What a fun evening. Lynchburg Chili's has half the bar empty, but because there is a wait list, you can't sit there. The other side has at least 6 empty tables that you can see from the front door, again, you must be on the wait list. The app says "just tap" to get on wait list, but I see no where to do that. It's just strange to have different "rules" tonight, busy or not. In the bar area, surrounded by 9 empty tables. You sure know how to run people away

The app is slow to load, glitchy, and after spending time picking out what we want the order would NOT go through at all. This has happened several times. It's so difficult to order online or get someone to answer the phone. We ended up going to the grocery store and making our own restaurant style food instead. Saved a lot of money instead of ordering out.

The ordering procedure is extremely glitchy. Selections made are regularly deleted. Each time a menu selection is made it cancels out options chosen with a previous selection. As a result, rewards don't get applied and I can't seem to get a silverware and napkin packet even though I make a concerted effort to select the option to have silverware included. Just really annoying to arrive at a destination with your curbside order only to find that you'll have to eat with your hands.

This has started to become my go-to place for takeout. The app works really well and gives you plenty of customization options on your food. The only thing I can say is they have the locator set up a little bit wide sometimes it'll show I'm there when I'm in an adjacent parking lot not quite ready to go over there yet. But it seems like the servers understand that and they just watch for a car to show up after the system checks you in automatically. All in all it's a well done app

When it works, the app is great.. Unfortunately the menu button prompts you to select a location and with your current location already selected, there's no other thing you can do. Click the x nothing happens, type in another location and say goodbye to the old one because it will default back to that one from now on. It simply doesn't work most of the time. Issue had gone away for a while, now it's back again. Also have to order in-store to use your store rewards, app doesn't add to cart.

App NEEDS WORK. I was unable to use my rewards when I attempted to claim it, and now it shows in my account that I used it. Chili's has dropped its standards in their restaurants and even in maintaining a useable app for mobile ordering. Absolutely sub-par. App is still buggy, and it doesn't even display the pick-up time when the order has been made. What a disappointment!

I feel like the app is hit or miss. Mostly a miss. When I try to order the 3 for 10 or 2 for 25, options that have nothing to do with the food I selected come up and I either have to restart the app or keep selecting and deselecting the 'customize' option. Sometimes the items I should be able to customize don't even come up on the item I picked. Example - tried to get a 2 for 25 and I couldn't choose my sides. I feel the app is buggy and needs a slight overhaul

Full of glitches and time-out errors. Says that items are currently unavailable, when they actually are available. Says there is nothing in my cart when there are clearly 3 items in my cart. Won't allow orders to be edited. Won't put orders through if you do finally get everything into the cart. Spent 45 minutes trying to order dinner, but ultimately chose to order from McAlister's (took 5 minutes tops to order and pay for all of our food). Chili's app is worthless.

The app doesn't usually give me problems, but an issue I thought would have been addressed by now is the massive box at the top of the screen telling me where I'm ordering from. It ALWAYS covers the photo of the food I'm trying to view at the top of the screen. Just make it smaller with a drop down arrow so you can expand the info if necessary.

The description said you could add your name to the wait list from this app. There was no option to do that. Before we got to the restaurant, it showed the option of checking your place in line. Once actually on the wait list, all it says is on wait list, no option to check place in line. Worthless! Just a way to track your information.

Have gotten rewards by email for years. Updated the app to reserve a place in line (didn't work) and now rewards go to the app. I get notifications for rewards, but when I go to use them, they're not in the app. Servers' reasponse is basically "gee that sucks, here's your bill". I've lost out on a lot of rewards because I no longer get the emails. Uninstalled. If I don't get emails again, I guess I'll switch to Applebee's

This app states that if you're picking up an order to indicate "I'm here" button on the home screen, except there is no such button. I had a great experience when I used it as a guest and it text me and I could reply, but once I created a profile it wasnt as workable. There's also nowhere to indicate if it's actually you picking up the other. So if I use my app and my friend does the pickup, they have to call the store.

I remember using the app prior to COVID-19 and it was not user friendly. The food customizations were lacking, the beverage options were minimal, and the overall selection did not match what I could do in store. I am pleased to say that my take on the app has changed for the better! The accuracy for my order has been spot on and I've never had a more pleasant experience order through an app.

Couldn't use the app. It wouldn't bring up the menu and it wouldn't let me order. Called the location and was answered by an automated message. Followed the directions as it prompted. Never talked to an actual person. The automated voice would tell you to press one to continue to hold over, and over and over. The location we called was open. Thought we could try the chili's app. Nope. Try ordering online. Nope, stated to call location. Called location. Two phones. Nope. Door dash? Expensive.

Gets worse all the time. Started being able to edit some things. Then it got glitchy where sometimes it would allow edits and times it wouldn't. Now it doesn't let me edit anything. Also, for the love of goodness, how hard is to add an (other) area where you can write in specifications that aren't included? If I'm using an app, I want to do everything in the app.

Honestly the app is fine but has some major glaring problems. One of the biggest ones is if a restaurant decides to shut off mobile orders. Ours does this rather often and when they do that you can't even view the menu so you can plan out what to order by phone. It takes you to a location selection screen. Speaking of location selection that's a mess as well. The search bar says you should be able to search only by zip code but it doesn't actually let you. You can only type in your full address.

Rewards are broken. With the updated app you can view rewards and you get a scan code, but it doesn't apply it to the shopping cart. People on site in the store have no idea how the app works. Why do I have to type in my address in every time even though I'm logged in and my address is on file. And then doordash keeps insisting that it's hard to find my apartment even though they've delivered here dozens of times. Utterly frustrating

This app can be very deceiving. App has worked fine for ordering every time Ive used it, but my issues lie with the pricing they have. For example, smokehouse combo. It has a price of 19.79 and a description that states it comes with ribs and crispers with all the sides. When you click to order it, it shows all default options, but getting the ribs with it cost $3 more. Its advertised as one price with specific items. Get those items though and its more expensive.

Very straightforward, easy to use and very user-friendly. They did change a couple things over the last year or so when it comes down to the UI likes switching the direction of tip percentages showing the largest on the left knowing everyone was already familiar with how it was placed. That slight is why I give this a four-star instead of five, people are already having issues with money, don't resort to tricking your customers. It's a bad look.

App is decent but they have skimped on rewards greatly. I spend around $250 a month at Chilis alone and haven't received a reward other than the free chips and salsa in almost 6 months. (I don't use that reward) I used to get free deserts or an appetizer monthly, not anymore. But, no one can beat the 3 for $10 now called 3 for me meal. It's amazing. The app is easy enough to use and saves recent orders which is cool. And checking in to pick up food is simple as well. Food customization is easy.
