Not a fan of how an update loses all my stored info (membership numbers, notes, etc). What's the point of storing it in the app if you're just gonna lose it for me at some random point in the future with no warning? May as well just save everything in a text file on my phone and delete this.

This is a fantastic app! It has new food coupons each week (and home coupons) that the cashiers at the store need a code from, so that is a great feature! The app has a very clean, easy to navigate user interface that also lets you choose store locations, view the available sale flyers, select flyer items to create a Shopping List, as well as a Notes section, Refresh Data feature, an app link to Report Difficulties to the application developer team, and Share links to share app content via SMS text messaging, social media applications, and more! I hope the developer maintains this app and I hope they add more app features in the future!

Everytime I try to view coupons I get the message There was an error contacting the server, try again later. I have reinstalled and tried other settings. Just does not work. I am using a moto g4 which is up to date. Everything else works on the app except report problems link. I get the try again later message. Meanwhile my tablet works correctly using the same app version, wifi logon, etc. Customer Service said they have never seen thw problem when I presented at the Beausejour store.

Be nice if you had the option to purchase the Blue Bomber ticket voucher through the app and just have to code emailed to you, same idea as buying through ticketmaster

I used to like it however most recent update lost my coop numbers - I don't remember them all which was why I entered them in the app. Moreover, the menu is too low and the 3 navigation buttons on my phone overlap the app's menu making it very difficult to click on options properly. Looks nice but questioning functionality.

The app has recently changed. Searching for cardlock stations (trucking-so fuel locations c/w directions, def, showers & 24hr restrooms) was much easier to access in the app before than now. The original version had a "Cardlock resources" feature on the main page. Now you have to go deeper into the app. NOT user friendly. We need a quick access feature for easy searches. Also, please update the amenities section of the cardlock stations to reflect what's actually there. We rely on ACCURATE info.

There are no flyers available on the app. Which makes it pretty much useless.

The app took my money twice for membership and nothing happened. No membership. DO NOT INSTALL. Already contacted Co-op admin with proof of 2 payment receipts. No help. Was told to wait 7-10 days for bank credit return. If nothing 10$ lost and no membership.

TERRIBLE! MeWards needs you to sign in everytime you try to access the coupons eventhough you're already signed into the app. Then it only allows you to review either food or wine, can't see both. If you go back to previous menu, to go from food to wine, you have to sign in again. And then again and again and again. Worst app on my phone, but you can't get savings unless you 'cut coupons' like some sort if 1950s housewife. Boo on you co-op, do better

Trying to add my card and the app says my card and email address are not found. Also phone number I was given for support to call doesn't work either .

Why are there no Flyers being shown in the app it used to work, and yes I know there are Flyers they're just not showing in the app.

App login not functioning, making app useless. All options to navigate and access services, including accessing customer service support requires a login that is not working.

Not ready for primetime. So I've waited for the better part of three weeks for the vendor to fix this app and it's still the same. I'm not sure what the problem is but I know I'm not wasting anymore time with it.

Haven't been able to buy groceries in over a month, hoping it gets fixed, there's only so much bread and rice this agoraphobic gal can cook before she goes mental, worked great before this issue. EDIT: They fixed it, we are so back :)

After latest June update, I have been logged out of app. Any attempt to log in again gives me an error code. When I try to contact support, it does not submit it. I do not have any other means to contact app support. Federation doesn't even read the problem and directs me to local co-op group who says they can't help with app support and so I get bounced around. My membership #s are in the app account and I cannot access them now due to inability to log in (both app and on website).

Ad for car wash savings via car wash app in the main coop app in which I clearly indicated I am in West coast BC. Car wash app says "too many accounts registered on this device". I'm sole owner since new of this device & I had to sign up to the main app to get in to see if the car wash info was there (it's not). Then I see in car wash apps description it's not available for my area anyway...🤦 Cool, I signed up for nothing.

Paid for a membership, which I have proof of, and it doesn't work at any checkout, nor can I view it on this app. On top of this, you can't even contact support without getting an error message. Guess I'll just get my fee back and go somewhere else. Disappointing. My parents were members for 30 years. ETA re: your reply--Does that include checkouts? Because I can't even use my share number. Like, at all.
