***UPDATE: Update Feb 2023 has removed the ability to SCROLL through the screenshots of the captured videos! What used to take 1 click now requires 4 clicks!! Bring back the older version! It was close to perfect! 😲 To be fair, this app is very reliable, on my Wifi and mobile network, and without a lot of ads. Thank You, Developers! 👍😊

I was very picky on the choice of system to use for my front door. I was worried about the pixels, the notifications, and the setup process. Once received , the instructions were very clear. Was not a hard install at all. It charges very well. Came with concrete screws and easy pairing instructions. Would give a 10/10.

It's great!! I would give it a five but it doesn't have a strong enough WiFi transmit or recieving. I know it's the camera because I can go in excess twice the distance away away before I lose the signal from my router. Other than that, you guys are great and so is the camera!! Have a very pleasant day and an even better week!!

Very user friendly app to use. I like the instant notification / Alert when the camera spots something. I also like the calendar where it makes the days bold when the camera was triggered. I also chose this company, because I wasn't forced to pay a monthly fee for cloud storage because they give other options. The camera was great also being solar powered. It gave a lot more freedom to mount anywhere.

works maybe 1% of the time. whenever i try to check from elsewhere, spends a painfully long time loading just to tell me device is offline. resetting, using different wifi, nothing fixes. when it did briefly work, sent me a motion alert several times a minute, so i turned the sensitivity down - now it gives me zero, even if i go walk back & forth directly in front of it. mad i spent $ on two cameras that use this - might as well have gotten cheap fakes as deterrents. they'd be doing the same job

04/27/24 update: the most current update missed the mark by a mile. It was somewhat usable before the most current version but now my cameras are hard to connect to view images. I get a green screen when it does connect. I would give this a -5 if possible. 11/09/23 when viewing a trigger video it will trigger the camera as if it has detected movement setting it off. I was standing right behind the camera to see what was causing this.... Nothing!

Absolutely upset that even tho I pay for cloud that it only records if it's sensor has been tripped and only for a max of 30 seconds. I wanted a camera and service that I could look back through the whole day. Also there is absolutely no customer service! Only an email and an address in China and no one ever responses to the emails! I would give zero stars for this app if I could

Don't buy iegeek cameras.. There is no dusk to dawn setting on the light schedule for the camera. Only a manual on and off timer. Not the end of the world, but either the schedule doesn't work, or uses your phone. It seems if my phone is off, it doesn't turn the light on or off. How dumb! I also hate that you are forced to give precise location access to setup camera. Lastly, scanning qr didn't work on phone no matter what I did. Had to screenshot and print it! All while on a ladder. Not cool

Worked great when I initially used it but since all the recent updates, it is trash. Lags and the live stream barely works. Looking for a new camera. UPDATE: Unplugged the camera and I'm somehow getting alerts. I have only one camera and the alerts are for different locations, for example, back patio. I never had the camera there. This is weird and concerning.

Bought the video doorbell for my condo to catch porch pirates and snoops. App is basic, functional, 95% stable. UI is clumsy but works OK once you figure it out and is easy to set up. Redundant notifications are annoying. Excessive lag between motion detection and recording makes both video and still image capture quality mediocre at best. Customer support is nonexistent.

So far its terrific. But we are talking 24hrs. The App was recommended to me from a professional security friend... Update. Still very happy with App. What I would like to see in the settings is a way of saving a clip, instead of having to delete hundreds of clips of that day so that you can find it conveniently. .. would be good if cloudedge had a link to cameras that work with their app. Update may 2023. Totally happy. 2024 app has worked seamlessly .

Update: Whatever update you did last night caused recordings not to be able to be marked as read. You can only delete the recordings. It also went back and makes all recordings as not viewed. This app has been working great for me with three cameras for a very long time. Since the last update I can't get it to play back anything reliably.

"Improving UI experience" = They added nags/advertisments for their cloud subscription that cannot be permanently dismissed/keep coming back. App is middling at best. One of the biggest issues is that it insists on going to the first recorded vid of a day. E.g. You get an alert at 8AM then more throughout the day. Good luck actually viewing anything after 8AM! It will keep playing the first vid instead. You might see more after a dozen attempts. Notifications are also getting slower and slower.

Takes 30 to 60 seconds to show live video stream and sometimes not at all. Recorded videos take at least 1 minute to start playing if at all. Very, very frustrating! Now the time of day is wrong for 3 of the 6 cameras (they show Denver timezone when they should show Phoenix). WiFi connection to cameras are all good to excellent signal strength.

There are functions on this app which have little or no meaning to me e.g. 'anti-flicker setting' "select a frequency that is the same as the current ambient light frequency". HTF am I supposed to know that? Also, under 'Recording Management' is a toggle for "Video Switch" No idea what that means. It would be helpful to be able to find a guide to these screens on-line, but my search has been fruitless.

Would give zero stars if I could. This app and camera are garbage! Look somewhere else if you actually want to feel even somewhat secure. Even on the highest sensitivity level, motion detection is extremely inconsistent and rarely detects motion properly. It was working well until I paid for AI detection. After enabling AI, the camera basically became worthless. There is no feature to disable it! I stopped the subscription and when the month runs out I'll reset the camera and reinstall the app.

I've used this app for well over a year. Never had any issues that other apps don't have. I have 7 wireless cameras around my home/business. 3 of my cameras require this app to function. But a recent update (I believe) has caused all 3 to not respond to motion detection. But if I turn off the detection then back on I receive a mass detection alerts that it failed to give me in real time. Then they work for a short period of time and freezes up again. I'm in hope this is resolved soon.

Laggy, barely connects unless you have a really high speed internet connection (above 300mbps). Even then it doesn't track motion, only moves from the app, doesn't respond to people walking up to the door, and the speaker inside the camera isn't clear to the person who is on the ground. Anyone want to buy it? I'll sell it for the whatever the shipping fee is, and a dollar for my time.

Nice app for my camera & door bell, the video stream is very clear. The human detection is awful though, it really doesn't work at all. I get alerts all the time for shadows, birds, the bush across the street, and my flag. I had to turn off detection all together, which is disappointing. I'm afraid to even try the AI after reading other reviews, plus I'm tired of paying for something, then being forced to continue paying for it if I want it to function even close to properly.

I'm being asked to rate this based on my experience with it from my phone. S23 Ultra. Accessing the application and the canera feeds within are quick and generally work. Now the issues come in at pan control, and replay. Slow pan, and SD replay that stutters and freezes within seconds of replay. This makes checking footage while away from the area very difficult. While panning the camera it will pass your desired stopping point, then again when attempting to correct it. You have to time it..
