Self registration, a customisable ‘My Profile’ feature that can accommodate a personalised image, self-addition and registration of payment recipients, customisable templates for payments, multiple payments via a single basket, a Quick Navigation menu that reduces key strokes and customisable viewing of transaction histories are among the exciting new features of the system.
Enhanced security features include 2-factor authentication for third party fund transfers; two-layer login; a virtual keypad; personalised security questions; password change and third party fund transfer alerts; and password encryption and verification via an advanced Hardware Security.
The e-Banking platform supports bill payments to more than 36 entities in nine categories – Telephone, Electricity, Water, Credit cards, Insurance, Pay TV, Schools, Rates and Other. Investing in Treasury Bills and effecting payments for share trading transactions is also possible, with self-registration of the users CDS number.
All users of the e-Banking service are provided 24-hour customer support through the Bank’s Call Centre.
The new e-Banking platform was offered via mobile too and could be accessed via https://www.commercialbk.com/monline.
Taking a further step, the Bank has introduced a separate application to Account holders who have access to e- Banking service, via mobile devices. Clients who are keen to make the best out of the busy time schedules would welcome this new application as they could have the ease of accessing e-banking services directly from the software application that resides in the mobile device, once it’s down loaded.
Clients would login to the new application via the existing user credentials and could enjoy almost all the functions available under e-Banking web services including Bill payments, Credit card management, Fund transfers. Inquires on Account details, Fixed deposits , Loan & Treasury bills are also included in the menu offered. ATM & Branch locator, Exchange rates & Interest rates are the new value additions to the downloadable application and branch expects that those would meet most of the user requirements.

Get a new app developer coz these developer have not done a good job.Does not show the correct balance, takes days to update the total. Even after the cash has been withdrawn, it still show the total with the cash that has been withdrawn, so it's hard to keep track of the balance.useless app,

installed the app. always displaying "Processing ePassbook". That's it. nothing loads after that. i even tried reinstalling it. got same result. i also think com bank need to get a new app developer. this one sucks.

After I updated the app I didn't get any notification regarding the debit and credit notifications in real time. I tried to fix it through the app settings but there weren't any settings to fix that errors please fix that

With latest update, app doesn't seem to be showing any real time notifications.. Please fix that asap Update: it's been so long now and still haven't fixed the notification issue. Hence reducing the rating to 1 star

Even you did something I didn't receive the credit notification in my ePassbook App. FYI, Pls. **Appreciate your response with regards, I will go through and update you if is presets. Thank you👍 This is great app as I reviewed earlier but now the notifications not woking in the real time. Pls. fix this error

Sorry to say this, really unable to understand how the app operates. Especially credit card transactions are not immediately updated. It would be better if each and every transaction is updated immediately and balance shown for each of them. Please make some updates.

The app itself works okay, in terms of displaying balances and transactions. The KEY FEATURE of providing notifications does not work (and has not, for some time now) which is why I've given this 1 star review. Please fix this issue. Transaction notifications are extremely important, and are one of the main reason I use this app.

Why do you have so many apps for personal banking? Com bank digital, e passbook, flash and Q+ for payment. Can't you just have one app to do all these? Your current solution is not very convenient. Just create one better app to do all these things and encourage users to migrate to that.

I have been using this app for a while. But still the transactions are updating after sometime or somedays later. It sometimes confuse me and call the bank also. Overall the ap performance, UI, efficiency is good while the main functionality is not. Please solve this issue quickly.

Hey, This was a great app, but recently in Android 13 it's constantly crashing. OS sends a msg saying to put this app to sleep until the creator sends a new update. I saw another comment saying the same but looks like you guys haven't taken any action regarding this. Please send a new update after fixing these bugs. TIA

After recent updates, the app doesn't provid real time transaction notification. Even after days. Sometimes transaction are updated on the app after 3 days. That's bad. Anyway I love this app as it's free of charge and can check My account balance in a second. But the appp should be developed as it was before.

Having problems after installing app. OTP doesn't register and it says that something went wrong. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Unfortunately doesn't seem to work. Very disappointing. Have uninstall once and for all. Never going to attempt this app.

App crashes and can not be opened with my latest android phone. Many of the Android phone users are experiencing the same problem. Please concentrate on the reviews posted by other users about the crashing problem with this app. I kindly request to fix the crashing issues as soon as possible.

Great App - easy to use and very convenient. However, after the last update, push notifications are no longer working. Please fix that issue as its the main purpose of the passbook. Once its fixed, will revise my review.

Online transactions and online purchases transaction dates are 100% wrong. If you can not update the dates correctly, how can you be sure that even the financial transactions shown here are correct? So the e-Passbook of the 'Commercial Bank' cannot be trusted. Very bad application. Overall a bad experience now... ☹ Please fix those bugs quickly.

Really terrible. All the digital apps whenever we do transactions they normally displays that Important message saying "your transaction is completed!!....then name of the beneficiary person, transacted amount etc. But here..they only display transaction is successful...no other details. My seller want screenshot of completed transaction to prove that i was actually deposited. How can i provide it ?

I really dislike the fact that it takes a couple of days for transactions to be updated; I mean, without this feature, what's even the point of using this app? Also, transaction details don't even cover the basic details, such as, the receiver. Apart from that, the UI could be a lot better. In conclusion, this app has a long way to go if it is to get at least 3 stars from me.

So regrettable.No doubt,Your App may be perfect as usual it was.But we are unable to install it.Earlier we had it .But now there is a message comes saying your device is not compatible with this version etc . If you done an improvement with adding more features to the app, O K.. good .But it's advantage should come to customer as well.behalf of that we get only the dissatisfaction.

I've been using this app for a very long time and it was working fine without any issues until recently. The transaction history isn't updated almost real-time like it's used to, and the notifications doesn't work at all now after the latest updates. I would expect this app to keep maintaining the features as before without introducing defects like this considering how well they care about customer satisfaction.
