All that I want to do is make a payment on my credit card. I've been making payments using this app for years. All of sudden, update, and it sent me to Synchrony, CheapOair but nowhere is there a place where I can make a payment!

It's a pain. And you have to pay to get your boarding pass. You can't look up your flight anywhere else. All the numbers "can't be found." Their fees for the agency are also very high. They claim low ticket prices, but then overcharge on fees to make it even more expensive.

Cheapoair is terrible! I booked a flight from Europe to go home to America, but somehow, my middle name was left out of the booking reservation, which can be an issue for international flights because it has to be a reflection of your passport information. But I thought it would be a easy fix! Wrong! Cheapoair refused to make the correction stating the airline has to do it. And the airline stated Cheapoair has the authority. No help either way & denied a $1,000 refund. Very nonchalant & robotic

Nice,a prompt for a review, providing an opportunity to say a big thank you to cheapoair,il reach the final destination and all the credit goes to cheapoair. answering all questions I had all that stressful time not knowing how I would have returned or board a flight was so cared for, that I can't thank enough.Options, routes, transit visas, international Call and conference&final email payment link to explaining everything.Pleasantly surprised am waiting to return to Vancouver, waiting to board

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They do not honor their cancelation policy. The prices are not properly listed, and they will add on hundreds of dollars in extra fees after you finish your booking. They don't communicate correctly with the airlines and you will have to reselect your seats and then pay extra because of course the price for those seats went up. DO NOT USE!

Terrible experience. Bought return tickets thru this app but could not get support concerning baggage enquiry and buying more baggage. One of my passangers could get her visa and I had to let her ticket go to waste coz this company doesn't have any channel to obtain a refund. App also had sign in problem. I keyed in the email which I used to buy my tickets and nothing. Not worth all that trouble. Could have easily got my tickets at the same price if I had gone direct to the airline.

I'm hoping to het this resolved but I bought the add on to allow me to take carry-on luggage which was about 45 bucks. when I got my boarding pass, it said that I did not purchase the carry-on option. I had to pay 75 dollars at the gate t9 het my luggage onto the plane. so it has cost 120 dollars for me to bring a bag onto the plane. This is very frustrating and ridiculous to deal with as I am on this flight for my mother's last days.

I have used cheapo air for the last 6 or so years and I have always had a great experience. They keep me informed and after searching numerous other airlines they are still the cheapest , even though you pay for baggage they are still the most economical. Would highly recommend.

App is confusing and switched dates up on me. Chat didn't help at all so I had to call. Said I wasn't able to switch it back after booking without paying double what the flight was and unable to cancel. Was able to switch it with the airlines directly for much less. I used to love booking through cheapoair online but now the app has just made me never want to use it again

In a single trip, a plane crashed on the runway, so I needed to rebook. The flight before ours was delayed on take off and my connection was missed and required another rebook. Costing me a total of $8500. I paid for flight insurance and travel insurance and was told that it wasn't their fault. All 3 airlines said the same thing and blamed each other. Leaving me broke. I would never recommend this service and am willing to pay a little extra for assurances that I won't be charged 3x the price.

Don't use this app. This company doesn't honor the prices you see on hotels and car rentals. Every hotel and car rental I booked was followed up by a call from a rep stating that the price that the hotel I picked had changed and that I had to rebook the hotel again at a different price a much higher price. This is within 2 to 5 min after being charged. So not only have you paid once but in order for the correction to be processed (which will be WAY more) you would have to be willing to be charged again and wait for the first charge to be refunded to you and that could take anywhere from 7 to 14 days. DO NOT BELIEVE THE REP IF THEY SAY A REFUND WILL BE REWARDED WITHIN 24HR. This company also does not stand by the policies they post and will leave you left with nothing. Especially for car rentals.

1. The view your trips option doesn't show your trips all the time. On mom's account, it was instant and easy. Seemed to be a great feature. However my account, even after receiving my booking confirmation- nothing. The app keeps suggesting to book a trip that searched and already purchased. 2. There is no option on the app to search for your booking number, 3. The chat now option doesn't work. You need to call. 4.The points for the card and app use does not actually show up. It's 1 week+.

I picked Oair because it was the cheapest when compared to Expedia and Priceline. Now I know that it looks that way because they don't start calling you until after you made a reservation. My phone was non stop ringing, I was so confused as to why they had to call so many times. First it was to confirm my reservations, then it was to charge me for extra things like insurance and to pick my seats. Once I explained that my seats were supposed to be free the lady did accommodate.

I booked a $1200 flight with cheapoair but had to cancel because I wasn't able to get a visa, they wanted to charge me $700 just for cancellation. so many hidden fees and penalties, you have no idea. I called three times, they transferred me from one agent to another 7 times and I stuck with it for almost 2 hours on the phone refusing to pay that much. At the end, I just told them I will contact my bank to deal with yall, and guess what, they only charged me the $250 cancellation fee. Thank God.

This app or customer service is missleading, their fees are too high. This has to stop. If there's a way to have legal demand. I think we should do it! I booked a flight that I found for a better price than others, but it was still high. I picked a date. I also had hard time at the time of paying, when I finally did, they email me the confirmation and had my son on the airport on time. But when he double check he found out that the date was changed!

My experience has been positive! Sometimes navigating the site and making sure I've included all the pricing of what I need can be confusing. I must admit though you will get an call from an agent if necessary to complete the reservation. Overall the site is friendly and easy to navigate however boarding passes, and seat assignments can be a little confusing. I truly love CheapOair.

Boarding passes do not load or save properly on the Samsung Flip series of phones, likely due to the taller aspect ratio. This renders the app pointless. Two support agents could not figure this out. The app itself is a mess of tabs and links and is needlessly visually confusing. It is absolutely just a terribly formatted webpage in an app container. You get what you pay for, it seems. Two stars for minimum functionality.

I was skeptical but a little desperate. Much to my surprise and delight the app and process were both easy and lived up to the claims of best prices. I thought I would have to lower standards but I got great flights,lower than compared to other travel apps without a bunch of restrictions, and a good deal on a rental for the trip. I am very pleased and will definitely keep this app. Also, the app worked great with no glitches that I could detect and great interface with the airline services.

This app is broken. I can access my account via the website. Login works correctly. When trying to enter the same information via the app, it states my account is now locked. When you hit the reset email button, nothing happens. They advertise 2X the points if booked through the app, but don't allow you to log in to take advantage. False advertising at its finest.

I'm very impressed in how they handled a price change on a ticket during my booking. i instantly got a call, an agent carefully verified everything, didn't have access to my credit card info, and wasn't able to complete the transaction because the initial one did actually process. It would appear their data systems are properly set up and I was pleased with the thoroughness of the customer service.
