Good. App but still lack some features OTP isn't working for withdrawal from other banks except for Access account. Airtime purchase too isn't functioning And some other payment actually related to GOTV etc. Needs to work on Thanks but am cool with the App

This app is very poor, just to login became a problem. Its almost a week since I downloaded the app but to login my details became problem, the app always showing "There is an error processing your request". So I don't know where the error is.

Am new in the usage of the application, however, have used so many applications this agent Closa does not paid commissions when one pays utilities bills such as Discos bill same thing goes to airtime top up. Please i need more clarification if these mentioned above are available. Thanks kudos though. How do one print the transaction for customers I can not see anywhere in the application that talk about printing receipts

Though I'm a new costumer as a matter of fact I just downloaded the app but seeing the reviews about the functions of this app, I can tell you that this is scary, imagine you having money in your account, and you can't withdrawal because of network issues or pin and other issue, again it's annoying and frustrating when you can't satisfy your customers, no customer will come back to you knowing fully well that you have network issues always, pls access should do more to improve the app thanks

This is the worst App ever, I would advise that no one should even come near this useless App. For many years, the bad experience is still the same, no improvements, since 4 days ago, I have over a hundred thousand in my account and I cannot access it due to very poor network issues. Access is not ready for business, only ready to frustrate it's customers and agents.

Sincerely speaking this app is too poor, I don't know what is access Bank doing we are having the worst experience when it comes to agency banking. Your terminals are old fashioned and the app too very old no improvement compared to first Bank which had exactly the same app interface as access bank but now they have upgraded it, they keep doing that they even have the smart POS I can't call that of access smart ooo. Please try as must as possible and upgrade to a standard we will all enjoy. Than

VERY POOR. Why is the calender not functioning? Try to navigate a certain period for transaction history doesn't go at all even though the icon is provided. Transaction history wipes out every 24hours, why? And you can't check it again. I want to believe that transactions are a major component of this app and not being able to check the history is a really poor user experience. Pls work on your user experience. Thanks

The idea of viewing only five transactions is crazy and on top of that you can't go back and print a previous transaction. Please open the app so one can be able to look for previous transactions for customers and reprint if possible. The app is great but restrictions to five transactions is making very frustrating. Please update the and open it. Thank you.

The app is good but the issue I'm having with is app, it's always having network glitch, secondly no space for depositors name. Then transaction history should be worked upon, more so work on the features of the app please cause it sometimes frustrating.

I just started using the App, I think it is generally okay but I think the app need to be improved upon. Please you guys should work on the transactions history to differentiate incoming from outgoing transactions with color or anything like first monie. Also, the history and date texts are overlapping, improve it. Thank you

This app has no search key to select bank you have to scroll to infinity, it delays transaction, and it doesn't show history beyond one day even when you search back it gives no results. Also, the rate of network failure and debit is much. Try improve and this app will be great

The app though a work in progress but the progress is too slow. No dedicated functional Agent contact, customer care, icon. Transaction history is zero. commission history don't display all. Incomplete records of transaction history. No notification of any kind. In fact , our expectations are higher than what we a getting about a year now.

The OTP is not coming out. I hope you should work on that because without it, we can't proceed with the registration of the new improved app. So for now we can't rate anything about it. Thanks for taken note.

This is really bad and annoying A transaction will be made but all this app could is deducting money for the transaction and the receiver will never received the money neither they reverse back...this is really bad...diif calls and messages were made...but no response from both..it's really annoying ...and after sorting this am.closing the account
