Based on the same philosophy, we bring you ComBank e-Slips, which is a paperless transaction method to deposit cash to your own account or to any other account of your choice.
Through ComBank e-Slips you can,
Deposit Cash to Savings or Current accounts without filling cash deposit slips, irrespective of whether you are a customer or not.
Verify the details of recipient account prior to making the transaction
View e-Slips transaction history
Keep a tab of your transactions by entering your own reference (description) to identify the each transaction
All complete transactions carried out through e-Slips will receive an acknowledgement by way of an e- Receipt.
There is no need to visit the Bank to register for ComBank e-Slips. You can just download the app and register on your own.
ComBank e-Slips is incorporated with One Time Password (OTP) to maximize the security of your transactions.

Combank has made a mess out of relasing many apps. Vulnerable to fake apps now. Older single app worked well enough. I am completely lost.

The only app I had to install is combank digital and that too isn't compatible to android 6. Now I have to buy a new phone to be able to track my investments and card

I can only see an interface with shortcuts to their other banking apps. Nowhere to login. What is the purpose of this app?

Shittiest app I've ever seen. Once you click on something it redirects you directly to download other apps.

Need an e-slip to prove the transactions to beneficiary side..Even we can't get a screenshot also..Hope you will add them to next update of the app..No any other things..Superb apps..

It's easy to use the app but the bank staffs didn't have any knowledge about the e-slip when I go to the bank i waited 30mins to handover the cheque.

What a rubbish. This app only include links to download other apps. Waste of time. You can direct customers directly to the relevent app.

Previously there was only one application can do all online banking. Now we have to install several apps to do our needs. This comment is for users who loves previous Online Banking App. I found it from hide place. You can install it as below steps. 1. You have to install this App("ComBank" which is yellow icon with blue name) 2. Install "RemitPlus" from inside above App. 3. Open RemitPlus and click on next button. 4. You can find and install Online Banking App from this page(RemitPlus)

the branches are not compatible for this feature.. I visit the Kirulapona mini com on 1st March.. they said they do not have this feature and had to stand on the que again..waste of time please implement before release

This app is literally pointless. It has no purpose, why would I install an app that asks me to install other apps to use. I could rather create a folder on my mobile that has all the apps in one place.

I went to cash deposit for exam fee to the Modara Commercial bank. Then they told me cn pay only from online. Thats why I download this application. Afetr that I cannot mention my remarks what I want. Can mentione only limited letters and can't type the symbols. So My time is waste. Again I have to go another bank. Because can't success my needful.

What rubbish. How many apps do you need for 1 bank? You have 1 app just to check your balance, another app to do digital banking...another for online payments, and so on...it's absolutely ridiculuous. Make 1 app for everything. I should not have to download multiple apps and register to do simple things. What a waste of valuable time.

This is a good idea, but needs some features like deleting a slip, remove accounts, switching between multiple accounts and also e-slip function is not available in island wide. Hope you will add these in the future updates.

Installed eslip and enrolled. After feeding the depositor account number and amount pressed next it will automatically taking me to the apps main menu and if i try for three times app crashed and taking back to phones home screen. Contacted call center for 3 4 times they asked to try different pdf reader again and again and tried with 5 6 pdf readers still not rectified. Phone model A12s Android version 12 Pls rectify this

Com bank is the most disorganized place I have ever seen I'm planning to close my account here I found out from there customer care that they don't have one single data based for account holders data as I was told the branch has one version. The the digital banking server has nother version and online banking system has nother version how can any one trust a bank who is so disorganized.

Your eslip system is a great product, but the technology is not being used by every counter and some branches dont even have this. And printed slips are being reduced and had made customers difficult finding slips even to write and make transactions. Either this or that.

OK. But "WHY?" There is no point in using this app. E-slip function is a great option. But, most of your employees in some branches don't even know what it is. I had to fill a paper slip and stand in the queue again to deposit.

This is so not convenient. I loved the previous build where I could easily log in to ComBank online and do everything one app. Im not even sure what this app does. It just direct me to install about 6 apps which I have no idea of the purpose. I can't log into com bank digital and ComBank online is no where to be found. I'm gonna stick with com bank online via browser. This app is minus few stars.

I don't understand the point of this app. Since comm bank doesn't give you an available balance on SMS transaction alerts, you're forced to download an app for this simple info. I downloaded the comdigital app and there's NO transaction info except for monthly statement. Then I downloaded this, which is a collection of your apps which I am again forced to download. Pls just add an available balance to SMS service. Basic customer needs.

To be fair, I liked the eslip service. Clean UI and all. But what's the point of this app launcher? Do you really think I'm going to install countless apps for one bank? Intergrate this eslip feature into combank digital app and hire devs who designed flash app to optimize UI/ UX. Literally disappointed with the service too. I'm going to close my account if this isn't going to resolve within this year.
