Recently downloaded the app. It worked the first time, and hasn't worked since. All I see is the C loading... I'll try the website. Hopefully, I'll have better luck there🤷🏽‍♀️

It's ok when it works, but I can never use the points to buy a ticket. And it hasn't worked at all for a month now, I have to use the website to do it, but the promotions aren't available on there.

App doesn't open on my Android device. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Useless. I received a response to my review, but I don't know what they said because I don't understand Spanish.

In general, the app is good. I mean, you get what you want, schedules, getting some tickets, or even some snacks. However, some offers do not work properly on the app, such as 'combo lunes', even after cinepolis sent emails with instructions on how to do it. Also, buying tickets online charges you an extra fee, which doesn't make sense. With some minor tweaks could be perfect, IMO.

The app is always crashing, can not even change your location because it crashes, making payments is ridiculously hard, bugs need to be fixed because they're coatumers

Too bad the app is always crashing and not always allows you to get the promos or even regular tickets. Bugs need to get fixed so customer's experience while using this app gets better rated. Very disappointing.

App had been useless for a while but today I tried it again and realized it's even worse than before. Before it only gave an error when trying to get promos like combo lunes or Mastercard 2x1 but now I can't even buy regular tickets or food. Also, the "new website" is also trash and doesn't work.

Does not work when ordering food, it has special promos, but when it comes to payment the error "we cannot complete your request" appears the problem is that the same amount of food when the movie comes. The total is more expensive. So I'm not sure if this is the reason this issue is not fixed.

Loads too much! Does not open! On going problem for long time. I tried uninstalling it and installing it again, no luck.

The app doesn't work. So now I have no choice but to go to Cinemex instead, until the Cinepolis app is repaired and functional.

Buying a normal movie ticket works about 50% of the time, the rest of the time it won't accept the payment method or will give an error just saying "we cannot complete the transaction" for no reason.. don't get me started on the benefits of club cinepolis, it won't even let me get past the "how many tickets" part when i choose to use club cinepolis 2x1 or combo lunes, the app just crashes with no error. I've been wanting to go see a movie for a week and haven't gone because of these errors.

I can't create a profile. When I try to add my zipcode the app says it doean't exist. This bug makes it impossible to finish creating the profile.

As an avid user of this app, I always appreciated the convenience of being able to buy my tickets online. However, I've been experiencing some frustrating issues lately. When I try to open the app to purchase my tickets, it simply won't load. This has been a persistent problem for me. As someone who relies on this app for its ease of use and time-saving features, I'm hoping that the developers can fix this issue soon.
