@Vertitech S.A., I am trying to access the classter application but it keeps saying that the license has expired. Please fix this problem immediately as we need to use this application for educational purposes.

White screen when I open it.. Not working..Android version 10/ OnePlus 6 After new update (23/11) everything working fine. Thanks a lot!

I have been waiting for a mobile app for classter since it was introduced in our institute. There are some features which are not yet implemented fully but it is a huge step forward.

A terrible app in terms of experience and full of bugs, especially when trying to login. If my kid's school did not oblige us to use it, I would never download it. Simply awful.

Have not been able to login once. Has crashed each time.. Works fine as online version, would be great to have a functional app though.

Something isn't right with the app. I just downloaded and it doesn't work. When I use the page of the classter, it allows me to connect while the app doesn't.

The app is not working, keeps giving errors that , learning and messages don't work on mobile up. Have to go on Google and log in from there instead of the app .

I downloaded it in order to used it on my phone and not a browser. Although the browser works the app keeps crashing... I cannot log in. Plus the kids are gonna use it in school it needs to work!!! We all are Android users

Everytime I open the app it gives me a blank page doesn't open or work, I have to go to my email to open it through the website link, I even uninstalled it and downloaded again thinking that the problem was in my mob, really very bad app

Personally the app doesnt work very well and for instance when a teacher sends homework it doesn't show up on the app also the fact that sometimes it just doesn't open but I will say that the browser version isn't to bad.

It has nothing to do with the browser site. Here you have very little-if not zero-tools. You cant even see your modules or be able to upload a file or somerhing. Absolute rubbish app for a great tool such as classter.

Sorry to say that ,but your app is way far limited! It is not acccepted to have a web site with so many options and pair with an app so limited. We have stated long time ago but nothing changes! Imagine having a social app we all use everyday with ton of options and app is limited only to messages..... this is the reason we have smart phones today gentlemen! Also after updates most of the time asks again username and password... its frustrating, please update it for use is 2023.

you are website has more thinks that the app. school said us to use the website and not the app. fix it. furthermore when the teacher upload homework it doesn't inform us. we have to check in the app again and again to find it out.

I think your website is far better than the app.Firstly,in the website I have the option to see the subjects and what each teacher has uploaded.However,I cannot do this on the app.It has very limited abilities,in contrast to the website. Also,the word"Homework"does not have a plural form."Homeworks" is incorrect.It is has potential though!I reckon that you focus on the options and abilities that the users have on the app.The image of the page plays a great role as well.You could work on that too
