The app never works now, it opens but no content loads. Have tried uninstalling then reinstalling but still the same experience.

I've had this App for many years without problems but recently I've repeatedly had the same problems. Its asking me to update but when I click to update it sends me to PlayStore I can only Uninstall or Open!? Then sends me in circles. I've also had a problem when (for example) voting it asks me to register on the App each time, even though I've been registered for all the time I've been using it!!

This App has been my best app for any Chelsea related updates. However there is a continuous unnecessary upgrade requirements every after like 2 week, u will need to upgrade it, and this happened since the period 5th stand was temporarily inactivated. What went wrong sincerely?

Read my update (9/6/24 for latest review!). Gr-8-8-8-8 app that gives me all I want & need about "The Blues"!! From 9/06/24 app keeps saying "New version, update my app"?? I've checked out my system & it's ok to go, but it does nothing when I press "update my app"?? Disappointed as I love 💕 the various things(man of match, predictions, team line-ups, etc.).

The frequency of running update without the possibility of users ignoring such updates is disturbing. Taking away all the powers from users ain't right. For that you have two stars.

Chelsea FC isn't responding Close app Wait This is what I see anytime I try to wash a new video uploaded after updating the app. With all sincere if you want us stop supporting our team tell us. I don't even the software developers will read this message since initially they were praised by many who saw the app to good than now. No malice intended. Just fix the problem and we'll stop complaining

App has been signing me out after every update for years which is very frustrating, app also no longer shows my profile picture, my profile pic hasn't shown since after you got rid of the Great Thomas Tuchel, please fix devs so that I can get involved with conversations this season.

I seem to have a similar experience as a few other people!!! Why update an app that you can't access. Is this what Chelsea Football Club is becoming??? Get it sorted, please!!! To update my review, I have now updated the app. However these problems should never had occurred!!!

This app used to be great and my fav, now every playback is ruined by ads every few seconds and these repetative ads are ten times louder than the video! cant stand it

Was prompted to update the app now it won't open at all. Really disappointing. I wanted to vote for player of the match but could only do if I updated to the latest 5th Stand version. Once updated, the app crashes when trying to open. I've tried deleting it and reinstalling, restarting my phone, nothing. I can't believe Chelsea could release such a bad update.

It is amazing. I really enjoyed the way you could look at what happened in matches and see the highlights or the whole match even if it finished. I could look at all the players' stats and buy merchandise and tickets. Overall I really enjoyed it.

The App is good for giving us the info we need on the Club. But this version is disappointing for not making provision for "back"or "return" key, while not providing "Exit". 20/7/24: It's good you at last you resolved the fault reported above. Thanks.

Bring back the audio only commentary! Since the update I have had nothing but connection issues while trying to listen to the matches. Previously you could lock your phone without interrupting it and even run other apps it was brilliant. This update has ruined all that and this app now causes me more frustration than joy! Change it back and I will gladly give a five star!

I'm a chelsea fan and found the old app easy to navigate. My back button on my andriod phone makes it easy to exit and switch between news and video, but the new update does not. I can not exit properly unless I close the entire app, and I can not switch between videos and news unless I close the entire app itself. Chelsea fc tech, fix this, please ASAP.

This is an app from a football team which engages in clickbait. It provides notifications without saying which player it's referring to. I can do without receiving clickbait from the football club I support. Loses two stars for that. Definitely turn off notifications from this one! Edit: can't listen in the background anymore? I have to keep my phone screen on to listen to a football match now. This is atrocious. Less about users by the day, losing one more star here.

Hot trash. Click a notification and it takes you to app but once in app you can't navigate from the story. Trying to log in? Kicks you out of app to browser and nothing happens. CANT EVEN LOG IN. They post links to highlights(SKY) that are region restricted. So if you don't live in the UK you can't watch a single video. Powered by MVX. MVX is apparently useless and bug infested trash.

Quizzes don't work most of the time, the game cast is consistently several minutes behind the game and resets frequently while still sending notifications for goals and cards, the audio broadcast of games cuts out fairly often. It has a very well-kept exterior but an abusively neglected foundation that makes the app very hard to use for anything other than reading club statements
