It is madly buggy on galaxy!! And takes a really long time to load/open the app. My Active convo chats jump from the top of the list to the very bottom for the sake of reminding me when a "match's" chance for engagement is running out. And the app is virtually a brick on your phone unless you initiate the subscription. At the max you only get about 5-6 free suggestions in a day to match and then it will take a whole 24 hours to try again.

Always loading and restarting - premium Paid for 6 months, and that was the beginning of my regret. It's just terrible in general. After a few weeks of their blackout update, the app sucks. Now, as a premium,I don't seem to have my likes unblurred, and if I manually try to unblur profiles, the screen becomes blank or just closes. Can't send messages without it freezing and kicking you out. Messaged the reps, they suggested re-downloading the app which I did, and still it crashes.

Just want to add one more voice to the growing chorus of disappointed users and point out the obvious: the December 2023 update is terrible. The option to include a short message when liking a bagel is no longer available. Moreover, the new CMB strategy is to send you bagels in abundance, except for the ones who have already liked you, of course. The latter appear as blurred out photos so that users are lured into paying. Because, you know, that's what fun and efficient online dating looks like.

Ignoring the dating aspect of it, its just a technically flawed app. So so so many bugs that have been there for years. Messages being sent late or never being sent at all, notification system that doesn't work half the time, seeing the exact same discover list for a month in a row, not getting daily matches, or with premium, getting "unlimited" matches/swipes, but its the same 20-30 daily matches as without premium, and the list goes on. Very hard to recommend an otherwise OK app :(

Purchased premium, they said unlimited suggested but the truth is, it is limited. You only get a few profiles everyday and then other profiles in the "discovery" section where you have to spend other in app currency to connect with those. Their search feature in discovery is also horribly broken. I kept hoping it would improve, it never did, and no option to request a refund for a service that doesn't perform as advertised.

The premium plan is expensive. Blurred out Likes don't show up on Discover or Suggested sections before suddenly disappearing. Both of those sections will tell you no one is around until suddenly there are after weeks of nothing. It shows the same people over and over again. There's no option between 10 and 25 miles. It's not based on current location, so distance from what? The app bugs out and won't notify about new chats or they randomly disappear/reappear. Too many issues to be so expensive.

This app is super glitchy. I most often was met with a blank screen in the "unlimited suggestion" and "discovery" pages, making my experience on the app a waste of time. With just 2 of my preferences set as "deal breakers", the app always encouraged me to change my preferences to see prospects. I definitely feel that the money I paid to use this app was a waste.

Terrible usability. Keeps crashing in mid conversation (while typing). Need to restart app and start all over again. Support wasn't helpful. Delayed responses. And this is for the Premium subscription experience. Moving to a different app. Also, the suggested bagels are literally the same every day. It's ridiculous. You're presented with the same ones that you've already swiped left or right on again and again and again. I've seen the same bagels a minimum of 5 different times in one week.

This app used to be so much better! Their used to be a premium feature called "unlimited skip the line." Basically, if you were a premium member, you could skip to the front of someone's likes. But last December, they actually changed the premium features to only allow 8 skip the lines a month (now called "flowers") -- a huge downgrade from unlimited. If they ever bring back the old premium features, I will revise to a higher rating.

i am using the latest version...app is very buggy. my messages disappear and I have to close the app and repoen it. I also do not get any notifications in the app if someone sends me a message. overall there just aren't enough quality matches to justify using. all the attractive profiles were fake. kudos because they aren't owned by match group.

Too many problems to list. It says unlimited suggestions, and there are 0 suggestions. It doesn't explain what boosting and beans means, and it made me pay for beans to like back someone, and I just joined a couple weeks ago. It only lets you choose five or eight things describing yourself, and I think that's how they get suggestions just by a word or two that are the same. It tells you you can cancel , but when I try to uninstall it,it says my subscription won't be canceled! So they lie to you.

it has potential but is a total blocker unless using the paid version. There are not enough free features to actually link with anyone, so if you like someone or they like you, I hope both of you have the paid app so you can chat with each other. I want to get the subscription, but looking at the reviews has me hesitant. Will update later.

Free is unusable. Likes page will fill up, but you can't see/match bc ALL are blurred. Only way to match is if the person you like has premium and can see you on their page. Subscription is expensive but fruitless. App updates often; tech issues remain. I deleted an expired chat 2 yrs ago because the person didn't respond. Last week, the convo appeared out of no where (expired of course), showing that person's response timed two years ago. Why am I here if chances are taken from me? Deleting.

I've had premium subscription on and off for years. I opted not to auto renew recently and all of a sudden an unusual influx of likes popped into my profile which I can no longer see because I'm no longer subscribed. I find it really suspicious, like I'm being lured to pay for another subscription. Just something for others to think about before they decide to subscribe to this service. Also, I did submit this feedback to the company and they did not respond.

I wanted to try this app out but was really disappointed. Pretty much everything is behind a paywall and the free matches are like...5 daily it felt like? So I only used it for like 10 minutes and then couldn't do anything with it. It also felt really buggy and wouldn't refresh unless I closed and reopened multiple times and froze while I was inputting my info. I would give this one a skip.

The liking system is terrible is terrible. Not being able to send a message with likes is detrimental. The app itself tends to malfunction almost regularly. The last time, the app was stuck in the phone link page and I had to delete and reinstall the app. But now that the app won't let me log into through Facebook I can't get to my account. I refuse to waste more time on this app so recreating the account is out of the question. Maybe if I hear that CMB got better I'll come back but I doubt it.

Won't let those only Google voice use their account anymore. Poorly designed UI and UX. Whatever management approved the idea of having buttons that move and over lap other buttons and can disappear when you scroll should be fired. Also this app can't even serve images properly. How hard can that be? This is the only dating app that struggles with fundamental features like this. Nevermind the constant and annoying attempts to upsell.

I used this app a while back and got a long term girlfriend through it. But since I've rejoined it's gone downhill. They've changed the messaging system, I used to be able to send messages with likes but now it costs money. The profiles have also tanked, most don't include any prompt responses and few pics. They added the "feature" of personality/interests, and it's lead to lazy profiles. Profiles rarely answer prompts now and just have a list of traits. They need more requirements for profiles.

IMPORTANT: DOESN'T LET YOU DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT! IT ONLY "PAUSE" IT! I'VE REMOVED THE APP! I've grown tired of using dating apps. This was probably the ninth or tenth app I've used for a month. It's got this "deal breaker" lock you can put on your filters, and it kind of improves what others don't. However, a couple of days ago was when the suggested catalog was empty and had no results. There's a point system that doesn't make sense. It's used like an in-app currency for a couple of things.

Complete waste of time. The "Daily suggestion system" doesn't suggest anything daily. 🤦♂️ They seriously broke something. I haven't seen a single person in a month or more. Even when it did "work" it's been one of the least effective dating apps I've ever tried. The search parameters reset every time. The "Not interested" button is missing in search results. Can't update picture captions without deleting and reuploading them. The issue list goes on and on.
