I had to pay twice because Avia Club Nepal Office had not received my online payment from this app!! I sent the reclaim by e-mail but I have not received any answers yet!

There is no option to change the language. Some activities are not visible due to language. I used the website as a workaround

Absolutely shocking so disappointed. Waited for 40 minutes at the RV. No-one turned up!! I've paid 50 quid, based my whole day on this event. Cant believe it, can't talk to anyone, and whoever is on the end of the contact number is ignoring my messages. First day in Roma!

Downloaded app and registered Received email confirmation of registration Went back to app to log in and kept getting message that there is an error Tried again to reset password and nothing Tried to re register and said email was already registered Then it said i wasnt registered It kept doing the same thing after several attempts until i finally gave up and uninstalled app I am very tech savvy but this app just kept giving me conflicting info

Only use if you don't have any other alternative. Descriptions are misleading and the customer support completely useless. They have some good tours, but it's a lottery.

We are world Travelers. Have been to ALL 7 Continents. Civitatis could not process our credit cards. Website had issues. Support was no help. Horrible. Do not use Civitatis. We Booked all our Tours and excursions through a competitor called Get Your Guide.

It has free tours that you can't find anywhere else most of the time, from different operators and great variety. I regret not knowing Civitatis for my previous trips.

This is super annoying! After so much registering, confirming email once, twice, three times... when I get to the free tours, there are none available. What a waste of time. Don't appreciate it.

It's staying to get annoying that they update the app every other day now, can't they test it thoroughly first, eventually eliminating a bug that might appear, but getting several updates within 2 weeks or so it's too much, almost feels like being a beta tester...

Great, very good, preferably would like there to be more trips outside of the main tourist cities, but that's (hopefully) something that just comes along with time of Civitatis' growth. For it to have MORE variety. But the rest is fine. I promise. 👍

this app uses a lot of battery in a ver short time, extremely inefficient Updated review - Usually all the tours that you book work out fine, but if you are in bad luck and get ripped off by the tour operator, Civitatis will side with the operator instead of the customer. be aware of this.

No good experience.It's not recommended to use it.I booked a Sena River trip in Paris in a day that the system allows me and it was information about availability on that day but on the pdf information received on a email it was no availability for that day; Then I called the customer service to confirm the information, and they said that the last boat on that day it was at 6:30pm but it was not information at all about it unless you call them. I miss my trip due to the missing information. ☹️
