It's basically Vyke - same interface same prices same reliability just different colours. Works. Both are quite pricey, but you get what you pay for. Recently had trouble with both apps with sent messages stamped with odd dates - 6th July 1970, or 15th December 2004 for 2 messages sent consecutively, for example. Support unhelpful - suggested deleting and reinstalling which didn't help and had no further suggestions. Conversations get out of order, so reduced star rating.

Doesn't work anymore, bought a subscription but after having to reinstall the app can't even receive the SMS to open my account. And the support team doesn't explain why I don't get the OTP. Avoid

Worked from the word Go. Was looking for a Europe mobile number to be contacted on as well as a temporary UK mobile number to use for advertising some old items. Found cloud SIM after undertaking a fair bit of research. The ability to create and switch between UK and international mobile numbers is very easy and instant. The app is basic but straight forward so no complications on that front. Better to top up directly on the Cloud SIM website rather via the app. All in all good value for money.

I had a problem of the app going to sleep and not responding to calls or texts. I emailed the developer and, within a short time I got a response guiding me to Android settings to prevent the app sleeping. It works. I'm impressed so far. I think users should be made aware of this potential problem. If they keep missing calls and texts without knowing why, they are likely to rate the app poorly. I reserve the 5th star for when it has a dark screen mode.

I paid since 19th of July to renew my sim through Google pay, I was debited but they keep sending me notifications that I will loss my sim forever, I have email the support team, yet they keep telling me that my case has be registered I don't know if the expect me to pay twice 😕 Is very annoying 😔 😟🙁 😥 😞 😿 😔 🙁

Really easy to set up. Interface is very clean and simple. Can't see any facility to block numbers which would be handy for what I want to use it for. The settings menu doesn't seem to offe much in the way of options. Fees and rates are reasonable. Call costs about what I'd expect to pay from a regular provider. And the monthly fee for an extra number is cheap when you consider the cost of getting a second phone and/or a contract.

Great way to separate contacts under different numbers. Easy way to keep in touch worldwide. Monthly cost for additional number seems reasonable. App is easy to use and manage. Would recommend, especially as there are no roaming charges. Bonus that it is compatible with Apple and Android and can be used on either a tablet or phone. Now need to get all my friends and family to download the app.

Pretty good. Good price for a new number. Lacking in some features you would expect from a phone app though. Biggest one for me being call blocking. Keep getting nuisance calls (not because of cloud sim), ability to block these numbers would be great. App itself looks a little dated, could do with some prettying up but not of much concern as long as it is functional. A pricing structure that would include a deal on more than one new number at a time might be a good way to go.

I downloaded this app today but I cannot even receive SMS or call , please rectify this issue .I have being trying so hard to know what is wrong, but I can't figure out anything. it's really frustrating because I need the number for my work and businesses but it's not even working. please what am I not doing right because I am supposed to get a code from one website since afternoon but it's not coming, I tried loading money for sms yet it's not going, please the management should work on it ple

I tried getting a number today and the transaction was unsuccessful, but I was debited. I need quick response and for the issue is resolved I also got a US number and I'm unable to get any code on it Cloud sim is just giving negative vibes today I hope these issues are resolved quickly

I still had an active subscription of a UK number when My phone caught some virus and I had to factory reset it and thus losing all apps and data on my phone, I again downloaded cloud sim and input my details only for the uk number to disappear. I have sent several emails including the payment ID and phone number of the said cloud sim but they have refused to reply. Please resolve the issue or refund me...

It's sad really, hoping to get an international virtual SIM line, but turns out that the only functions are recieving & sending messages. I can't place a call or even when called, I can't hear from the other person.

So irritating,to login is a problem,it keeps saying error,I'm so disgusted that this stuff is so frustrating,my number will expire soon when I can't even login,this sucks Pls be careful how u use them,they debited me when the number wasn't expired but google refunded me then they locked all my account even when its not expired and I have 2 active number,criminals

This app it's a total scam be warned and run for your life I have bought their number in USA thinking I will be able to make calls to other countries but I was charged on my account even though I have paid for their voice data bundles that costed me a total of $10 and I can't even make a single call from those voic bundles apart from calling my USA No and what's so hurting it's that they are not clear, specific and giving detailed information 😞 regarding their product and voice data bundles...

I haven't been able to pay for a UK virtual number for days on this app using the Google play. Just don't know the reason for this and always saying check the country of your Google play account which is Nigeria but still can't buy the number.

Every time I try to verify my number it tells me to make sure Google play is up to date and I'm logged into it. If course I am and of course it is. Some of these phone line/2nd number/text line apps are just not made very well.

Good day,I want to talk about you guys increasing the subscription without giving a heads up,it is absolutely disgusting. I was using vyke before but it was too expensive so I switched to cloud sim.I never knew that you guys would do the same. I would have given you guys five stars if not for the price of the subscription sky rocketing.I would implore you guys to find a solution to the problem as soon as possible
