I have been with Clearcover for one year now. It has been a very easy to use app. I recently used roadside assistance and it was very simple and convenient, exceptional customer service, 22 minutes after I called for help my car was jump-started and back on the road!! AMAZING!

The app won't even send me the activation email so I can't even login. And no it wasn't in my spam folder.

I have to say that ClearCover really is the least expensive insurance I have found and I have used every quoting company available as well as individual insurance company quotes. I have heard of this company insuring drivers with not so good driving records as well. It's worth it to check them out. As for the app. it has a very useful design, easy to navigate and the ability to "live chat" with an agent. I had better luck with "live chat" than phone chat. Give them a try.

I've been with Clearcover for a couple years. The rates are incredibly low for full coverage compared with well known competing brands. I recently had to use the road side assistance. I called the number and was promptly connected with a human being who was personable, professional and efficient in providing assistance. Within an hour I had received road side assistance and way on my way. I couldn't be more satisfied with Clearcover.

I've been a Clearcover customer for over a year and and I really enjoyed it! The premiums are not as high as others and the towing services provided are very helpful for when my vehicle broke down. I really enjoy the fact that there is someone you can text freely without having the pick up the phone and call because some people are really busy and they don't have the time to be able to spend and call people. With this type of text system, you just as a question or leave a message and when the rep has free time they will reply to you. And when you as the customer has free time, then you can reply back to them too and everything is in writing so there is no need to repeat back a question or something like that. Keep up the good work guys. Hope you will be available in more states too!

I downloaded clearcover when my plan began, from their intro email and it worked flawlessly. Last month sometime I attempted to view my plan the app no longer worked and was instructed to update the app. I did so and all seemed well, was informed it would be downloaded later. This didn't happen. I deleted the old and once again tried to download the app... nope, it's not downloading to my phone at all... I just gave up!

Only leaving one star to get attention of developer, but really love this insurance and app! I've had clear cover for almost a year now with no issues either with company or app, yesterday my Avast antivirus app (which I've had installed on the same device as this app for about 4 months) detected malicious code within the clear cover app. Could be a mistake, but wanted to bring to it to attention in the event that it's not. But otherwise, go clear cover!!

This insurance is cheap, you really get what you pay for & I find myself missing Geico terribly. I needed to use the insurance for the first time last year, & it was quite the ugly process. They outsource, the adjusters work for someone else, they do not care about customer service. My car needed to go in twice to the body shop wh/ means I needed a rental car due to the fact that I am regrettably unable to fly (yet 🤞). You pay in advance for rentals and they do NOT reimburse you. Just don't.

Could not be any easier to navigate through and pay for car insurance or take a peak at your policy or show a digital copy of your ID Card to a police officer. The only thing that needs to change is to have the ability too add to or subtract from your policy through the app like other companies do. Other than adding that freedom you can't beat this app for how simple they have made it and without still give it 5stars because its a damn good app for damn good priced insurance.

The app is easy to maneuver around. The thing that bothers me is the payment portion. I owe $155. The app said $388 was due. I know it's not as I paid for August when my plan renewed. Also the app will say I'm auto enrolled for payments causing me to call every pay period to make sure I'm not because I know for certain I unenrolled. I like that they are reachable on the weekends as I once had an insurance company that wasn't so that's a place.

Clearcover has worked well for me for the past 2 years. After working with My former insurance carrier to resolve issues, it seemed inevitable to move forward. Clearcover, when used correctly, has been an enjoyable experience for myself. I'm seriously asking my last wife to change over to Clearcover to see the advantages for herself, outside of simply price. That was a given. I am thankful for Clearcover!

App navigation is not perfect. Great prices!!! I pay $113 for two drivers age 25 on one vehicle. FULL coverage ( just no rental, no aaa). Much better than geicos $300 quote and progressives $210 with basic insurance (I had been with them for many many years). Edit to add: Not a 'terrible' app icon per say. But another color for the C would be more pleasing to the eye! Just one opinion. :)

I switched from Progressive after feeling like my premiums were too high for a single male at 48-years old having a stellar driving record with no tickets, incidents or accidents for years. Although Clearcover was slightly cheaper, the lack of customer care is seriously lacking. Clearcover offers no way to contact them without doing a Google search for a customer service number. You get what you pay for. Clearcover lives up to that.

As a young adult and multiple vehicles I needed a policy which one was cost efficient but in being so I didn't want bad service. I went with ClearCover after digging deep on reddit for reviews. I've had then now for 3 months, I've already had to make a claim. I love it. I made the switch from progressive. So far my experience is seamless, plus the customer care was really helpful. Love it.

My rate for 6 months was $191. Then I was notified it would spike up to something like $360 to keep the same coverage. To ALMOST DOUBLE?!? I called (waited like 10 minutes for someone to pick up) and cancelled the renewal. There was no push back from them as to why or any counter offer to stay. Just a simple okay and that was it. When I ran a quote again just out of curiosity, it came to something like $230. Didn't make sense to me. App is good, simple and easy to navigate.

I find it super annoying that you can't do partial payments or even double payments. If it's not the current due amount or full balance you have no other options. I also find it stupid annoying that I had to wait until my renewal date to submit a payment because it kept telling me I had a zero balance which caused me to pay late. This app/company can use some major upgrades for things thats literally offered EVERYWHERE!

The Clearcover app is user friendly and has an attractive format. Provided everything we have needed so far. Policy declaration page for lienholder, ID cards, ability to make payment early and change payment method. There is a section for starting a claim, but hopefully will not need it for awhile, if at all. Very happy with things so far! Discovered today after 7 months of use that app will not allow a credit card added. Suggests a call for support, but support is closed. Not convenient.

Pros: Easy setup, proof of insurance and policy info right on your phone, you can pay within the app. Cons: No easy access to customer service within the app (although they are great when you contact them) you have to do extra steps to find the link, the payment interface is a little weird in that it always looks like you owe money (although it says "upcoming payment above it in small letters), and they don't have a web interface so you are forced to use their app.

Basic. But I mean that in the best way. The app keeps everything simple, easy to understand, most info ou ever need is going to be on the first page when you sign in so you won't need to scramble throughout the app trying to hunt down info when you need it. There are some personal changes and additions I'd personally add but that's just preferences. If you have the insurance, I definitely recommend having this app.
