The program itself is great. I love the ease of use and it has helped me immensely. I would have given a five star rating except the latest update has made the text smaller. Where I am visually disabled, the change has not been good. May I suggest that there be an option to change the text size in the next update?. I do like the larger "amount" box though. The other problem was that the update caused a problem with my year to date reconsolidations.

Ridiculous! I purchased this app years ago. It worked great up until December when it did an update and I lost everything in my 4 accounts. I tried it again after thinking it would of been fixed. It updated, froze, and I reopened the app and once again it was completely deleted. I purchased the lifetime subscription. I am completely done with this app. Not worth the headaches.

Bought the Lifetime Subscription and have been using for years now. Works great with synching with my wife's data as she uses the same app. All the sudden though, I can't login so we have lost the ability to sync between our phones which basically makes it useless. Support email gets bounced back as invalid so no luck there. Polycents website doesn't offer any help at all. EDIT: Responded to new customer service email address. The one on the website was wrong

I used to like this app until the update. Now every thing is messed up. There is an ad everytime you add a new purchase. I used to be able to split screen on my phone with it but since the update, I can't. It makes the image messed up. This used to be easier to use and I liked options it gave. But the app is just bad now. I'm going to have to find a new app that is easier to use.

I've been using this app for years and paid for the full version and loved it. Now you've updated the app and I DON'T LIKE IT! Whatever you did to transfer data messed up. My account is now showing $1200+ in the negative, when it's not. I don't like the way the new version looks and I'm not paying for full access when I've already paid for a full version years ago. I will be finding something else that suits my needs better!

I payed for premium and it's so much better! I use it every day. I've had it for several months and at first I was worried because everyone was saying how the update sucks but I've only had the updated version so I guess I just don't know what I'm missing because I see no issues. I use the app to sort my actual savings accounts into more specific accounts, like car insurance, saving for a house, new car. That sort of thing. Its helps clarify my finances so I know where I am at with my goals.

Use it daily to balance and manage my bank account and credit cards. Only issue is that I paid for a lifetime premium subscription so my info would be backed up when I switch devices, but on my device, it uploaded like 8 months behind on my info. I've done it before, and it worked, but it didn't this time. Super frustrating.

Editing: 8/24/23 App has bugs, duplicate Accounts, logs me out, sets my register back a year, not auto backing up, customer service non responsive after multiple emails. Going to find a new app. 😔 Perfect App! Love the new update, as the number key is much larger and easier to use. I paid the lifetime subscription years ago, and have yet to regret it. Customer service email is super quick to respond and very open to new ideas to implement on their app. Multiple accounts is very useful.

I have been using this app for YEARs and recently got a new phone. Unlike literally every other app I have, there is no way to transfer my info from my old phone to my new phone. I even paid for premium and it's not working. PLEASE do yourself a favor and use a different app that will actually back up your info. If I could give negative stars I would. I emailed them for assistance and no answer. Do not recommend. Even my color by number app transferred all my data. This app is ridiculously bad!

I don't normally write reviews because I know they get last in the mix but I have to express how frustrated I am with this latest update. I love this app!! I've been using it for years and it has helped me stay in check with my expenses. Unfortunately, the annoying ads that are forced for me to watch every single time I enter in a transaction is way to much. Whats more frustrating is that i can't click out of it until the short clips are done. "Updated Post" pro version is much better!!

Editing: So, I lowered my rating because it suddenly changed completely. I literally cannot access a single account. It automatically turns sideways (which I absolutely loathe). My favorite, most useful app has suddenly become useless. - I've tried several checkbook accounting apps; this one is far superior. It's easy to use, and has functionality for multiple accounts. I also love that they now have the option to sign in. My only complaint before was that I had to remember to back up regularly.

Update 4/3/24 It erased data again. I've used this app for years. Easy to use. I like that you can transfer funds between accounts easily. This is not 5 stars since once in a while it signs you out & deletes all/some your info so you need to start over. It happened again today 6/15/23. The first time it happened a few months ago, it asked for sign in with account details it never asked for before and that I had never created. I then created an account, which deleted everything.

App logged me out and won't let me log back in. Lots of glitches over the past few months. Is this the same app that was from Polycents? I sent a support email and got a bounceback that support doesn't exist. But I see here a different company name (nova?) So disappointed in the service and crash. I think I even paid originally to get extra support. (05/2024) just lost access on my last device. What a garbage app with zero support.

Lost all information For some reason, the app loved me out, and then when I try to log in, it tells me the wrong password. If I try to reset the password, it pops up saying the user is not found. I bought the one-time lifetime purchase. I have been using this app for a few yrs now, and all of a sudden stops working

Lost all of my data!!!!!! Typically, when I had to restore data in the past, it just duplicated everything. However, this time, the restore only had data through August 2023. Everything else is now gone. I have sent 3 emails trying to figure out what happened, but I haven't received a response. This is so very frustrating.

App works great until the idiots update it.....when it wipes all your account data and you have to spend hours rebuilding it from a backup that isn't remotely accurate. Recurring transactions all broken and need rebuilding. Account doesn't balance from the backup and you have to go back literally years to find a random, spurious error. Could be so much better!

2024 update: everytime the app updates. It deletes all data and you have to do a restore. After the restore everything that is has been restored before, duplicates. Takes about an hour to fix each time. User friendly and so convenient. Makes bookkeeping a breeze. Ads only last a few seconds and start when you open app. Can opt for ad free if they annoy you.

As of 5/7/2024: I've been signed out of the app for a second time, went to log in and it took 15+ minutes to load my backup. Once it hit 100%, it just froze. My guess is that if I finally do get logged in, I'll have to sort through the massive amount of duplicate transactions again. Disappointing, as I've been using this app and purchased the Unlimited license for years.

New update changed my balances and changed data of transactions. Previously loved the app. Edit: found mistake. Update caused duplicate entry back in 2017. Adding 2 stars for functionality but still don't like the new look. Edit: They fixed the bug. Back up to 5 stars. I really like the UI and all the functionality of tracking my finances.

This is one of my favorite apps! I have had the paid version since August 2017. It is so convenient to keep data from five accounts (checking and savings) in one place. It certainly beats carrying around multiple checkbook registers in my pocketbook. Data entry is a breeze when it comes to deposits, withdrawals, and transferring $ from one account to another. I just got a new phone, and I was afraid that my data would be lost. I was so relieved that this did not happen.
