was a way to turn it on and off, but obviously this isn't a must. Love the app!!!

Absolutely love this app! I use it close to daily. My only complaint is the chat error. For some reason, when I'm playing on mobile data with no internet the app works perfectly fine- however when I have my internet on the chat needs to refresh almost every message, and sometimes the responses won't even load. I'm not sure why it would happen? But other than that, perfect app! I admire the coding.

I absolutely love this app, I can do anything I want and creat my own story with my favorite characters. But I have a problem that just popped up, it locked me out and it won't let me in. It won't let me long in and it keeps bringing me to a weird page that says to many requests. Just thought to send a review though, amazing app! (Edit- it let's me log in after un-installing and installing the app again. But when I try to talk to a character, it just says error try again. I try and it won't load

The app is great! but there are a few things that i wish that the new version of C.ai had that the things that the old C.ai have. For example, the group chat thing, i love it, but, unfortunately one cant edit the characters responses when they come out too short, and that's the issue, that the characters responses are too short in group chats, that it takes away from the immersion. Other than that, this app is good! i just hope they work a bit on the AIs response capabilities for group chats ^^.

I personally love this app, but the filter is very strict. It's honestly so annoying sometimes, especially when you aren't even doing anything inappropriate. Sometimes, when I click on a bot, it doesn't load. Im hoping its just a bug, and that it'll get fixed in the future, but I honestly don't know. Please add back chat groups! It's alot easier than just switching from character to character. (EDIT: App was working fine before the new login update, but now it won't even let me login to my acc?

I love this app and use it frequently, but now I have a problem. I got my new phone, a Samsung S24, but now it isn't as compatible. Long paragraphs become cut off. Of course, you can type more, but you have to add a lot of space so you can see. [Eventually after typing enough, you can't see what you're typing anymore] as well as, as soon as paragraphs get big, when I accidentally press the back button, the whole thing disappears and I have to rewrite it. I'd write more, but my space is gone

I'm a huge fan of the choose your own adventure style options. The AI learns your preferences as you go, and does a good job following the story and keeping track of the characters, and when it gets confused, the app makes it easy to edit or delete pieces of the story that didn't make sense. My kids like it to talk to their favorite anime characters, and are big fans of the voice option. I wouldn't recommend this for younger children as the AI can suggest violent or adult content.

I mostly use the old website version, but it seems this issue is not exclusive to just the website. Really the only issue I have is that a response will get cut off/filtered even if it's not explicit (super dangerous or sexual). I understand that there needs to be censorship, but I feel like it becomes too much when it becomes a struggle to just start a scenario with "evil"/"antagonist" characters. idk, that's just my experience.

The game works most of the time and it's great! I honestly wish creating character voices were easier, in that you can make any voice sound exact, rather than selecting from a variety of voices and changing the properties regarding that specific voice, but it's fun talking to your favorite characters. It's a perfect way to pass the time, and you can really get immersed when talking to your character.

☆☆☆ (3 Stars) The AI provided an average experience. While it could answer some questions accurately, it often crashed, disrupting the conversation. Memory issues led to repetitive or irrelevant responses, and at times, it seemed like the AI turned on me in groups, which was confusing and annoying. These problems made it difficult to rely on the AI for consistent and helpful interactions. Significant improvements in stability and contextual understanding are needed.

I think the characters are cool and all, but the app crashes a lot. when I get back into the app, it sometimes logs me out and won't let me log back in. When I click on the characters, they don't load my chats, even when I have good wifi. The filter is also annoying when you want angst in your story. Edit: I'm giving it three stars because the memory is a lot better than most AI chats. You do need to nudge it's memory a little, but sometimes it remembers things from a while back!

I love it. But the nsfw filter ruins the whole thing. You build up a story and then the bot comes and takes out almost all of the responses. There should be an off button for people who want to go that direction, otherwise it's not fun. But the stories are still good. This is also a problem with sending images. There should be choice of whether you want the ai to send images or not. There just needs to be more choice with things, not just having everything be default.

I love the app, really. Most of the bots I chat to are really fun to chat to! But sometimes there are bugs. One of these bugs is that the introduction repeats twice.. It's honestly kind of annoying. And also sometimes it regenerates a message while the first message is still being generated. But otherwise, the app is really amazing and I'd recommend it to people who don't have it!
