Editing July 2021 - sadly having to change my rating and uninstall after a huge price hike from fixed fee to 1% of transaction value. I usually put through large payments and this increase almost doubles my Stripe fees. No thanks.

Excellent app with a simple intuitive interface for taking payments via Stripe Payment gateway. Being able to scan a card via NFC means we don't need an expensive terminal. Thanks!

Seamless!! Works like a breeze accepting card payment with Android phone. No more bulky card readers, just tap and receive payment. The best app which complements Stripe. Keep up the good work!

They are THIEVES!!! They literally will not allow me to refund my client over $2200 as well as deny me access to the funds for a month nearly. I've attempted contacting both charge and Stripe regarding the matter and NOTHING. UNBELIEVABLE

Excellent app for processing payments through to Stripe. PCI compliance, SCA ready and verified by Stripe themselves gives confidence. The programmer makes himself available for questions and suggestions. Our businesses in the USA and the UK are now using it, mostly for orders taken by phone. Our transactions are high value, so the low fee per transaction is perfect.

I love this app and their customer service! so easy to use and the fact that they only charge $0.20US (plus Stripe fees) per transaction saves me so much more compared to the last app I used which was 1% plus Stripe fees. highly recommend!! never had any issues with processing my payments.

Better than Stripe App by allot, because with this app I get cha-ching notifications anytime money moves, and I can also bill anyone securely with just their telephone number or email... was very impressed with accepting NFC payments in person. Yal made the Stripe Platform have the best features of other huge names in the industry such as: Square, Paypal, and Waveapp.

This app is so convenient. You can take payment directly from your phone. You don't need a handheld device. Its so good you get updates on payments via a dashboard. You can check sales and keep track of all customers. This app really works well. I will never go back to lugging around that big pdq ever again.

Suddenly not working tried uninstall and reinstall again everything worked perfectly before. Used for 6 months no problem. All developers do not make updates as it screws up up the app usability. After 3 times reinstall started to work. So would like when updating would be causing less trouble

WARNING‼️‼️‼️NEVER RECEIVED 1 PAYOUT!!!! They kept each transaction with only refunding the smaller amount of transactions to customers but somehow the larger one almost 300 dollars isn't being refunded they are holding it for verification purposes and won't do anything to resolve issue for 4 months they've had a hold they have no number and won't provide one and emails are very unhelpful and only some one apologizing promising to get to it and never does, I'm disgusted at this company!

I happened to be browsing the "suggested apps" on Google app store while downloading an Amer-Express payment app. I stumbled upon this app, curiosity to is it possible to take card payments by cellphone. After reading through many of the reviews, I wanted to say this; I have never seen where an app developer or customer service responds to every single review! That in itself, shows dedication and definitely this is a legitimate app and the dude running the show! Dave, great work👍 I inst.4rvw🙂

Using the Charge For Stripe app, oh my goodness it's been such a game changer for my little business in NZ. I did my first transaction at the local craft market and it was such a breeze. It's so user friendly and I felt confident using it, especially for the fact I'm not your most techno savvy person. Also I thought it was pretty damn cool receiving an email from the programmer. Here's hoping for more sales and transactions 😁

Great app, we run a gites, rental home, business and most of the transactions go through our site, but once in a while I need to add a transaction, like st check out, and this app does it very well. Doesn't always like US cards that don't have 3d security.

I have a small catering business and wanted to do payments while I am on the road. The normal Stipe Dashboard is not compatible for tablet of mobile phone, it's crazy. I called Stripe twice they did not know which app work. Finally I found CHARGE FOR STRIPE as an authorised app on their website. It's great. I have been using it for 10 months, no problems. Very reasonable fee of €0.15 per transaction (on top of the standard rates of Stripe). Simply great app.

Unbelieveable real-time, real-person customer service. Everything works perfectly. I'm in NZ and use the app for selling at markets etc, but also just discovered the 'payment request' function so I can collect payment from remote customers too. Superb. Shout out to David on the support desk. Awesome app.

Update: Finally. Uninstalled. Powered phone off. Reinstalled. Success. I am having so much trouble getting beyond the Connect with Stripe screen using Galaxy S7 Edge. I login to my Stripe account, can see that I am logged (appears at the top of the Connect screen, and yet I never gain access to any other screen. What am I missing?

Unfortunately the NFC is not working (Samsung Note 8) and the take photo of card option results in an invalid card prompt. Tried it with multiple cards but never worked. Inputting the card does work but would rather have the option to at least take the photo of the card and capturing the number that way. I did send an email to the support team. Hopefully they can fix this or let me know what I am doing wrong.

This app is really good but... there's a few things I'd like to see added. First, the ability to add your own logo to the payment page and email and the ability to customise the text within the payment request (you can do this when sending with SMS but not with email). Also, the ability to 'share' the payment request link once the payment request has been created. This would give the ability to send via What'sApp, Messenger, etc. I have more but those would be my Top 2 suggestion. I'd still recommend the App though ;-)

Tried to use this since stripe is used on our e-commerce site. However ever since I started using it in a hurry at an event as I needed to take credit cards, tons and tons and tons of $10 transactions from credits cards I've never seen before are ROLLING in. I have no idea what's going on. Now they say my tax info is wrong. I think the app is a scam and by me putting my info in it's stealing from my account. I sent an email to support but I am super concerned.

The platform is easy to use but it would be even better if they had a section for categories or products. If you had a single product that was the same price, this is for you but if you have multiple products, you would have to add everything then input it in for the charge. The customer wouldn't even know what was purchased since nothing can be itemized. They tried to make this app convenient with new technology but the extra steps on basics adds time. Missed the mark on what a POS does!
