So many years you were the best with simple transactions adding mechanic and thrn all market started adding online sync,but you have being doing nothing useful for several years (a lot of clients left; by nothing I mean game with your interface),now you've added just several banks and put it under paywall even for premium users with unlimited subscription! What a shame! I underdtood if you add features like prediction and courses or budget made by Ai and put it under paywall,but not online sync!

Whenever I add an expense, the date that I choose changes to the previous date. If I choose March 15 and save the input, the date will become March 14. Will never use this app again.

The app stopped developing for a years. There used to be recurring payments and data export. Now synchronization is constantly lagging, and the features have been nerfed. There are no recurring payments, no export, some balances are glitchy. Would you going to use the app every day if it won't let you back up your data? Resume development of the application!

Is this a joke?! I have been using the previous version for years now, first on iOS where it was very good, then switched to Android where its counterpart did not have search (???), now this version 3 has a total redesign in which I cannot see my debt accounts and full transaction history is available only on the main screen where ALL the transactions are, when you access an account or an expense category you see only the current month transactions and there is no filtering whatsoever. WTH man??

We used a previous premium version of this app for 3 years and it was really great. Now we had to update to this version and it is absolutely impossible to use. 1. For the second time in a week the sync is lost between the devices. Seems like it takes into account some of the balances from the previous version and some from the new one. 2. An error "There is a problem with sending data to server" occurs all the time. Impossible to use now if you try to use it with several devices.

The two cases I prefer this one over the old version of the app (the one from 2018) are: 1) I am addingy expenses at night and use this one because it has dark theme 2) I want to check up on my overall balance But now, seemingly after the last update, this app keeps on switching my default currency to EUR every time I open it, and this is just annoying. I have the pro plan paid, but still prefer the old version because it's kind of more sleek and clean at the main screen, +has recurring payments

UI/UX is good, however sometimes when you mark your expense it does not show in the expense list on the dashboard. Plus, it do not import from SMS anymore. Also, the new version is missing some important festures from CoinKeeper2 such as debt accounts, goals, and recurring payments. Would also love to have feature of attaching receipts.

It was a great application, but now a lot of problems have come out. The data of the new application is not normally synchronized with the old ones - all accounts are in discord. For the second time this month, the balance of all my accounts just changed to some random amounts. Support is not responding. Very disappointed 😬

This version of the app is barely usable. - Data doesn't sync properly. - Sync is slow, much slower than the old version. - App is slow in general. - Multi-currency data changes to ONE currency, messing up all of my data. I have to login to the classic old app and make currency changes to sort out the data. - Can't change default currency. Better to use the old version. I've been a user since 2011 and really want to use this version of the app, but can't because of those issues.

I quite liked the new concept, but I miss the tags division in graphs and list view. I also would like to suggest the balance view for each account, with options for weekly monthly etc views, along with a total balance view in the graphs, so that we can see total history of it, not only to see the income/expense. Other important data would be to clearly show how much we saved 😃. (Without having to calculate by ourselves separately). Thanks in advance, I really like your innovative apps🤩

Beautiful but useless. I appreciate the main design and animations of the app, really nice but damn, it is impossible to use for day to day. I gave it a chance and used it for a month now and I really don't like the user experience,with pro account, a lot of stuff is not obvious, I have to stay more time in the app to do the same stuff I was doing in the version 2. Simple example, When opening the v. 2, I could see my general financial situation without opening, swiping or tapping anything else

I’ve been a CoinKeeper user for years with an Unlimited Premium lifetime subscription in version 2. I upgraded to Platinum 3 expecting collaborative accounting (family access) and educational material but found neither. Key features like financial goals are missing, and the changes are purely aesthetic. The annual subscription is a downgrade compared to my lifetime plan. Despite recent export issues in version 2, it’s still better for daily use. This upgrade doesn’t justify its cost or promises.

Somehow doesn't allow you to choose any currency but USD for your Income and expenses. You can only manually create new Revenue sources of the different currency, but your expenses and total will still be shown in USD. Also still shows me BUY PREMIUM ads, even with premium

It's just impossible to add more than a few transactions, the UI becomes extremely slow so you have to wait up to 5 sec while the add an expense form is drawing

I love this application! Personally, this is my favorite one so far. I have some suggestions which might improve the app itself. 1. Widgets, so that it's easier to put the expenses. 2. Option to start everything from the scratch. 3. I couldn't find my archived (inactive) accounts. Any idea where I can find them or delete them? 4. When the balance is changed manually, can we put the date also, so it won't show up on that day's history. Thank you!

The new look is questionable. I personally don't like it. But the biggest question is that this app is still missing a very important function - refunds. I need to be able to drag from expenses to accounts to create a record for a refund. Now each time I have to create a false record of income when I get refunded. That is stupid. Please, add this very important function!

It wasn't a bad app. But the service is getting worse. Synchronization hasn't worked for more than a month. Export of your data has not worked for more than a year. It's important for the financial accounting system, but support doesn't want to solve the issue for more than a year! Is it even legal under GDPR for example? Think about it. Do you want to waste your time on an app where your data is locked up and unavailable to you? They can also disappear at any time with your data :(
