Extremely intrusive app. Forced to turn off DEV mode. Updates phone settings including keyboard and requires access to camera. these forced settings shouldn't be required on a personal device.

WHY do you think it's OK to force us to use certain settings on phones WE pay for just to log into work?? My settings, keyboard, and where I install these apps (KNOX whenever possible) should be MY choice unless you're paying the bill.

This app has stopped working on samsung phone - does not open and keeps crashing. It was working until yesterday. Pls provide fix or an alternative.

All is good except the screen where it says "Trying to authenticate?". Oh yes, that's the use of the app and this question doesn't make any sense; the unnecessary step should be removed to reduce the number of taps/clicks.

Not working for Samsung phone since morning. It says there's a bug reported, pls install updates after a fix. This app is certainly unreliable to continue with crucial office work seamlessly.

Used to work fine a month ago.now it gets stuck at startup only to be working after 4 5 retries. Funny thing is it does not identify Microsoft swift keyboard as a secure keyboard. Unnecessary security check.

Everytime is gives error "Untrusted Keyboard detected". I am using Google Gboard on Android. You think Google is not trusted on Android? Why do you even need to open Keyboard app? I am not entering anything. Don't open the keyboard.

For Samsung phones after last update, it's not working, while open it's closing immediately, and showing as "This app has a bug, Try updating this app after developer provides fix for this error". Could you check immediately and fix this.

App is crashing since 9/26. . What's the resolution for smasung users? I'm locked out of my system last 3 days. Help desk is not helpful either. I work remote and is impacting my work.

Very poor auto-navigations and expecting extra clicks by customer. When password is entered, keyboard automatically gets collapsed which is poor. Also auto submit should happen once 6 digits pin entered. Why you expect another click.

This app is beyond broken and works so inconsistently. Half the time, the app doesn't even open, prohibiting me from logging into work, giving an error message that the app has a bug on Citis end. This needs to be fixed.

Getting error: parameter 'did' was not found in the 'query' when I'm trying to open OTP or settings. It crashed before several times on my Samsung phone. After reinstalling several times, it's opening but still showing error message.

Low quality app. Upgraded to Android 14 and app simply stopped working and won't launch. Making it virtually impossible to work or log in. Never was an issue before with the earlier authentication app. Tech solutions to sort this out are nothing short of inadequate.

Very bad experience since the install. This unnecessarily has problems with my phone keyboard settings. Mostly auto closes saying something went wrong, the displayed error messages are of no use, it says, some auto control, parallel run and some lengthy alphanumeric text blah blah. and today it said, clear cache app has bug and finally it failed to launch, saying, 'The app has some bug, so it auto closed. Please update the app after it's developer provides a fix' Who is the developer here?

Worst app to ever exist on this planet! The developers and owners of this app must be fired immediately. App glitches out on start. Have to restart like 4 to 5 times to get it working. Also what's this dumb question. "Are you trying to authenticate?" No I am trying to order my groceries! Also what's the point of QR code scanner which glitches out again the first time and then again it asks for a biometric scan. What a dumb app.
