the app is soooo buggyy, first i have to put my id password every single time, i prompts me to save to Google and i say yes everytime but it dosent save it, then everytime i do sms verification it goes back to sign up page, its a nightmare to get in the app. cant is trust 1 device or give the option to save password or something? use my fingerprint to log in but dosent work, please fix it.

Very disappointing and really very bad customer care service just wast of time taking 5 days for approval and I have been requesting for higher limit since couple of days and these guys are just kidding with customers. And wasting time only I will not recommend to any one.

This is the worst application for trading. Withdrawal charges are very high. Just to withdraw 500 aed i have to pay like 110 aed as coinmena fees. I have very bad experience after this. To deposit the money also it is charging like 5% of the total amount as coinmena fees. Please don't use this app. My request to everyone and the amount of coinmena fees will be different as per the amount deposited and withdrawn.

Not recommended at all. They charge 10 USD for a transfer. There are 5 other apps which does the same thing at 1/10 of the cost

It been some how great. But what is really bad is that towards end of month 30 or 31, the platform is automatically closed without any notifications. Also at times prices are really been infiltrated like example you may have current Bitcoin price at 14,556bd but you need to buy at the cost of like 15,100bd. But what really bad is the sudden closure of everyone account towards month end without notifications; this alone can cause people who have invested so much in it to deve high blood pressure

I would give no stars if I could. Copy paste style customer service, fees are high regardless of being local (no exchange and transfer fees). Anyway, if you are willing to trade crypto, this app will make you hate the experience. I should have taken my friends' advice and moved my currencies to a different app some time ago.

Best customer service ever. I sent an email and they got back to me with less than 3 mins and solved the issue. They have more Currencies than other platforms in Bahrain, better and cheaper trading fees. DEPOSITS ARE So fast. AMMAR from customer service is really helpful and polite. Not to forget their admin team that are outstanding. Looking for more features and all the best COINMENA ALL THE WAY.

Decent app, the trading fee is high in comparison to the actual price of the coins. The coins are very limited, there are some really good coins in the crypto world which is currently worth investing, however majority of them aren't available.

The company is good, they have good follow up. I had a delayed transfer due to name mismatch, but they resolved the issue, with a follow up call. The support link is somewhat hidden within the application, and doesn't give a support id. Their commissions are on the high side.

I received your response and have completed uploading the requested document. However, I suggest updating your software. Instead of asking for "ID," it should clearly specify "passport" if that’s the document required. In Kuwait, "ID" typically refers to the civil ID, which can cause confusion. Your email clarified that the passport was needed, but to avoid misunderstandings for others, I recommend updating your app to explicitly request the "passport" instead of just "ID."

The worst exchange in the world. Rate is very high. No chart. I paid by credit card in AED. They took cash in advanced from credit card and my credit card bank taken extra charge same amount. For 100 aed took 105 + 105 = 210 AED and gave only 27 USDT. They gave option by first trading will get a chance 1000 USD. After first trade no change.NOW I WANTED TO WITHDRAW THEY SAID MINIMUM 50 USDT NEED TO WITHDRAW that means they trapped my money. DON'T INVEST MONEY HERE. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY.

The transaction (buy or sell )fees is extremely high. its more than 10 times than others crypto exchanges. Withdrawing crypto from my wallet to other wallet also very high, it is almost double or triple than others.. Withdrawing cash to local bank account. They charge a very high fees.. they charge USD 100 per the local transfer.. In other exchanges it cost me USD 0.5 to trasfer cash to my account.. No way we can make profit..

This app doesn't work here in qatar. you get a message "contact support" the operation could not be completed. And when you contact support they cannot help because of internal policy, "wow". we cannot deposit because of their internal policy. their customer support has the worst customer service, very rude and acts like they are running a grocery shop.

The fees when trading is way up high, the difference to of selling and buying cost is higher. Suggestion to add an option to put limit when to buy and sell like binance. Would be helpful. Also kindly reduce your fee. If I make a trade most of the profit will go in fee, so what did I make? Nada!!!

Transection fee is too expensive, if you buy coin market price worth of 1000$, you have to pay there 1100$. And when you selling same amount of coin of market price, you will get 900$. And they called it slightly different price for buying and selling. 🤣🤣 If you are holding coin for long periods than it's okay to use, but if you are a traders then this app not for you. Withdrawal fee okay. 👌 but trading fee is too high. Reduce trading fee zero fto make it better. 😒

The phone code never arrives. If the system is not working then how will new customers join? customer care support advise followed, no improvement. Now don't reply asking to report in website. Already done and no use. Still code is not arriving in Qatar with Qatar number.

the new app should have better charts showing the scale and should be interactive to check prices at various points on the chart. should offer feedback option in the app. should offer dark mode like the previous version of app. portfolio chart to extend to 3 years back or since joining Coin Mena.

It's been over three months since I first raised this issue. I still can’t log into my account, and every time I reach out whether by email or call the only reply I get is “our team is working on it. Honestly, feels like a very small issue, but unfortunately, nothing has been resolved till now. It’s becoming quite frustrating
