How much money have I lost. I just cashed in 19 tickets I was about to throw away because the app said they were not winners. Turns out they were. App used top barcode, where retailer uses bottom code. They were not big winners, but you multiply $12 dollars x a few thousand people who trusted the app, I wonder if a big winner wins and scans a result of not a winner. My rule is trust but verify. I can't imagine how many winning tickets I tossed over the last few years because I trusted the resu

The app is easy to use. Though the ticket scanner has trouble reading the tickets most of the time. Also it doesn't tell you how much you win like apps from other states. it would be nice if it told you how many prizes are left for scratch tickets. Overall It's not that bad of an app and it enters you automatically into second chances.

Good app, but you need to improve it to allow in-app ticket buying. It doesn't make sense going to a physical store but ticket then check later on the app. People are busy and look for convenient apps that they can do everything on it. Check IL lottery app and website to learn how they are doing. Better improve it otherwise useless, its digital age make use of it, everything can be done online.

I loved this app for scanning scratch tics, and also checking lotto numbers. I'm having the same issue with a white screen and nothing loads. I did uninstall, and also went to app settings, it did not fix my issue. And I also haven't gotten a new phone, so that's not the issue.

10/5/19 Updated: 5 stars again. The people who operate and maintain the app were kind enough to get ahold of me personally and work out the issues mentioned below. Everything works now and I'm pleased. (previously:) As of the last update, I'm not able to use the app on my Samsung Galaxy S9. The app opens then closes immediately. Prior to this, everything worked great. Please fix and respond. Thanks!

Attention Developers! I also keep getting error messages that another updated version is available, but only this app comes up in the Google play store. I even tried searching for the new version, no results. (Galaxy S9) I tried uninstalling and reinstalling as suggested, still no solution. Please fix this. Your app will quickly lose all credibility and users will doubt your reputation of reliability if this bug is not fixed, and fast.

Great app! Interactive ... Love second chance tickets plus the scan code option to know if you have a winning scratch ticket is awesome.... I don't play Lotto or Powerball but if I did it's great because you can see the winning numbers of each drawing.... plus the final feature that I like it shows each scratch ticket that is available in the state and it shows you how many remaining top prizes are out there for each ticket so you can play the ones that still have top

Very useful for scanning scratch offs to double check for a missed win. The scanner also automatically enters eligible losing tickets into second chance drawings, unless you don't set up an account. You can view winning numbers and record your favorite numbers as well as view which scratch offs have awarded all top prizes. I'd like to be able to automatically enter drawings based on my numbers I record, but overall, I am satisfied with the app and it's features!

Colorado lottery app is a very useful tool to have on hand if you love playing scratch tickets. It's super aggravating to buy a scratch ticket, scratch it completely, and then have no idea whether or not you won anything. Sometimes, it's hard to see the amount of money that you've won and/or where it is that you've won. With this app, it's definitely easy to figure out. You just scan the ticket, and it lets you know if you're a winner or not. It's also used for other lottery games too.

Do Not Use to check Powerball numbers! On multiple occasions I have had the app tell me my ticket is not a winner when I have matched the Powerball number. Without that functionality this is useless. I have no idea how many winning tickets I may have thrown away. UPDATE: Make sure you keep the app updated. An older version will give you a false negative. Once updated the app did say I "might" be a winner. Interesting wording.

The app rejected my password, so I clicked to reset, but it said there was a server error. I reset my password through the website, then received another reset email from the app. Now I'm logged in and try to scan my tickets, but they won't scan. I've been trying now for days, and the scan feature doesn't work. It seems that they launched this app without vetting it completely to make sure it functions. A bummer.

It WAS a lot better before they changed the scanning thing. It was SO much easier to scan a scratch ticket with the old scanner. Now it is HORRIBLE. Sometimes it won't scan my tickets, other times it take 5 mins for it to find the bar code. I'm moving the ticket up and down, back and forth, side to side, close as far, turning it, bending it......every possible angle. Then FINALLY, it finds it. Then it's on to the next one, and repeat. FIX THIS PLEASE!!! How back to the old scanning thing!

Terrible! The app doesn't show previous drawings anymore and also won't allow me to log in saying "Network Request Failed". It also will not tell you if you've won an a jackpot ticket anymore. It just says "there was an error checking this ticket". I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and also cleared data. It's broken on the app end. Samsung S24 Ultra.

For just easy access to the current winning numbers, it's fine. But the feature to scan tickets rarely seems to work. For the last several days it keeps giving an error message. "There was an error checking this ticket" What's the point in having the app if it doesn't scan?! I can look the numbers up on the web without the app. Furthermore, unlike the Co lottery website, there's no option to view latest drawing details, or past drawings. This app is lacking. It has potential if someone put some effort into the coding.

Until recently I had found this app to be rather handy. However, while the latest update (enabling the scanning of drawing tickets) should have improved the functionality it had the unfortunate side-effect of not allowing the winning numbers to be updated on it. Even when I drag down to manually refresh, or close the app and reopen it, the latest winners still are not shown. I really liked this app and want to keep liking it, so please fix this.

I had this app on my phone twice. The 1st time it would tell the amount won on a ticket after scanning the barcode. The 2nd installation does not seem to do that (don't know why). Instead it just says "Woo! Woo! You may be a big winner. Check your with a retailer.", or something like that. The scanner was nice, but if the app cannot even tell the amount won I am just as well off using the lottery website. It was not easy finding the link to download this app on the website, either.

I think the Colorado lottery app is a great way to check your tickets to see if you won or to stay up with the latest news there so much you can do on there I like to use it to see how many bonus draw entries that I have and when the drawing and deadlines are. A must have if you live in Colorado and it supports our wildlife and natural beauty of the state and helps our schools and education too.
