Had to cancel a flight because of COVID, so I had a statement credit because Cheaptickets refused to refund the money. They sent me a notice with a button to cancel the flight on a flight that got canceled anyway. They did that to make it easy for you to cancel your plans so they don't have to give you a refund. Their customer service associates have heavy accents that make them difficult to understand which is frustrating when you're already aggravated trying to get your issue resolved.

I hate this site/app. They legitimately robbed me for over 2k on a trip and they did not help me at all with a possible change of dates on it. Do not book anything with this company because they'll use any excuse to not refund or help you exchange dates. Totally fraud and useless. I had to call three times just to change my flight and lost my hotel booking. Even with a cheaper flight I still lost the difference of $70 for both my passenger and I.

Greenmotion Car rental Tampa Florida is a rip-off, and Cheapticket allow them to use false information on their site. I read the small print. When you get there, they display the agreement on their counter. Who put 2000.00 hold for 25 days on a car rental. And they go along with this. I will be sharing this information all over social media. Cheapticket get some real people to help with customer service issues.

The app is not friendly user. When I was trying to log in with my credential it always telling a an error message saying Oops! Something went wrong just like there website when I was trying to cancell my flight. I booked a flight going to NYC from Mexico and they sent an email saying that the booking did not go through so I made a second booking and all of a sudden I recieved another email saying that the first one is confirmed. I had to cancell the first one but talking to an agent s impossible

As of right now I want nothing to do with cheap tickets. The app glitched and crashed multiple times over the course of 2-3 days while I was in the process of booking flights and hotels. I've had to use alternatives instead. I lost out on savings because of this issue, I spent hours trying to book, only to be given an error message saying that the flights were unavailable, which isn't the case since I checked elsewhere. Over a decade I've been a customer! I'm Beyond disappointed. FIX THIS.

Horrific! You need a milage plus number or it's difficult to log in It often doesn't recognize my flight number and butchers my last name (won't take correct spelling). Too many other issues to list. Customer service won't get back to you.

I love CT. It gives you so many options, and side by side comparisons in one place. Pricing on this site is usually more competitive than other sites. Been using this site for years and love it!!!

Piece of junk. Try to sign in and the keyboard disappears after 1st character of user name, no way to get it back. No other app on phone doing this. Useless.

HORRIBLE customer service from the hotel I selected through the app. I was given a random reciept right after check in for a lower price than what I just paid online. Then given a double bed room( fake reciept as well as the app said I would get a king bed). The desk person couldnt give me eye contact/ didnt care. It was an even bigger disappointment trying get the refund with cheap ticket. "Don't worry Cheap Tickets, I got your message loud and clear. I will never use your services again!

can't update email address. Also I was trying to book a rental car to go along with stay in Las but all I got was a list, and a list of my heart selections whatever those mean. Also it doesn't follow through on comments or reviews. That's just today...cheap tickets has saved my butt several times..ie Gatwick drove shutdown last December and recent return flight on united from lax.

I really do enjoy this app. Very easy to plan my entire trips for vacations & hotels when friends come visit. A hotel double booked me, & cheaptickets called me a few hours before my friends arrive to inform me, but booked another hotel at a higher cost, at no additional cost to me. It was greatly appreciated & I loved the service. I will keep using this service due to that.

I purchased Cancellation insurance because I travel for work and I never know when the job is going to end. Well I couldn't cancel through the app so had to call and the woman told me the tickets were non refundable. I had to cancel one of my flight through Expedia and it went smoothly and I had a credit. Never going too use cheap tickets again

Ever since I started using cheap tickets I have never stopped or ever called an airline. I find it very helpful and the prices are great, the airline I have used since is jet blue 💙, lots of space and the check in process is a breeze. I would definitely recommend cheap tickets to anyone looking for stress-free bookings and best prices.

The app, much like the rest of the company is useless. I've used it twice, (shame on me) since the first use was a resounding failure. I got stuck on DFW since they didn't bother to book my connection. The airline honored my printed receipt even though they had no record. The second time I used them I booked 2 tickets, I spent roughly 3 hours on the phone trying to talk to anyone. Eventually they answered and they wanted $900 dollars to change a tic. Delta only charged me $50. Criminals.

The app is good, pretty straight forward. Customer service for any issues with the trip itself is poor at best. We had multiple flight changes, in airport flight issues, confirmation issues, etc. Contacted several times to try to get back to original itinerary and was going to have to pay double the original trip itinerary...not cheap tickets. I could keep on going. I am deleting the app, never using cheap tickets again, definitely do not recommend the company for anyone.

Since Expedia took over... there are very few deals. I used to get excellent coupon codes. And rebates beyond that Now, it's like every other OTA. I've never had an issue with bookings though so it still gets 3 stars from me. But the deals are terrible and I often find it's better to just book at the hotel site now. Sad. This app used to be good before it became like all the rest.

Don't deal with Cheap tickets. I purchased a flight for my mother on the 8th of 2020 with the cancellation insurance. Within an hour of the purchase to simply correct a detail because of autocorrect, I could not change, correct, nor cancel the flight....even with cancellation insurance. I think a star is too high of a rating but I can't even cancel that now. I know some are to try but BEWARE OF CHEAP TICKETS!
