I love my bank! when I came to the credit union I had NO credit which you all know is worse than bad credit! I can't believe the score I have now! It seems like it was with no effort. THANK YOU!

I like the upgrade however, for the first time, I can't log in at all because it keeps fluttering, glitches. Update 3 months since last review and its back to fluttering and glitches.

Always been happy with Cinfed's service. I have never experienced any issues or problems with them!!! The app is very easy to navigate through as well.

I just received a notice after downloading app almost 2 weeks ago. It is no longer compatible with this device?????? I have an Android phone when prompted to download it directs me to Google Play Store yet it is not compatible??????

the upgrades to app are so useful and time saving. I was able set up options for our accounts that I had to go to the bank to do before.

Ever since I had to download the updated app I can never log in. It will continuously reroute me to the login screen. The new app is nice but this is really annoying. Please fix.

I may be moving My money soon, have no time for failing apps or apps that dont work properly especially when I need it too and I always need it to. System being down, found out it was being updated. Did that all things associated with cinfed was down? I could not contact by phone online digitally or nothing delaying all my business that had to be done all week until I arrived at the bank. Only to be given some info to delete old app and install the new that keep telling Me sorry theres been an issue on your part continuously which does nothing for Me but delay and inconvenience Me geesh cinfed ain't feelin you like I use to

It is so nice that it gave me an option to create a pin number. I find it easy to get my information and do transfers. I can even pull my statements up and apply for loans all on the new app!!

A customer for life!! The CINFED mobile APP is awesome including the staff at different locations, it's convenient and most of all the mobile alerts are helpful. I switched to a credit union rather than the usual bank. Highly recommend CINFED CREDIT UNION.

Love it. It took a little while for this old lady to figure things out and now I think it's fantastic. I hope that no employee has been adversely affected - i wouldnt think there would be as many tellers with the new app allowing us to deposit checks from home.

App is great. The app just does not update your balance or transaction history. At least not in a timely manner when your trying to manage your tab. I've made 4 transactions today and only 1 shows as pending.

This app is miles better than the old app. It's clean, modern, it's got a pleasing UI, and it was clearly built with an emphasis on UX. The only issue I've found so far is the option to transfer to someone else's Cinfed account is kind of hard to find. But that's a very minor issue. Overall, excellent job on the redesign!

Constantly having issues logging in and having to use my computer instead of the mobile app. It keeps telling me technical error, try again later. The app is up to date and this is so frustrating that I can't check my balance on the go.

Great institution, so helpful with any money issue. They are always quick answering their phones or call back option is really fast. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. Will answer your questions quickly. I have been a member for about 35 years and have no plans to switch to another banking institution.

This new app is amazing. It let's me not only transfer money from my savings to my checking (and vice-versa) but now I can transfer money to another person's account from my app also. I always have access to see what my bank account is looking like and they even made it to where you can put in a pin number instead of having to remember a user name and password all the time. You can also pay bills from the app. Highly recommend if you have Cinfed as your bank/credit union. Great upgrade!
