Useless app. Sending code after 6 to 8 minutes but code has been expired after 5 minutes already. Tried different mail accounts. So useless and one cannot register.

Great app to track your flights. However I do not get notification updates before and during the flights. Just a notification once I reach my final destination. Maybe something can be done about that.

I had this app on my phone and it was great, but this time I can't use it as it keeps asking for a code which it has sent to my email...NO CODE... I've checked the spam etc and nowhere is there a code. Ziltch. I've tried several times, even uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. As my travel company uses it I had hoped that my travel details would be there but I can't even get on to have a look.

I wish I could give this app a lower score as it does not work. I found an FAQ page that told me how to contact them. I sent them my itinerary so they could post it for me. They responded quickly, but I still cannot access my trip information even though I sent a follow up request. They insist they've posted my itinerary but nothing appears in the app for me. STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION FOR HOW TO USE APP WOULD BE HELPFUL TOO!

I wanted to like this I really did but no. For me, this app only being in Euros is not a good thing! Traveling to another country where we all speak and use the exact same currency makes this app useless for me. There's no way to change currency from Euros! This means I have to get another app to provide the country I'm visiting local excursions & restaurants which defeats the purpose of having CMT! This is almost there, if it would just take 1 additional step forward towards perfection.

App does not show updated information after check-in. I checked in on-line and got my seat and boarding pass, but CheckMyTrip was just as bad as the Tripit app and would not show my check-in status even after waiting for almost an hour. This makes the App quite useless. So I switched to Google Trips, which showed all the information instantly.

The new version of this app is terrible. Do not bother downloading. It dumbed down a ton of features are eliminated any functionality. Ticket number and seat selection information is no longer available. It is much more difficult to add trips. It is a definite move in the wrong direction.

Downloaded this when I booked my trip, and it loaded great. It was really easy to check if anything had changed. Then the app updated, deleted my trip, and now refuses to allow me to add it back on. The app is unusable now, which is a shame. I was really looking forward to using it to keep track of my flights.

Love this app. I often travel to differnt places in the same month. Before my trips I have to try and keep up my travel plans, as well as trying to remember which airlines I'm traveling on, using several print outs of my confirmations. With this app, one click and I can see all my confirmations in detail, in one place, regardless of the airline. Definitely, 5 stars.

Until recently my trips have posted quickly and correctly. However, I have forwarded an email with the correct booking information at least 5 times (August 15th) but it shows up in the app as in March 2020. This is very frustrating and I have been unable to find a way to contact them for a correction. I use this app for my boarding pass and won't be able to unless corrected

Most recent update eliminates all the functions the app was good for. No ability to edit or merge trips, old trips appeared and recently added ones disappeared. Process of adding new trips is arduous and time consuming Update: in two months, despite universal awful experiences, they've somehow made this worse- latest update deleted all the trips I spent too much time adding. Can't import my flights. I tried the email method, and it failed. The "oops" email response said I could add trips "easily and instantly with the "Add Trip" functionality within the app, even without a reservation number." But when I try, the result is "No flight available for this input". Maybe it works better on major or European airlines than on Asian ones. If that's the problem, a little honesty about the limitations of the service would be appreciated.

Easy to use app. Pretty cool that it finds my reservation. The only BIG problem is that the details of my flight time are incorrect,it's off by 2 hours and I know there hasn't been a change in the original booking. I've tried the automatic option (by reservation #) and forwarded by email. What's more the reservation number doesn't show. The only useful info that's shown is the departure city. This makes the app pretty useless which is a pity because the design and UX is nice.

The new updated version is terrible. You can't do anything else beside adding the booking. The old version allowed you to add additional information you may need to put in each leg of the trip including hotel info, some notes, etc. This new one does nothing and useless most of the time. And the way in which the app is designed is not intuitive at all. Very difficult to add your trips and the assistant AI is not helpful. Please return to the old version!!

Forwarded the email provided by the supplier and couldn't add the booking to the app - "Our system was unable to read your trip details and import them into your account" THIS WAS THEIR OWN EMAIL! So I tried another confirmation email with the same result. I tried to load the trip with the confirmation number. They can't find it to load. What a load of bull. App is absolutely useless, don't bother.

You can't modify anything in this app, even adding seat assignments. Also, it puts in each entry as a separate trip, so one long trip may be chopped up into 10 or 15 trips. I find Tripcase to be a much better way to organize travel. Tripcase also allows you to tie multiple email addresses to one account. CheckMyTrip needs lots of improvement.
