Used them for years for albums and prints but all of a sudden without making it clear they have changed the sizing of their albums which has completely ruined the aesthetic of my album shelf. It now looks like i have used another printing service for my last album. Not happy

waiting to receive my order to give the 5 stars, i would like to be available to be able to order more than one time a picture from same size. if i want 2 time one photo to be printed it is not available and you need to place a new order so pay in two times. not very easy for this. except this, app easy to.use, waiting my delivery in 2 days to arrive to fully judge

Awful, had a code from a friend. Entered it where asked for promo code but said I needed an account. Placed the order thinking customer service can help refund the discount but they said no. Spent over £24 with them. The stuff better be good quality! Will delete app and not refer anyone. Silly company for not providing a better customer service

Ordered my photos on the 14 November. Estimated delivery at the latest was to be on the 21 November... STILL WAITING. They said they reprinted it (2 days ago), I asked them today when I could expect the delivery... still have no answer!!!! They say they don't answer on Weekend's so not sure HOW MUCH LONGER I'LL HAVE TO WAIT for a service I played for. I'll tell you this much... I WILL NOT BE USING THE APP AGAIN!!! The service is not reliable.

Easier than I thought it was going to be! I have always been under the illusion that it's really hard to upload your photos cuz they'd have to be adjusted and all that jazz. But it was easy. Hardest part was choosing the photos. Would recommend giving them a whirl!

Placed an order, and they cancelled it ( without refund) stating that a quote was too long. The quote wasn't even in my order, when i asked them what they were on about and attached a screenshot they just replied with a different quote they recommend and said its the only way the order can be printed. I don't even know what order they have received now. It also takes 2/3 days to get a reply back to each email. Still no confirmation or refund.

Really really bad app... They didn't let me select how many photos I wanted. I wanted multiple of certain photos in normal format and I wasn't allowed to do so. So I tried in big format. Ok I could add multiples of the same photo. ...but then I realised at the last minute that they were all portrait yet some of my selection were landscape! So it was cropping out my photos. It's a really bad app. Will try on another one.

I enjoy the things you can create easily, was easy to use but I dislike how your basket is threatened to be emptied if you don't buy in a certain amount of time, I was waiting until payday before i could order the stuff I had created and it feels very money pushing when you're made to order it asap so it doesn't get deleted becausr i spent a long time making them!

I did a photobook and i am really really happy of the result. The quality of the paper and print is really good ! But the app ... so so.. it gave me problems with the loading of the pictures (many times) so i decided to do it with the computer from the website, and it worked perfectly

Could not delete pictures to put others instead, and even when I saved my project, the project had gone back to 30 minutes before I saved it when I opened it again. Wasted a lot of time. I moved the idea of this app, but can't put more stars because of these issues.

I wanted to make a purchase on my laptop, but the photos were on my phone. So I decided to use my mobile browser. Cheerz would not allow this, and blocked the purchase unless I used the app; this is a 1 time purchase so I'd be deleting it straight after. I could move my photos to my pc or download an app I'd delete 10 mins later. I used the app, and it got stuck on a page saying 1 photo was still uploading. I had to search multiple folders, move 12 photos and do it on the laptop anyway.

The app is easy to use, and there's a lot of choice. The value for money is awesome as well. 100% recommend

I can't see the photos that I uploaded on the app so I used laptop. The photos I received weren't really that good quality (some are fuzzy) but it's okay, maybe it's due to the fact that some were taken using phone and not camera. The only problem I have is with red color, why it's totally different from red color on the photos I uploaded? It is really sad.

Print quality is really good, but I wanted to do a photo album and the app doesn't load all the pictures from the phone folder (it seems to only work if I save the draft, go out of the folder and back in again); it doesn't arrange photos by date (or give you option to view pictures), which is really time consuming as I want to do an album of a trip with lots of locations and want to do it by date. Also app and browser don't communicate, so can't save a draft on the app to then work on it on PC

Very poor experience. Received an email to say my order had been shipped and was on its way, due to arrive on 27th -28th December. On 6th Jan I check the status of the order (which of course hasn't arrived), and it tells me it hasn't been shipped yet. Another company would deliver far more quickly and be more communicative. Don't buy from them!

The application has some fails....when you use the back button or when you try to finish the order, but the Cheerz team is always opened to their social media chats, ready to help so feel free to use the app and stay in touch with Cheerz because at the end of all you will get your product, a nice and quality one 😊 thank you, guys for all the support!

Really really difficult to edit an order once started, keeps asking you to delete if you want to change, also if you want to change a photo you can't just delete it you have to go back and find that photo and unselect which can take forever!! Also ridiculous postage fees!! £7.90 to post some photos!?! Would have been £25 if I wanted it a day earlier!

I've used this company several times and have always been very happy with he end result. But for some reason now they force you to download their app. Nothing wrong with that, except that it always has errors. I have spent hours choosing photos for now not being able to edit or reorder them as I want them to be. And can't even do anything as the app keeps closing. So basically wasted my time and ended up with nothing. Please go back to doing it on the website!!!

Absolutely shocking! Had a discount code and when i activated it it added up to £4. On the final stage it said "pay £4 so I pressed it and the app failed and duplicated my order, I have now been charged £4 for one set and full price for another set! Never using again. Then contacted them for a possible refund or cancellation of the order and they said they couldn't do anything about it.
