This is described as a free app. Technically, yes, the downlowd is free. The issue is there is nothing on the free version you cant do on the website. So you're just wasting storage space on your phone. Every single function in the app requires a premium subscription. The sound quality is better on the website. And there is a huge ad right in the middle of your screen! This app and all like it are the epitome of the greed and corruption that has ruined everything.

This is a really user friendly app for playing along with just about any song you can request. And many different versions available for each song. If you know your chords, it's an awesome tool for learning songs. I highly recommend it. I pay like $7 and some change to be able to have this really great tool. With this app, you can check it out, try it out and select 3 songs per day and see if it's a good tool for your needs. It has many different attributes/tool too. I highly recommend it.

Love this app but there is one really annoying issue that has plagued it. It started a long time ago (just didn't reported). After a song, I try to switch to another, and almost always get a RETRY message. 'Sorry, the rest of your Library failed to load. Please check your internet connect and retry'. I have no issues with my Internet connection. Most often, I have to restart the app and the library loads immediately. Otherwise this app is great and I would give a 5 if not for this issue

I use to really like this app. I have the free version for andriod I play the ukullele. But the last couple weeks alot of the songs I have saved someone has went in and put a lot of random chords that doesnt fit the song. Now when I go to my profile and my favorites I click on a song and a error mesage pops up and will not open. When I contacted you via email all I got as a response was sorry for the inconvenience. Really thats it. How about fix the problem. Im glad I'm not paying for your service.

Its pretty easy to use and does just fine with most songs that are composed of simple major and minor chords. It starts to fall apart pretty fast once you give it something slightly more complex. For example: It's horrible at detecting add9 / sus4 chords and simply thinks they're all major. Even using a song where the chords are slow and super obvious, it screws up. I cant recommend this outside basic songs.

Does it's job with a passing grade. Room for improvement is a definite. I would give it a C grade. Occasionally missed chords. A bass guitar option would be a definite improvement. Especially when bass line doesn't follow the quarter note pattern. Playback could be much easier as well. Hopefully they will make improvements. I got a year membership for under $24. Less than $2 a month was worth it

Practically taught me piano. Amazing app for guitar, ukelele, and piano especially. It follows chord diagrams with the song itself which is very helpful, there's little ads, and it's also very easy to use with a lot of different tools. Ive been playing guitar for 4+ years and just started keys, so I can tell you the app is great for however far along you are in your instrument. There's also a lot of songs on here! Highly recommend for anyone learning or wanting to learn music.

A step in the right direction, but not walking on the whole path. It helps identify some chords, not all. At times, it completely skips entire chords. When adding in the fact that the free app gives you 3 songs to listen to per day AND it counts rewinding a song as a different song, it's easy to see why this app should be ignored for something else unless you're going to build a far more up-to-date app.

All in all, a pretty good companion app, but not without it's UI/UX challenges. For example, I finally figured out how to disable the chord diagrams, and it's not by following the directions posted by the developer. In a song > Overview there's a setting for diagrams and chords. This is not where I expected to find this setting, and this was close to being a deal breaker for me. I don't use chord diagrams, as it does not show the name of the chord, and I play chords in different positions.

Fantastic!!! This is a great app, well worth the money! So helpful, the chords move with the music, you can change keys with a tap, which saves tons of time charting it out by yourself! It has a loop function to work on a small section of a song and multiple ways to view the chords! There's also a library and you can save things! The chords are also accurate about 95% of the time, at least the basic triads, Anyway! Great app!

Excellent app. Only one complaint and it's a major one. It does not allow you to scroll through the chord diagrams without the music automatically playing. You can scroll through the chords on one screen, but not the diagrams. I would like to be able to and need to be able to scroll through the diagrams to see what finger formations I need to know, practice, and focus on. The music just automatically plays when you try to check ahead for finger placement.

At first, I was a bit skeptical, and it turns out that I should've trusted my gut. You only get 3 free songs, then after that, boom, "Give me your money." (< not an actual quote) Every single feature on the app is premium. On top of that, the chords for the three songs I've played are highly inaccurate and the timing doesn't match the song at all. It's late, then it switches to another chord when the key stays the same in the song.

I read an overall negative review on this app, and guess what? Pretty much exactly as they described. Three songs, rest locked behind a paywall. I "chordified" a song, and the timing was off, and it didn't do half of the chord progressions and changes that was in the song. Pretty disappointing since I thought I was finally going to be able to play a bisbâyé song since no tabs for any of their songs exist.

App offers premium features, but you can't even access the free content without providing a credit card. The odd part is being required to provide it via a Microsoft login. Microsoft already has your payment method associated with your profile. Devs sent me a "free demo link". Same exact thing. It's probably a scam to just get your info.

disappointed... I bought the year subscription, thinking this would be a great way to learn more songs to play on Ukulele, but it's literally just a chord reader that guesses at chords to songs it pulls off of YouTube. it doesn't even show you where the chords are in relation to the song your playing. and if you transpose the songs, the music doesn't transpose along with it, so you play chords that don't match with the music. there are free apps out there that are way better than this.

I initially gave this app five stars because I think it's really great. But as I've been using it, I've realized it has some from for improvement. One thing that sold really enhance its usefulness would be the addition of alternate tunings for guitar. There are many songs that are well known to be played in alternate tunings--e.g. many blues tunes, tunes by Keith Richards, etc. Just having the option to change the tuning to Open G, Open D, etc, would make the Chordify experience so much better.

Overall, I really appreciate this app and use it a great deal, personally, and occasionally offer chord corrections. However, my brother and I like to collaborate on music, and it lacks an interface, as far as I can tell, for those with limited vision. Not accessible.

Considering there are millions of songs that can be loaded onto this site, obviously there is going to be some chords that aren't quite right, but definitely overall they are pretty darn near perfect lots of times. When I decided to take up the keyboards, I cannot tell you how I grew so quickly as a keyboard player by playing along in real time to the chords. I Highly recommend this wonderful application for those that really want to learn a song, for the most part accurately and quickly.

So many ads!!! You can't even look at songs because the ads take over and shut down what ever you are trying to see. Also, the tuner is completely useless, compared to an actual tuner it is off by a lot. Don't waste your time, it's honestly better to figure it out for yourself.

The app is basically filled to the brim with ads. On multiple occasions when I try learning a song, it would shove an ad in my face for about 5 seconds. Which would be completely fine if it didn't kick me out of the song every time I click it out, causing me to have to click the song and repeat the process over and over again, making the song practically inaccessible. And the moment I DO finally get in, the chords are way off. SMH.
