Poor app. The app didn't show the images of the food and worse, it didn't allow change of default delivery address. All efforts to add the correct proved abortive. Despite adding a note that stated the precise delivery address for my first order, the rider was negligent of the delivery details. He drove my order to the wrong location, which the app didn't allow me to change. Your team then went ahead to charge me N800 to deliver to the correct address for your own app's and rider's errors.

App used to be great for me the few months I started using it but soon after that, I could no longer access the good restaurants I used to order from telling me "this vendor cannot deliver to your location" or something similar. That statement is interesting to me because some of those restaurants are very close to me and I can see some useless restaurants far from me that their food is terrible. Search functionality is also not helpful. Now the app is useless to me.

Mid experience in total especially in the customer service area, they can call u when they notice an issue but if you decide to call them to address an issue in the delivery such as delayed orders, they will not pick or answer your calls, I think that is bad honestly as a customer service, unless that issue can be fixed then the app can have 5 stars.

Very unpalatable experience with their riders, they act dubious and shady, apart from requesting for endless tips from you, they also sometimes run off with your food. Use this app at your own risk

They are very very nice to order through. I just wish that their service fee is lower than ten percent of what one orders. I feel like it should be fixed... let's say N250 or five percent instead of ten

I've noticed the app lags a lot when I use it and sometimes it's fine, if this is a general issue....it needs to be addressed please, Aside from this everything else is definitely okay 👍

I was debited twice, the vendor could not make the order, now the money is in my wallet. The process of withdrawing the money is long which indirectly forces you to leave it there. It should not be difficult to process refund

Service is great, but the app sometimes lag. Vendor product search doesn't work as well. You have to scroll through 2000 products to find 1 thing.

From what people wrote here, it shows you people lack proper customer service. Lots of complaints with no reply. I can never take such app serious. Also, why on earth are you asking to have access to one's gallery with the updated version?

A very problematic app. Lot of things dont open. Some take ages. The payment gateway takes a miracle to even load. Its next to impossible to scroll on this app, especially if you open certain stores, you cant scroll. This app needs to be totally redone

Excellent app offering much needed service especially in Iba/Ojo area. customer response is swift, app interface is easy to use, all these at a reasonable cost. Kudos to the team behind it.

I don't know if it is the app or the riders that are thieves. But whenever I place an order some of the riders complain that the app does not reflect the actual location for delivery. It's a hassle, and annoying one, and that being said I will not be using this app anymore

this app needs to implement a feature that enables sellers to be able to communicate with buyers. a seller won't have something in their menu available, and they'll have to wait until a rider comes before they can inform the buyer, there by increasing wait time by a lot.

I placed an order from the place ikotun through chowdeck, got it real quick but honestly the meal has less quality than what I knew and or have ate earlier from The place 😞😕... Like I don't even understand both quality and quality 🥺😕😞😡... The three star rating is for your service and delivery otherwise it's less than one. Thanks

I am changing my review because Chowdeck has disappointed me a lot lately.I ordered a meal, and my payment wasn't confirmed even though I paid. I reached out to the customer service, and there was no response. The app features aren't easy to find eg It took my 3 months of using it to know I could rate the vendor. It also took me a whole 2 months to find out where I could see the reviews of the vendor. I am currently still looking for where I can call the customer care because I can't find it.
