I booked a flight to be told I had to book another one after getting thr email confirmation. Now to drive an hour to another airport and be charged over $100 more. I spent over an hour on the phone as well. I will never ever use this again.

This app takes you to farehutz which is a scam. They say part of your flight didn't have enough seats so to take a different flight you have to pay more money. They wanted to charge me additional $671. I called my bank and reported them as fraud. I have also filed a complaint with the federal trade commission. If you have been scammed too, file additional complaints. They need to be stopped. The 5 star reviews that are positive are fake. They don't use proper English. These are middleeasterners

I tried to book a flight twice, but both times they emailed me and had me call the third party companies, both times they told me the flights that I can booked were not available and offered me to book the same flights for $700 more. Feel like they were trying to scam me. I will use a different site to book flights.

The application is very convenient for traveling on airplanes - no need to run around the checkout counters. The developers have done a good job for people, and sometimes all this fuss with tickets gets enough. I will fly soon, I will definitely use it. The customer service has no solid answer when you ask any questions, such as cancelation or refund. For example, when I asked to cancel the flight that I have booked half hour ago, they told me that they will be cutting off 80 dollars for 2 way flight; However, they cut off 120, and I do not really know the reason why they didn't that, so please make sure that you have the right service before you consider booking here.

As I was putting in my payment details the flight updated and confirmed my payment at a much higher price!. I quickly tried to cancel the transaction before it went through and the option to cancel appeared on the screen so I clicked and confirmed I wanted to cancel. When I checked my bank account thepayment is in my pending transactions at £978. I phoned my bank who said the payment is authorised, which means I cannot use my account as this is the total of my available funds please please HELP!

Excellent! This flight booking app is really unical. A week ago I needed to visit two conferences in ny and la during a day. Also I am from California. Most of the agents recommended by this app never follow and issue the tickets as shown on the app rates. The agents are blaming the airlines and hiking the rates to get airlines booking reference. So the app is untrustable and misguiding the customers. I am going to be one of the victim.

This is a rip-off app. They make it seem like you book the flight and they cancel with no notice. Also they cancel part of your flight and charge you. They telling me I'm loosing all my money cuz I need to upgrade no option but to pay more. If you want to get Rob with no gun here's the perfect place.

I never ever make a horrible review. I can not believe the experience I had with this company. I purchased 2 round trip tickets with the peace of mind extra. One for this weekend and one for next. I purchased the tickets at a specific price with no checked bags. My card was run. Went through. They called and said I had to pay double. I asked for a refund, they said no. Pay or lose your money. They did this to both tickets. Tell me that isn't fishy. Went back, and they were available again.
