This company has shady business practice. There is no way to cancel auto renewal of subscription through app or website which is ridiculous. You have to call or email them to stop recurring payment. And when you do that they start dillydallying so that they can get as much money out of you as they can. I have been asking them to cancel my subscription for over a week now. They kept sending me generic replies but did not cacel my recurring payment. And guess what they charged me again yesterday.

It's good. But few short problem has been appearing continuously while watching anything. The screening keep shrinking after few mommets though everytime I was trying to make sreening bigger but in a few minutes the screen shrink. Pls. Look at this. Also, it’s need very high speed internet connection to watch in HD mood. Also, it would be good to add a intro skiping option. And thanks to you for giving us a good online streaming platform. ✌️

They take the subscription fee twice/thrice but won't load the page and the subscription isn't successful. I lost 1000tk to them

It's been almost one month I've paid for 6 months subscription. But still I'm a free user...can't watch anything. Tried to contact the support team in different channel but they are just wasting time. please refund my money if you can't solve the problem.

Absolute rubbish aop, deducting monthly fees each month however unable to log in. does not support restting password. it says itbis sending code but nothing happens. will not recommend at all. Rubbish.

Worst experience while using it on TV, can't even start a movie or series. just automatically exit within 1-2 minutes. monthly subscription goes vain.

I made a payment of 289 BDT for a 3-month subscription two days ago but still haven’t received the package. I called customer service and also sent an email, but no one has responded. The customer service line is always busy. This feels like a complete scam! Made a payment of 289tk for 3 months 2 days ago. Haven't got the package yet. Called customer service and also mailed them. No one got back to us. Customer call service always shows busy. A total scam!!

Very Poor App – Not Recommended I recently downloaded this *CHORKI* TV app, and I’m very disappointed. The picture quality is terrible, and the print is often unreadable. The app crashes frequently and sometimes the screen goes half or becomes unresponsive. Overall, the performance is very poor and unreliable. Needs a lot of improvement before it’s worth using.
