Here is a problem! Just recently I started having problems with redeeming my available food rewards. The items that are displayed and haven't expired yet. I had no problem ordering! Now when I order something that is redeemable and not expired. They tell me that I can't redeem that item because it's grayed out on there computer. Even though on my account/app it's there and not expired. I've been using the app for over a year now. An eat there no less than 3 times a week . So whats the deal? 🫤

One of the worst good apps out there. You have to select your location after every tap and it also doesn't let you add an item to your bag until you tap "keep it classic" or "customize" which is tedious and annoying in its own right. When I tried to apply a coupon code from T-Mobile Tuesdays it just said "Coupon could not be applied". I've used a lot of foods apps before but this has to be the worst as nothing works and has you going in circles to add a simple item to your bag. -10/10 Dont get.

Ordering is relatively easy. There are some inconsistencies.. like sometimes you can adjust the amount of ice, other times you cant... The bigger issue is the time estimator. We ordered and it said it would be ready at 6:15. At 6:18, they hadn't even started the order. So they need to figure a better way of being more accurate. The final time wasnt a little off... it was over DOUBLE...

Extremely clunky. You have to go through 3 clicks to see the prices & only show the price for that one item. Missing menu items and limited customization. It repeatedly sends you to choose ur location. It is also really hard to add discounts/rewards to the order. Way behind other fastfood apps. This app seems to not really be improving either. Look at some of the dates on other reviews and it still the same issues

Huge fan of Rally's, and I love the convenience of ordering ahead, but the app is sadly a disappointment. A quarter of the menu isn't available online, which makes some of the deals and rewards unaccessable, which makes the whole points system a waste since rewards expire. I've gotten the "bogo milkshake" deal several times, but it's not available on the app menu, and you can't use the app in person to redeem rewards like Burger King or McDonald's. Would fix stars when the menu gets fixed.

Firstly the deals in this app are pretty good! But that's where this apps goodness ends. Their menu does not reflect what you see in the app. Like if you go to the restaurant or even in the app and you use the pick two you can buy a chili dog. But if you click hot dogs there's no chili dog offered. Also the customization of sandwiches is terrible. They only allow you to remove ingredients not allow you to add extra or ingredients not in their specific list. Unless it cost money of course.

WORST Food Ordering App! The app does not give you the full menu, and it does not let you "customize" your items the way _you_ want them. It will let you remove toppings from sandwiches, or add extra cheese (for a charge, but that's to be expected). But, it will not let you add any toppings that are not normally on the sandwich. For example, I wanted to add pickles and onions, and extra tarter sauce to my fish sandwich. I was unable to add any of it!

Garbage app, excludes half the menu, does not include any of the 2 for 4 or 5 items, so you'll end up paying $3 more. Now they rely on a robot to take orders that never confirms what you ordered, and just reduces time saved as a whole. Steadily increasing prices. I see they added the option for pick 2 and save for a whole week and removed it. Makes a whole lot of sense.

Absolutely not worth the hassle. It double charges for each order you make, and they refuse to refund the extra charge. Theres no clear way to get into contact with customer service, you have to actively search for it on their website instead, and the interface is extremely slow, while it lacks in every area. If you're going to eat it rallys, its easier to just order through the drive thru instead.

App is pretty glitchy as of now, the check out area doesn't show a total/taxes or any items despite having items in my cart and a total from the menu screen. It seems to be brand new so hopefully they will update on the future to help improve it. One thing that I thinl it great and would love to see on other fast food apps is the ability to put a name on a combo or part of your order, I think that would make it a lot easier when you are ordering for multiple people to have their name on it.

Decent app, but for some reason basic menu items go missing at certain locations. For example, according to the app, my local Checkers doesn't sell large drinks, only medium and small. Most sweets are also excluded. I got curious and asked the staff there and they told me that that location serves all of those items. Weird that they don't show up in the app.

App isn't very smooth. Even scrolling through the offers causes a lot of loading. Selecting pick 2 menu is confusing. Select one item, the screen changes to customize menu, come back to select the second item, then another screen for customize. Also, applying offer can only be done at the checkout screen and not from offer list. If I don't enable GPS, I ALWAYS have to search for the location. Even adding to Favorite place does nothing. I don't know whether the developer even tested this.

The app and ordering works great for when you just want to pickup and keep it moving. The long line is such a drag late at night! And the built-in and newly upgraded Rewards program is wonderful for the loyal customers who are obsessed with their seasoned fries and other favorites. I took off a star because the app doesn't find your location when searching and also because I can not customize my Crispy Fish sandwich by adding tomatoes and onions. (I like the bells and whistles! 😛)

I don't mind that the app makes you click through a lot of menus. Not intuitive but it's fine. My only problem is that you can't order the Pick Two Meal. You choose your two items, the fries are at the bottom, you choose "add to bag" and it says "please choose a selection for your drink" but there's literally no place there to pick one.

App is simple but straight forward. Haven't had any issues with crashing or sending orders ahead to a location. They offer really good coupons in the app and the reward program is a little bit above several other places. Only reason it is a 4 is because it is a bit unitive to add the coupons or promotions on an order. Also, it would be nice if it was a little bit easier to see multiple locations on a map rather than pressing on one to see where it is.

The experience was a great one. The employees were friendly and professional. The service was quick. The food was amazing. However, I was shocked about the serving of the food for the price. I ordered the Buford bites and a small tea. When I got the order. I taught for the price it would have included fries. Had I know I would have orderthe brisket sandwich. I would like to suggest adding the fries as an extra, with the Buford bites. It was fried a little to much. However,I will visit again

This app has no effective way of reporting an order as not received or incomplete. Many fast food apps have this problem, but this one is worst. I'm uncertain how I would even start to get my money back short of going to the physical Checkers itself. Very frustrating. Additionally, the app is slow and has a clunky UI. Usable but far from ideal.

If you order through the app, you can't take the survey. Since every order I've placed through the app has been wrong, and since they place a much lower priority on mobile orders than on people who just show up and order, I think that's on purpose. Food's good, but because the treatment I've consistently gotten after ordering through the app, I'm never getting Rally's again.

The best I can say about this app is that it's stable and hasn't crashed on me. The menu is just always missing items at random and sometimes entire categories are missing. Want to see what new items your local Rally's has? Better hope the What's New section will actually show up! Want to just order a Rallyburger? Better hope it shows up in the burger section or else you can only get one in a pick two meal, if that even shows up too! It's ridiculous that this would be a problem.

Can't check out with payment method. The screen when it approaches goes blank. And I have cleared out cache and data. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it too. Really wanted to have the app so I can make use of the coupons I received. But this can't happen now unfortunately. Not sure if it is a bug but can't do anything about it now. Also the user interface could be a bit better feels slow in response. Can't even place an order online not option for payment.
