super inefficient app. Has all the options to do this and that. But sometimes the app doesn't open. what is the point of you can't do the transactions when needed.

Cannot use the app anymore to login anymore!! Keeps saying "we detect suspicious behaviour" I have removed the app and reinstalled a many times but the result is the same! Very frustrating !!

Worst online banking app ever. It never works properly, always have to uninstall and reinstall again to make it work. Maximum 5-10 times can use with fingerprint and pin and then it says the device hasn't registered. Now even when i use the password and username, it doesn't work

This app doesn't even deserve one Star. Really Low- performing applications. Whenever I tried to log, I got this notification "We detected a suspicious behaviour". However I was not permitted to change my password also. Because If I try to change it, I got the same notification

While the functionality is fine, the user friendliness is very poor. Start with using terms that normal people use. Instead of saying beneficiary, simply say receiver. So many elderly people struggle using this app and especially those whose English isn't their mother tongue. The very same people easily use NTB app or the HSBC app without getting confused. It's really a shame because this app provides good security and functionality.

Worst UI / UX. Combank optimised the combank app nicely on iOS devices, but they missed up on Android devices. As I think, the bank hired software assistance to develop the app for android and software engineers for iOS. If we need to edit the templates, we have to log in throug the website. we can't edit it on the application 🥱. Why is that? I want to tell you that there are android users also using combank. Please be concerned about android users, too. fix it asap. I hope u got it. Thank you.

Worst banking app, can't log , every time shows "something went wrong with security checks" when contacting the bank they told "log with web browser" or use another device. This is my secondary android mobile and 1st device also shows this error since long time. Now this device also.. very poor development of the app. Not 1 star need to put -5 star rating to this worst app. 🚫

The app doesn't work with the developer mode enabled on my Android. I don't know what's the need for me to turn off the developer mode to use this app.

Sometimes the Commercial Bank app/combank digital appplays out. Better to have increase your security levels as well than from OTP. Overall gives a better experience than other bank apps. But its good to develop to international standards + educate your overall bank staff pf the basic functions of the app. Keep up. Thank you for your hard work digital team of Com Bank.

I'm always getting an error saying security checks. I'm unable to do transactions for over 3 months. I came to one of your branches and complained. Still it's not fixed.

For the past few days i am unable to use the app as it sayas "we dectect a suspicious behavior " tried unistalling and reinstalling the app. But its the same. That massage pops up and the app closes. Please help

Very Bad app, for last three months this app is not working at all, always shows errors while trying to log in. Disappointed Zero rating Please fix these bugs, and not user friendly at all.. Could have developed a better one

The app is not user-friendly and seems to favor the bank rather than the customers. It requires frequent password changes, which is inconvenient. Additionally, the Commercial Bank appears to disregard the customers' time and benefits, often engaging in what I consider to be unethical practices. Furthermore, they charge an annual fee for this service. Unfortunately, this reflects a broader issue in the banking culture of Sri Lanka.

Every few months, an update comes requesting to change the password. Either have a secure app or provide an update in advance that a password change will happen in the future. When there is an emergency, I can't log into the app because there is an update regarding the password change. FIX YOUR APP

Frustrated as a business owner! My bank account transaction history lacks crucial details – wrong dates or even no times! Customer service offered no solution for missing times and requires a letter to reactivate SMS alerts, a relic of the past in today's digital age. Automatic reactivation with sufficient funds makes more sense. This experience is pushing me to consider switching banks, which wouldn't be ideal, but losing valuable features and facing outdated processes is unacceptable.😐😕

The app suddenly stops recognizing the fingerprint and then when we try to login using the Username and PW is says the username indefined. Very challenging to get the app to re-open after this error message and the only means is to reinstall the app. This has been a recurring issue since the time I started using this app and still it doesn't seem to be rectified. Hope the related members seriously look into this as it's a hassel to use the online digital banking service for urgent matters.

After updating my password, it doesn't allow me to log back in. I can't imagine how a reputed bank is being careless like this when it comes to live operations. Worse app ever. Update: It's being more worse since we need to give a written scanned copy of a letter to the branch just to recieve the OTP to the email. Auch a basic function also not include in the app. Maybe it is the time to give the software architect position of the app to a child

Probably one of the worst banking apps I have ever used. The functionality is very limited. Everything seems outdated from the look and feel to the accessibility. The Sampath Vishwa app was way more advanced than this even 10 years ago. Wish their digital platform was in par with their image and other services, which I believe are really good.

There's no way to use the app. It was working and now suddenly it gives suspicious activity detected and doesn't work. Tried on a different device also and the issue is same. I have seen for the users who have the same problem the support is telling it's an issue with the mobile an not the app. But it's sure with an issue with your app that it falsely detecting and issue. Look in to it from your end without blaming the user saying it's an issue with the mobile.

Useless app. Logs out often, doesn't show the required details, horribe navigation and UI, and features are less. For example, you need to login from PC to edit the daily limits. If you do a transaction, the details aren't visible to take a screen capture as proof, and the details become visible after about a day.
