Trans show up in the private that you blocked, too many videos if you follow people. IT communication isn't good. I emailed them about purchasing diamonds and they refund my other account instead of the account I brought diamonds under. The Asian girls will ask you to go private, you pay them then they block you. Use to be the BEST APP outthere but as this app got more popular, service became less important. I've been using it since 2018.

I literally just downloaded the app and signed up and I got a message from someone but I only got to open it once and now it non stop crashes and I can't open that person's message anymore. Will change to higher rating if fixed soon but so far I'm disappointed.

This app only cares about taking money from your pocket. They tried to improve the app by adding a whole bunch of features but isn't working. They have no customer support. People can't unsub and they stay stuck there paying for a subscription you don't even want. Plenty of people getting scammed and customer service just sat there quiet. they added a new feature which forces you to charge coins within 20 days or you can't enter any private rooms even if you already have over 10k coins. Smh

This app is great for live streaming and meeting people all over the world. If your looking to meet new people as a live streamer and possibly make a continuous income I would definitely recommend Coco.

Installed this app with high hopes. Made an account, set stuff up, tried to become a broadcaster and their video submission didn't work. Got forced logged out, now can't get back in my account. I'm 27, not a kid. So yea, huge disappointment. Didn't even get to start before it failed on me.

This is probably the worst app, and they have the worst customer service ever. I'm trying my best to have them cancel my unwanted subscriptions, and when they told me to go to the app store to cancel my subscriptions, it's *literally* not there!! Don't ever get this app unless you want to get ripped off, like I did.

I used to spend money on the cake app, which is the same as this coco app. Most recent update made it so that when you go to buy a video it is completely hidden unlike before where it was only slightly blurred. How it was before would sort of let you know what you were buying. Now users selling videos can basically scam you out of money since you have no idea what you are buying and can't get a refund if you're unsatisfied. Until you guys reverse this I'm done spending any money on either apps.

This app is full of yery young look at me kids. The app itself is buggy and not complete. For starters . HOW DO I Remove my account? When asking for help .. cause my PG rated avatar was rejected three times. I got an email from one domain. When I tried to change my password I got an email from a different domain. And then it failed as it did not recognise my user name. When loading the FAQ's I got a page with 'coming soon' on it. I still can't remove my account Crappola.

It won't let me set a required diamond entry for the private lives anymore. Updated the app and it still has a brb button in place of the lock??

This app is way better, compared to other app like chamet. Much more buyer protection, if you submit sufficient evidence.

2 issue coming from this app... first whenever I try to buy diamonds I can't and 2nd whenever I open private chat i cant always the error ql004 i don't know what does mean..and customer service pathetic

Can't even add a damn photo! I wanted to start streaming on this app but their playing alot of games claiming that my photo is against thr guideline meanwhile there's photos of women who are half naked gtfo coco. I will give them a few days to answer me back. If no answer that I am going to delete 🤷🏾‍♀️

This app takes a good 80% out of the coins sent. Barely a buck for 600 diamonds earned. They steal from tips sent in videos. They sell your content and you give them the permission when you agree to terms and conditions. READ IT GUYS. There is an overwhelming amount of underaged individuals. C.S email is a bot and if you have to DM an admin, what if you don't know an admins name? Oh and most of them won't help me out unless you tip them, pick favorites. The updates ruin everything 😞

App notification needs custom options. I don't give a damn about somebody winning prizes that I had nothing to do with. I only want to be notified when somebody I follow starts a live stream or if a friend messages me. It's very annoying to be notified about anything else. I don't want to silence the app because I do have a few friends that I chat with a lot but y'all are leaving me with no choice. GIVE US THE OPTION OF WHAT NOTIFICATIONS WE WANT

I can't login at all. My login info is correct, I'm 100% sure. I used to be able to login, but now I just get a "login failed" whenever I try. I uninstalled then reinstalled but still the same issue. I tried a password reset, but the link it sends me to is unresponsive. I can't do that either. This app is currently broken. It wasn't always this way, 1 star rating till its fixed.
