I met a lot of people on here, some deranged, some real, some cat fishing, sellers, buyers, a lot of sexual orientation. It's sometimes a bit of fun, but so many bugs and could do with a redesign and a few updates...very bad for ages verification, really young teens on here, and scum selling the most absolute disgusting and vile cp pictures. They should be hunted down and destroyed by the authorities.

Very interesting user agreement :( All responsibility is on the users. Support does not check users in any way. The users there are suspicious people and people selling photographs of different content. And also the application does not work well, notifications do not arrive, a link to a video from YouTube cannot be sent. Don't waste your time!

I'm using Chatous since 2018 and this app has some serious issues. 1) No customer support. SEND FEEDBACK option is not enough in the year 2024. Make some policy changes. 2) MESSAGE NOT SENT issue even though internet connection is good. 3) Needs a DARK MODE. 4) People feel bored at this app. Make it a bit interesting. 5) No one knows how to get featured at Chatous I've put my point in the best knowledge I have. Kindly have a look at them.

Cant meet new people the app is completely useless do not download it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see if that would fix it and it didn't. I also messaged the developers and they have done absolutely nothing. Do not get this app. Now it no longer let's you add people through username only let's you search for tags it is progressively getting worse even when fully updated on a newer phone.

I've had this app for years and one day I decided to log on and see what's going on with some of my friends on there, who I have never needed to contact through another app...to find all of my conversations and friends deleted. It was so disappointing and after years of use I had to delete it from my phone. Tons of bots too, app was good a few years ago and has steadily declined in quality.

Honestly, I loved the app. I met my boyfriend of over 2 years on here, we met during covid on here. But the amount of perverts is frightening. The App also was buggy and sometimes it took about 10min for a chat to connect. I know the pervert problem is hard to get rid off but a filter with keywords you can turn off/on would already be a great improvement. Again, otherwise a good app with loads of decent people on it.

I'm confused as to why it has slowed down the pace. I used to be able to get paired with random users almost as soon as either of us skipped, but since a few days I've noticed it's taking several seconds for each match, and it's recurrent, happening with every single one of the matches. That's making the whole experience much slower and less entertaining.

Have been using it for almost 4 years now, it's ok. The chat options used to be better tho. Being able to add a pic is nice, hashtags etc. But the media options suck! The cam quality is shity, especiallty for videos and you can't upload your own (only pictures but even those get bad quality as soon as you upload them). You can't look at your own sent media. Hope they work on it soon.

I like this app in principle, but it has flaws. There is no help file or FAQ. There is a 'send feedback' button, but it doesn't work. The volume is preset, so even when you mute your phone, the other person's sound is still loud and cannot be adjusted. You cannot switch your cam, move it's position on screen or resize it, you cannot choose your country, so it you want to meet with locals, tough. However, I like the option of being able to add friends.

I actually like how it's like going to a pub and it has it's own weird charm to it. However it is sometimes very easy to unmatch with people. And I miss having the ability to reconnect with usernames. And the Android version doesn't have the select from tag page. All in all. It's very buggy and hard to reconnect now more than ever if you accidentally disconnect with anyone. So would like to see some of the flaws being fixed. As I do enjoy it. With it's true random design.

Average at best. The majority of people will just skip you if you're not a female. This has always the problem with these random chat apps, you spend more time looking for a match than actually talking to someone. I like the overal design of this, but if someone skips over you it should not be added to your inbox that the chat was ended.

The bio and pic while you're randomly matched is good, the coins are a scam don't bother. The ability to have an "about me" while randomly matching with others is good and spares you tedious repetition of your age, gender, and location. Recently there's been a surge of users using explicit images, one even advertising child pornography. There seems to be no moderation. This app is quickly going the way of other cesspools.

This app is full of creeps so if there was a way to fix that, it'd be great. I'm taking off stars because all of a sudden I've lost full connection on the app. I couldn't start new chats and I couldn't send messages, as if my internet wasn't working. Every other app on my phone is working perfectly find and even my data wouldn't work with the app. I need some costumer support here to help me out so if y'all could contact me that'd be great.

I love the app, but theres a few problems I want to report! Lately the app keeps crashing and failing to load profiles. A moment ago it was messing up and not letting me or the person I was speaking with send messages! It was sending things multiple times failing to send messages, we had to use a different app to talk. I want to give an better review but this issue needs to be fixed, please.

I see so many people bringing up glitches, and it's no different for me. It works for maybe 5 minutes, but then glitches out, claiming it can't end chats, can't completely deliver texts, can't even load the featured users list completely. I'm sick and tired of uninstalling and reinstalling, just to make sure the people I make friends with don't think I'm just ghosting them!!

Um...the teen section...has a lot of explicit photos. There's no age verification by like a picture so you can get a 60 year old in the teen section as well. The app is mostly used for exchanging nudes or links now. I absolutely hate it cause after like 20 skips you will find someone who is willing to keep it in their pants and all but I don't want to have to go through a lot of people for one appropriate profile

Overall this app is fine. I've met cool people, though contact is temporary. The community isn't very friendly, as it's rather difficult to encounter someone who won't skip you. Another thing I've noticed (I have closely observed my notification settings) is that I rarely receive message notifications, if at all; that means sometimes I can leave someone hanging for any amount of time that I don't decide to check the app occasionally. However, I continue to use it over all others of its kind. 😊
