This is literally the only app where the only thing you do is watch ads yet the ad loads SO F U X K I N G SLOW. I have so many games where I watch a ton of ads and they feel like they're trying to be as fast as possible so I don't leave, but this is a literal test of patience. Because everyone will just tell you that there's a problem with your phone when obviously it is not. This app is the problem.

Every time the app requires an update, you get worse loading of the ads after. You'd think they'd improve on this since they have millions of usere and ads should bring revenue... But no.

It is Good and i can use for my idols but sometimes it stopped working like I can't open the app and had to re-install it .

This was the best voting up as it is user friendly but I don't understand why after updating it again doesn't allow me to save photos, please fix this, I am really disappointed after updating it 😭 Already did an update and after a while the app is now good, I also like the updates.

I've been using this apps two years from now and I don't have any problem that I've been encounter. Then today i don't get any hearts from HB saying I already get those hearts. I tried every 4 hours it's the same problem. What happened? hoping you'll fix bugs something like that.

I didn't have any problems before updating the app, but after updating many problems appeared such as: 1. Can't watch ads, 2. The quiz page often has errors (answer choices don't appear), 3. Pictures are not showing up. Please fix this problems because choeaedol used to be my fav app before this kind of problems appears.

Unable to retrieve lost hearts due to my Kakao email (which I originally used to log in) becoming redundant. I am now unable to retrieve my 1.7M hearts which I spent such a long time to save. I am commenting here as I was unable to find where I could contact Choeaedol about this. I uninstalled and tried to re-install as I was having problems with viewing videos. This had helped in the past. But this time due redundant email, was unable to and I would like help in retrieving all my saved hearts

It's a nice app because it is user friendly. It is also one of my fave voting apps. The only problem after it's latest update are the ads for the ever hearts. Ads are not loading even though I have strong internet connections. It always stuck and froze that's why I couldn't save ever hearts. I need to save a lot of hearts as the voting season is nearly approaching. Please do something about it. Thanks a lot.

i'm back in choeaedol after a long time since voting is approaching. when i left everything is fine, until now, but i have one problem i'm facing right now which is the ad is not loading even after many tries. even after i cleared the data, install the update, and uninstall and reinstall the app, the ad is still not loading. please fix this issue as soon as possible because i need to collect hearts for the voting. thank you!

The app is a lot of fun and encourages interaction for lovers of K-pop. Some users can be negative, but that is on them, not choeaedol. I am about 3 years on app & having a blast. You can choose your bias, or several... and you can vote for any of your favs! I'm a multistan & it tracks all my favs levels. Like any app with thousands of users, there can be some technical hiccups... but they are fixed quickly, and overall usage is seamless and intuitive.

when i tap on my friends list, it says i have no friends and also that 'you are not able to use my friends function for a while'. can you fix this as soon as possible? this is the main way i collect hearts in the app. there are a huge amount of other problems you need to fix asap so please fix them now so we can vote and win fairly. fix these problems or cancel the soribada awards. thank you.

The search function to find peoples usernames never works for me, and the "new friends" function stopped working for me on Oct. 13th, as well as the ability to recieve or accept friend requests. This happened a few months back as well, the last time I had to use this app for voting, and the issue never fixed itself. Please fix!! It's a necessary function.

When I first started using the app it was perfect. The past 2 days have been frustrating!!! I never leave bad reviews but it's getting a bit ridiculous. I will try to watch videos and be told it's having problems try later or that I've reached the limit (10) when I'm on my 3rd viewing. I will share and not get hearts. I will click on photos for hearts and they're not added. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Nada! Please fix this as I'm not the only one that I know personally who is having issues

It always crashes during the mass votings and critical times. During these critical times such as and especially when voting ends, if it doesn't crash, there will always be a problem like the friend list not working so you can't send hearts to your friends. Other than that, I am always unsure about the games. Sometimes I get rewards and sometimes I don't. When I finally complete the mission for the app, I see that I am not rewarded the hearts that I worked so hard for. It's frustrating!!!

It keeps crashing at critical times and throughout the day. Stronger server update needed that can handle the volume of people. Friends function doesn't work for majority but for some reason some people can wich is unfair. Can't exchange hearts with friends, says list can't be used. Would be nice to have timer on when you can watch ads again. And the ability to click on the profile of the " hearts from friends" list would be so helpful. Its very frustrating to use please take my suggestion.
