Before the major update this app wasn't an app. It was just a web page. Now everything changed. It is Ver good now. Great update.

It would have been a good idea if you had showed the Audio language of the movie beside each hall when advertising the halls where the movie is playing.

There is no way to know if movie is in English original audio or dubbed German version. Can't even change the language to English.

Hi I can't buy tickets from your app or website. Thier is a CCs-10 code Fehler. Please fix. I received the notification after booking tickets and trying to buy the tickets

app is good but it would have been great if the app supported various languages. Currently,it only supports German which is a limitation for an app like this.

Having a responsive web page doesn't mean you have an app. Please think through the user experience of your web pages when it comes to phone display, at least.

Diese App verdient den Namen App kaum. Das interface lädt lediglich die cineplex Webseite im mobile Format. Diese "App" verwendet unschlagbare 134 cookies wenn man die Verwendung nicht einschränkt, Wow. Update: Now the app crashes upon opening. Opens, I don't do anything, then it crashes. Not usable at all

The app seems basically to be a wrapoer around a responsive website. That isn't bad per se, but still some steps of the checkout could be more responsive - first thing that comes to my mind is selection of seats. What is really annoying is that even though still marketed in some places Giropay doesn't seem to be offered as a payments method anymore...

This app used to be very functional; it remembered my login, I could book tickets with it, and pay for the tickets with a saved credit card. Nowadays it mostly remembers my login, let me book a ticket about half of the times (the other times it lands me on a page about payments) and it NEVER remembers my credit card. So tedious! If, at least, I could pay with Google Pay as an option, that would save me from going card hunting every time I want to buy a cinema ticket
